Dear sir/ madam, first of all thiscomplaint to be taken seriously. My hyundai i10 car regno-kl29-f6908 have been given to ss hyundai service center (Mitchel junction, mavelikara, alappuzha - 690101, opposite csi church) in themonth of july 2019 following an accident. The service centerauthorities assured me that after rectifying the complaints, the carwill be returned in one and half months. I was behind this for almost5 months, and they returned the car in the month of november 2019. The total service charge i paid was rupees 2.2lakhs for the work. this including parts such as
1) engine cover2) ac compressor3) radiator etcafter the service the following complaints were noted1) ac in not fullyfunctioning even after replacing the compressor, 2) horn the one wasnot working3) vibration whiledriving the car.4) light inside thecar was not working5) central lockalarm was not working6) one clip in theside glass was missing7) oil leaking fromthe gear box
When i informedss hyundai service center, mavelikkara about this they told me toshow it to a local workshop. Items 2 to 5 have been solved by a localworkshop. But item numbers 1, 6 and 7 is still there. After the monthof november 2019, i have taken my car to ss hyundai 5 times. They dosomething and convince me that the problem is solved.

Initially they havedone something (Within 1 hour) and told me the problem of oil leak isrectified. But when i reached my house i could find that the problemis still there. The next day i wentthere with the same complaint. They inspected the car and foundthat the breather hose is found malfunctioning and replaced it. Againconfirmed that the problem is solved. Unfortunately the problem is still there. Now they told me that the gear box have to be removed and someseal needs to be fixed (Approx. Cost is 5000). I have given my car on[protected]. Today[protected] at 5.30pm i called the service person to enquire about the work. They have not yet rectified it. I told them that i am going to take my car backtomorrow[protected].

Please interfere inthis matter urgently do the needful
