I Kall — Yet I have not got my replaced mobile phone | |
It's been a month of replacement of my recently bought I Kall k320 mobile phone. From the day I received that phone it is creating so much trouble. Hanging while incoming and outgoing calls, speaker is not working properly, camera quality is very poor, gets hanged while using. So, I want return it back as I had bought it from Tatacliq website and they were asking me for jobsheet a confirmational letter of this phone but your team denied me for the jobsheet. Then they told me to replace it with new phone of this model only, I agreed with it. But it is more than a month I have not got that replaced mobile phone too. I bought it for study purpose but my whole time is wasted ij this only. As soon as possible please resolve this problem. Please give me my phone soon. Was this information helpful? | |
