Sir / Madam,

Sub: Hyundai - Vehicle not delivered despite full payment – Compensation sought- Reg.

With profound grief, I send you this mail so that everyone of your team shall know what exactly the disservice provided to your customers down to earth and to claim remedy with costs.
I registered a VENUE S+ with your Sub dealer KUN HYUNDAI, Karaikal (branch of Main Dealer KUN HYUNDAI of Puducherry) five months back to present as a marriage gift. On demand, the full cost of the vehicle was credited into the account of the dealer on 30.07.2021 after obtaining written assurance from him that the vehicle will be delivered within four days from the date of payment.
Now four weeks have eluded and there is no sign of delivering the vehicle and even after this dodge, the response from the dealer is quite disappointing with all contradiction and tendering of false hopes with unfolding of different stories every single day. It is pertinent to mention here that I tried to communicate this issue to the General Manager( Sales) Puducherry but the poor response and less interest from his Assistants with same old assurance has exposed the true colour of the company.
Moreover, in the meantime the marriage has happened and the very promise of gifting the car to the married couple has failed so miserably due to this treacherous attitude of the dealer and your company as well.
In fact for your information, I have been using Maruthi vehicles for decades together and experiencing a very good service and now I feel very bad and humiliated for choosing your brand and have been undergoing mental agony for the past one month and posing a sorry picture before the married couple.
Further to add insult to the injury I am in receipt of the notification for the first installment from the bank for the vehicle which is to be delivered . I would like to know whether your company takes the customers for granted and least bothered on the dealers portraying the company in a poor light? I swear that at any case, I will not recommend your brands to any of my friends and relatives on account of my bitter experience with your company. I am anxious that the very first impression of your company has gone down and even wonder how it could be retained for subsequent services.
Under these circumstances, I demand the immediate delivery of the vehicle of my choice and to compensate the financial loss incurred to me due to the delay in the delivery. Failing which, I will be constrained to bring the matter before the appropriate forum for relief as demanded.
