I did book my trip to Singapore on March 2020 with I need Trip. Due to covid lockdown, i was not able to travel to Singapore due to travel restrictions and i had to cancel my trip. With agreement with I need trip, i canceled the trip and supposed to get my refund back after deduction and i need charges.But its 2023 now and still i am chasing for my refund. No one is answering my call and saying they arr waiting for airline refuns since 2020. Totally fake n worst company to travel with.

Please give me my money back as i am struggling since 2020.

    My flight from udaipur to chennai dated 05.10.21 was cancelled by spice jet due to some reason and they have refunded rs. 9038 . Make my trip has also mailed that the process is complete and is in wallet but wallet shows zero. Kindly refund the amount immediately

      I would like to bring to your notice that my trip was cancelled last year dec since there was a cyclone at maurius at that point of time. It was discussed with travel agent i need trip travels pvt ltd cd and they have promised refund

      It’s been 6 months now after rigourous followup they have just provided me only partial refund

      It’s not fair i really need this money for making payments due to lockdown situation and current job scenario

        I had a terrible experience during finalizing my dubai package and had to loose 5000 rs paid as token to this firm.
        Don't know whether this form really exists. The number provided on website always remains switched off. People from this company will call you multiple times for confirming, once you confirm you will get trapped and will have to loose hard earned money.

          Terrible experience with I Need Trip - Travel Triangle from day1. There was an agent Atiksha who gave us first quote after a week or 2 she quits. Then came Harpreet who took over she was a very kind person but that doesn’t help!
          Series of issues:
          1.passport copies taken from us prior to booking, they didn’t highlight my daughter’s passport expired. Despite it being our oversight expected the agent to highlight. Went through major loss because of this mess as they said nothing is refundable!! I renewed passport in 2 days and went on with the remaining trip and booked fresh flights through them.
          2. Guess what, another mistake, agent doesn’t tell us that return ticket is a Must else boarding pass from Mumbai to Thailand won’t be given. Due to this major slip up from agent, I had to book random return flight ticket else I would have missed flight with my family second time
          3. Payments couldn’t be traced half the time. Due to agent quit and take over from another lost lot of time and hotels became expensive for delay from their end and no fault of ours
          4. We didn’t get all hotel n voucher confirmation till last minute after continuously chasing
          5. The night we were flying we get a call last minute that 7 Island tour is cancelled by suppliers in krabi due to Eid. My friends came today know the other suppliers had the tour on. The refund is due for 4 adults and 2 children. Adit, Aman, Harpreet yet to confirm amount and we are chasing for 10 days now.
          6. Since one family missed flights and went through losses and informed in advance to reschedule stay in krabi from 4th 5th to 11th 12th. These guys just didn’t want to make an exception.
          7. Even airport transfer from Phuket to hotel we waited for 1 hour waiting for the guy. Aman and Harpreet wouldn’t give us drivers number
          8. For my friends on airport transfer from Phuket hotel to airport driver reached and left. My friends had to book their own. Refund promised by Aman.. needs to be done immediately.
          One program which is Fantasea at Phuket, our friends reached the counter and were told the booking shows cancelled! Utter nonsense they had to coordinate again with the agents n fix it
          9. In our return from krabi hotel to airport on 11th they didn’t organise for cab. Tell us there is additional charge for it.
          Over all left us with bad experience. Though Harpreet is a nice lady. But we were passed around like a football between Aman and Harpreet. Adit who happens to be so called escalation level seems to be curt. This trip was jinxed for us thanks to I Need Trip! Will never recommend. Pls book your own flights online and hotels also online. They are much cheaper. Reach Thailand and book island trips locally. Ample number of agents. Krabi Muk Andaman travels is a good company to use for phi phi tour etc. and also Beyond Travel.

            Such a terrible experience i never expected from i need trip. After 4 days of negotiation, we finally arrived at consensus in the afternoon. But, to my utter surprise and dismay, you guys didn't even keep your words. We agreed on the price of rs x net for 6 nights.

            I was shocked that although everything was finalized and agreed upon on the call, thry again increased the cost of the package. You guys should keep better communication within your team. Earlier a guy named tushar was coordinating with me for the trip and all inclusions/exclusions with room type were agreed with him. Then came another executive nupur. Don't know how you guys handle your customers. Tushar gave me the quotations for sky loft room. You degraded the room type too. Such a poor customer experience.

