Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally express my disappointment and concern regarding the poor quality of paint on my Hyundai vehicle, purchased from your authorized dealership, [Tapan Motors], located at [Vill Samlake, Barog Bye Pass, Goyal Complex-1 Solan (HP) 173212]

Within a very short period o[censored]se, I have noticed that the vehicle’s exterior paint has started to peel off/bubble, which is completely unexpected from a reputed brand like Hyundai. This issue not only affects the appearance of the vehicle but also raises concerns about the quality standards and durability promised at the time of purchase.
I visited your authorized service center and was extremely disappointed with the lack of assistance and accountability shown by your team. Despite repeated follow-ups, I have not received a satisfactory explanation or resolution.
This is highly unacceptable. I strongly believe this issue is due to manufacturing or material defects in the paint or surface preparation process and not due to any external factors.
I request you to take the following immediate actions:
1. Inspect the vehicle thoroughly and acknowledge the paint issue in writing.
2. Provide a free paint correction/repainting service.
3. Ensure such quality lapses are not repeated in future services.
I hope Hyundai Motor India Ltd values customer satisfaction and will act promptly to address this concern.
