Sir for the past at least nine months i have been filing application in my branch of sbi bank with futile result. Nobody talks properly. This is regarding my change of registered mobile no. I cannot get my otp or change my internet banking password which is mandatory to change after particular time. My mobile banking has stopped i could not get messages. Customer care says consult to branch and my branch now says we have done everything now consult to custoner care now what shall i do. Kindly help in this regard.
