I Kall — Receiving unwanted paid sms

Hi,
I am from Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
I have purchased ' I Kall k12' mobile phone from shopclues last week. I am using a aircel prepaid sim card. When I started using the I-Kall k12 mobile for my aircel mobile number, I started getting a message as ' Rs 3 deducted for sms charges', once we read this message, it will disappear. But some Hindi jokes will come in English fonts. When we ask the aircel service provider, we were said that we have not activated any 'paid service'.
This sms is coming only in mid night or after mid night.
We could not stop it or save our money, from deducting for unwanted sms jokes.
So now I have replaced my sim card to another mobile, and now its not happening. But I could not use the New Ikall mobile. I afraid of the amount deducting frequently.
I really dont know what should I do now. Kindly help me.

Updated by AMArjunan this sms is coming from a number 53131. I really dont know what is this number..Help me to get rid of this problem.

Hello I had took I kall 88 phone from shop cluess yesterday but as used battery folt is there phone getting off plz do need full my contact number [protected] battery problem

Think twice before buy of this brand.

I got very bad exp. With i kall & service. Cent. After i recd. Switch on & found scrambled display, partly blank. Informed both shopclues & call email, as no one responded on c. Care no.
Shopclues mailed check at serv. Cent. Checked told me broken lcd u have to pay. C. Care. Hands up looks cheating with all.
