I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unprofessional behavior I experienced at Malwa Hyundai, Sonipat. During my recent car booking process, the sales representative, Mr. Akshay, displayed conduct that I found highly inappropriate and pressuring.
I had chosen to book the Hyundai Aura, but instead of respecting my decision, Mr. Akshay repeatedly insisted that I consider another model. He went so far as to create unnecessary pressure and even attempted to forcefully cancel my booking for the Aura. This behavior not only caused me distress but also reflects poorly on the dealership’s commitment to customer satisfaction.
I expect Hyundai to take this matter seriously and ensure that such practices are not repeated. Customers should be treated with respect and allowed to make their own choices without undue influence or coercion.
I request that you investigate this incident and take appropriate action against the concerned salesperson. Additionally, I would appreciate confirmation that my booking for the Aura remains intact and will be processed without further interference.
