I had ordered i10 earpods.. On receipt of the same, the left ear pod is not

Functional. Sent an email to them n they said to follow video instruction given

On their website. Even after following the same the left earpod is not oning at

All... I tried top reach them via email but they do not responds quickly... They do not have any contact details also on mobile...

There was a advertisement on instagram n i had clicked the same and ordered...

Request you to help me with my refund

I have ordered for i10-earpods on 23rd Dec 2018 and today BlueDart delivered to my address and when I opened the packet I could find i7S TWS ear phones. I have ordered for red and delivered product is white. It looks like this has been done intentionally. I have sent two emails about this already and waiting for the reply. the
