Sir for the past at least nine months i have been filing application in my branch of sbi bank with futile result. Nobody talks properly. This is regarding my change of registered mobile no. I cannot get my otp or change my internet banking password which is mandatory to change after particular time. My mobile banking has stopped i could not get messages. Customer care says consult to branch and my branch now says we have done everything now...

IBA has blocked my fees they have not refunded my money they said we have average placement of 5-6 lakhs but senior said they have average of 1.5-2lakhs and max is 4 lakhs and even many student are not placed they are having only 38 seniors student, , , , can any one get my money back i paid 25000...