            You guys can't even keep your words for 4 hours, what to expect of the trip

            It has been a very horrible and disgusting experience with you guys. I will never recommend i need trip to anyone. Even the flights fare have increased so much. Who will compensate for the increased flight fare. You guys have broken my trust completely. My whole trip has been ruined.

              I wish i could give zero or negative stars to i need travels. Never ever book through "i need travels" or turning point dubai.

              I travelled to dubai with my family from 24th to 29th december 2017, and not a single day of it was hastle free. It was annoying, trouble inducing, stressful, impunctual, and i am running out of adjectives. The one and only reason for this was the miserable management of i need travels. They can dodge the blame on to their dubai vendor - turning point, but for an indian customer booking the trip miles away, it is one organising unit.
              The main highlight of the trip were the always late pick up vehicles.

              Day 1 - local dubai city tour was supposed to begin with excitement, instead it began with anger venting out of the driver who arrived 2 hours late (10:30 am, we were promised 8:30 am) the driver was highly unprofessional and did the most stupid thing any one could imagine: he picked us up, reached a hotel a mile away, asking 4 people on the way (Because he had no idea about routes, in 25 mins), they took us back to our own hotel! Because he forgot to pick a family there. Our trip which was supposed to begin by 9-9:30 am began at 12:30 pm. The itinerary listed 9 places, we were shown only 1. The itinerary said there would be photo stops on these places, but there was none. This was definitely not the start anyone would wish for.
              Even the subsequent visits to burj khalifa, abu dhabi city tour were all marked by delayed pick ups. We insisted the company to cover up the missed places in the remaining days, because we had free time slots. They made us false promises every time and never covered them. Reasons given were: "already late for next pick up, can do tomorrow with desert safari", "desert safari is done by different driver, not possible, will do tomorrow while drop to airport", "not possible since it is not on route". It is all a carefully crafted sham to loot people by turning point, dubai.
              If you think this is the worst, wait for it. On the final day, we were assured a pick up of 7am for our 11 am flight. As usual it was 7:30 am and no signs of driver. I called up the organisation again, they said "give us 2 minutes and we will get back to you." till 7:45 am i did not get any call. When called back, they said "driver is late, this happens all the time. He will take another 30 minutes". They did not even think it was their responsibility to let us know about this. I had to take my own cab and reach the airport. They did not seem to care about someone missing their return flight. I can also provide contacts of people who were not picked up from airport by turning point when they arrived.

              I have never experienced such pathetic management. This was the first international trip of my country and thanks to i need travels, i will never forget the experience, but ofcourse for wrong reasons.

              Let me warn you, the organisations might blame that the customers who were picked from different hotels were not ready on point. I can give you contacts of all 12 passengers who travelled with us on 25th and 27th, who boarded from different hotels and were ready on time. But it was the company cars which were late by themselves. All o[censored]s had this common complaint. Also you might blame that the hotel we chose was away from city. There were 100 more families in the hotel who had booked using different agencies and none of them had any problem. All their pickup frops were on time.

              Since the organisation was so messy, we ended up calling the company multiple times. I spent more money for mobile recharge than on food in the entire trip! Everyday we were told that by tonight we will message you the pickup details for next day, not a single time did this happen. Not to mention the mental damage done: stress, tension, anger, despair, false hopes cannot be quantified in moentary value.

                    I had my booking done as a Honeymooners. The Honeymoon package included a Welcome Package of Wine, Fruit Basket etc. That was the first part of my planned surprise that was ruined. The resort said that they have no confirmation of my package and I had to make International calls to India at my own expense to clarify this. After 4-5 hours of argument, I got my welcome wine and fruit basket. My day was already spoiled. Further, we realized that a lot of items planned in the original package were not provided. We were promised free non-motorized water sports in our Honeymoon package. This was not provided and we had to pay this ourselves. They have clearly mentioned in the summary package. I have all the confirmation voucher with me. I had made the full advance payments on time and didn't delay anything in payments but I had challenges everywhere with delays in my booking confirmation etc. I am looking to get my reimbursements for my extra expenses, for International calls and Non Motorized Water Sports Activity(Snorkling). I have the confirmation voucher and bill receipt with me.

                    I requested Bhavay a million times to check if anything was pending and he said yes all done. But when I reached the airport I was not allowed to board as Mr.Bhavay forgot to issue "ok to board" to me.
