I have bought a phone through Amazon on EMI, and it's been 50days and the phone is not working, the touch is not working even we are not able to restart the phone. So here I want my money back either an exchange instead of this phone and this is very ridiculous customer service you guys are providing to your customers. and I'm very disappointed with your service kindly take a strict action against my complain immediately.. Kindly take an immediate action as I want phone, , , actually I bought it for my parents and they need it.. you guys are not serious about your business or your brand name.. that's why people not buy made in India products... This is actually the reason.
