[Resolved] I Kall — Product is not working | |||
I purchased I KALL K260 Smartphone on 15th of January against invoice number IN-ZNHV-79254 via Amazon. From the very beginning, it showed very poor performance and mainly the phone didn't support 4G network. It was frequently asking for reboot which I initially did whenever it demanded, but the phone has completely stopped working now. there is a 1year warranty for the set so I want you to take immediate action against my complaint as it is very urgent. Either you provide the warranty or replace the set with a new one. The bottom line is I need a solution ASAP or else I will take the next step to complain your regional Office.
