Hyundai Motor India — hole in my car silencer inwards

I have hyundai elite i20 sportz everything was fine with it recently 4 to 5 months back suddenly sound started coming i checked it with the garage it was from inside i was like wtf outside is fine might be stone or something might have got but inside how is this possible, if at all problems then k but inside what kind of cheap quality materials u guys are using that it spoils itself in 2 yrs and one more is front glass why all showroom glass which are installed in showroom wen original is broken and new is put in front end is always oily or there is always some or the other problems
