    I just marked this complain as resolved as the replacement for the product was provided. However to my dismay, the replacement product is a defective one which is giving me the following problems on day 1
    1.Tablet hangs on every operation
    2. Abrubtly switches off with a tup sound
    3. All Google app services and few other apps like messaging, photos, gallery stops working and pops up a message to close the app
    4. When i opened google chrome, half the screen display was just a scratch pixel and the rest of the screen blinks
    5. Charging the tablet for 2.5 hrs improved battery by 12 %
    6. After few restarts to get away from the system hang, the tablet failed to reboot and just blinking on screen with Iball logo

    Have sent the videos and pictures of the tablet with the above problems and spoke to the customer care manager Jagdish and he reqquested to hand over the tablet again to the service center and he will ship another tablet as replacement

    It seem to me that iball takes the customers for a ride with their rolling defective products received from one to the other. There is no customer centric approach on this service.

    This was so frustrating and after almost 3-4 months i was breathing that i got a replacement yesterday but it short lived to follow the chase again.

    How do i penalize Iball for this inconvenience ? Can they just refund my money

    I have now returned the replacement product and the service center was able to provide only a manual jobsheet for acknowledgement. They were not able to log a job sheet and call code for the surrender of replacement product which was defective.

    Speaking with Mr. Jagdish in customer care, was politely offered to support with another replacement but now buying time and excusing that they have technical issue to log the case in their system. Im unable to understand that the brand has neither a good system nor believes that their products are worst to trust by any customer. They dont understand how much delay this is causing for a resolution to the customer.

    My original call code no for the job was [protected]C001 and the job sheet for the surrender of replacement provided does not have a call code but an acknowledgement sheet with the product details taken on 16th Oct2020

    Mr. Jagdish from the customer service sought 2 more days to the action and resolution of their internal technical issue.

      I have purchased an i Ball fast charging white cable 3.0A for mobile charging bearing model No iBall iC-MRP04 on 14th Oct 2019 with one year warranty period. During the last few weeks, the cable was not charging my mobile properly. So I go to your service centres located at (1) 1st Floor, Paona Bazar, Gobernar Road, Abethoi Korea Market, Imphal, Manipur, India (2) Todays Mobile, Governor Road, Imphal West, Manipur, India and (3) Sunny Mobile, Majorkhul Mamang Leikai, Near IDBI Bank, Imphal, Manipur, India. However, all three have closed their business with iBall. So, I could not able to replace my defective charging cable within the warranty period of 1 year. I am now planned to reach KOTA, Rajasthan, India on 24th Oct 2020. I may please be permitted to replace my defective cable with a new one from your service centre located at Shop No.12 First floor, Shri Ram Complex, Opp.Multipurpose School, New colony, Gumanpura Kota, Rajasthan, India.

        I have given my bluetooth iball earphone for service on 25th of August. It was under warranty as well. And as of now it has not arrived... it's been 1 and 1/2 months. I wasted my time waiting for the same...such a pathetic service...

        Do reply.. When I shall be getting the same.

            I ordered a magical duo 2.0 wireless deskset in the first week of august from amazon. It has a manufacturing date of december 2019 and is still under warranty. The mouse wasnt responding good and when i tried to click over some icons it did not open them. Also the third mouse button was not working. Plz help...

              I bought headset with cost of 300 ruppes on july 2nd and not hearing properly. One side is hearing and another side is sometimes hearing.
              Within three month is not working.

              Kindly exchange and provide new one or refund the amount.

                I had bought an iBall Musi Tap V2.0 with Micro SD and FM. In under 2 months the left speaker of the headphones stopped working. Since the product was still under warranty we approached the nearby iBall service centre. There they agreed that the product was damaged and would be covered under warranty and that they will replace it. They told us to wait 3 days. We waited for 7. We called they but no answer. Further we visited them and they told us to wait 7 to 10 days more. We were patient. Its been over a month now yet they don't pick up calls and whenever they do they stall. They have not replaced or repaired it. iBall is such a ### company I wish it burns

                  Hi,

                  I am talking about the problem which i have faced a second time in the month of april'20. Due to the pandemic i tried reaching company customer care there. I have received a company person contact no. And also dropped a mail to customer care about my problem which is there in trail mail. Spoke to him and asked me to submit after lockdown and warranty will be covered. This is what communication got over the phone. I went to the vashi service center and tried reaching out and got a response stating that it will open in the month of aug'20. Then i visited thane service center. I have been told that the warranty period is over. Then i visited the retailer from where i have purchased. There i got contact no of mr. Amol chorge and after talking to him i got a ref of mr. Saurabh pardhi. After speaking to him went to thane customer care and they have submitted my tablet for the issue i am facing on 31st july'20. Post that i have received a single response on 15th aug, that they are awaiting for response from the company's end. This is the scenario.

