Dear Sir/Madam,
I'm using a brand new Hyundai Venue DCT 1.0 Turbo car since 2 months. on 20th June 2022 there is an incident happened with my car. such as the three tires of my car were stolen. I ask the roadside assistance service for towing the car at around 9: am and narrate all about the incidents.But, no one is willing to solve my problem. instead of that they pressurize me to arrange all the tires or literally said they can't help anyway. What kind of roadside assistance are they providing? If I could arrange all the tires then why would I ask for your service? I could drive the car for mysel[censored]p to service center. I just don't rely on this roadside assistance service anymore. The whole day I incurred losses because of them. I want strict action against them or I will take legal action of my own.
The same day I took the car from the incident area to koncept Hyundai service centre Okhla Phase-1 with the help of paying a private (SHIV KARTIK CRANE SERVICE ) Towing Vehicle at around 8:00 pm. Also, submitted a copy of the Towing Bill to the Security Guard.
