Hyundai Motor India — My grievance

My car was parked in Panna Hyundai, NH-08, Matabari Bypass, Udaipur, Gomati, Tripura, PIN 799013 (Phone number of Manager, Narayan Baidya - [protected]. Email ID - [protected]@yahoo.in) as my car was purchased from them and was under insurance claim due to an accident on November 20, 2024. On the same day my car was parked in their workshop under CCTV surveillance. After full damage settlement of my car from insurance company, the scrap was sold to a purchaser on May 29, 2025. But at that time, it was found that many expensive parts of my car were missing. How could the parts go missing as these were under their CCTV surveillance and night guard? As I was out of station, my driver and my friend went to the Hyundai workshop. The parts found missing were ACM, Geer box, Silencer with sensor, Oil tank motor, Oil tank cover, Wiper water tank, stepney wheel, front bumper, one headlight, etc. My friends and I talked with the Manager, but he denied the reality. He even tried to confuse me by asking which part is fitted where in the car. The total cost of missing parts is around 2 lakhs. I want full compensation for all the parts missing. I have lodged a complaint with the National Consumer Forum, India. Now they are claiming that my concerns have been duly clarified. But they are lying. I have attached the Car photo while in Panna Motors taken and given by their staff (Dipak). The repair estimate given by Manager (Narayan) attached here also shows that all the parts were their when the car was parked in their custody.