                  From the last 4 days we have been in touch with mr. Saurabh. He told us to wait for a day to go through the problem and analyse. Still we have not received any response. Brand like iball should address the issue on priority basis. But i don't know why it takes too much time.

                  Kindly look into this and resolve the issue asap.

                    I had power charging issue with iball tablet 4g2 and handed over to service centre in bangalore in Feb 2020 and till now issue is not resolved.

                    I have been following up with service centre since march and there was no replacement of spare parts to them and as per them there was no update on this from iball support.

                    He told me to follow up with iball customer care and since then I am calling customer care and finally I got response from call centre on 18th Aug for replacement.

                    Now again you are telling me that issue is closed in March only then why there is no update from service centre or from customer care.

                    Please share me the proof of the delivery of spare part to service centre as service centre is telling me that no spare part is delivered and he is not getting any support from iball team.

                    Never seen the worst customer support like this before and no one has any clue on this...

                      After purchase within 5 month it not worked, from last 4 months I submitted it service center they are not replacing it. Their service center number and customer care number also switch off. whenever visited service center they are informing still now replaced headphone not dispatched

                        I had purchase i ball ring dock blutooth b10 on dt 29 aug 2020 but its mic not working properly and its produced ecco sound during call and also i had try to contact iball costumer care but no any number in service so at last i decided for online complain so please resolve my this issue bcoz i want be change me product.                             Due to Covid-19, we moved from Bangalore to kalaburagi. We have not carried the laptop bill with us. The laptop doesn't came with serial number written in it and the sticker was white for S/N.

                            When I approached the iBall service center in Kalaburagi, they denied the service without s/n. I asked them to do paid service. They told they even can't do it without S/N, inspite the model no is known.

                            I talked to their manager, written to iball help desk, didn't got any response/help.

                            In warranty failure of laptop is not a good sign of quality and they are expecting to store the packing box of laptop where no's are written. Initially we didn't got iany nstruction to store it or written somewhere.

                            Our product is scrap now from 5 months till we back to bangalore.

                            I suggest please don't buy this cheap brand.

                                My under warrantee iball bluetooth headset with mic "iball breath-m led" was submitted to customer care due to non-functioning on 29th feb 2020 at "aegis solutions-wazirpur, delhi.

                                Despite regular follow-up at customer care and considering lockdown delays, headset could not be replaced even after 6 months and even no information are being provided by the customer care or company for date of replacement in future.

                                I request iball to please look in to the matter and either replace the product or refund my money at the earliest.

                                      I had bought iball headset( with one year warranty)this product from apparel Pvt Ltd on February 2020 through amazon.

                                      It is not working right now so I had given it for service at nearest service center. From the service center they are saying that they aren’t able to give me the headset since it is not dispatching from the mumbai warehouses.

                                      So I tried to contact i ball through toll free number, Mobile number to address my issue.

                                      Now it is about 3 months since I give to Service center .

                                      No intimation from service center as well as I ball even though I had sent email to I ball claiming service deniel letter from iball.

                                        My self Parth Patel.Actually i bought headphone last December, 2019.it was had a problem in charging port before lock down but due to lockdown your service center was closed so i gave my headphone to your service center in 25 june, 2020.At that time they told me that it would take 1 month. Then they said that if i want earlier then i have to talk with customer care representative so after 15 day i called in customer care and explained my problem they said it will be replaced within 10 to 12 days. Then after i called many time but they answered me that they will extend my warranty Because i gave it in service center before 2 months still i didn't get my head phone one day before i called in customer care they said me my headphone will arrived in 2 days and then i asked about extend my warranty they they said it will be not extended.If they don't want to extend warranty they why will they said me earlier and now it takes too much time more than two months so it is unfavorable to me .my call code number of the headphone is [protected]C001
                                        With this email i attached a copy of challan which was given by service center at the time of taking headphone for repairing purpose.
                                        Please take prompt action because i have used my product of iball and i had good experience with all the products so i don't want to make negative impect of your company in my mind...
