I had given feedback to trident Hyundai regarding their lack professionalism and rude behavior towards a customer with series of email. MD of trident has emailed me not to visit service center since he got offended from my feedback.
Trident also had promised if there are any issues in the future regarding part change or safety concerns that will be taken care and at the same time MD has emailed not to visit the service center. Trying to get in touch with direct Hyundai and nobody is responding. They cannot ask me to not visit the service center as I have paid for the service.
Hyundai really has to get their senor team to check on this. Area manager is arrogant and will not respond to any email or calls.
Unfortunately, Trident is near to home, and I will have to visit that, Hyundai should either replace with any other dealers or ask the MD of trident to be polite and accept the feedback to work on good customer service.
