I purchased the device iberry auxus nuclea n2 in 2014. Since that time i am facing many problems. 1) to start with the biggest one is the false battery specs provided by the company. The company claims it to be 3500 mah but various apps show it to be not more than 1200mah. I had complained this in 2014 but no resolution has been provided. After the warranty ended in just 2 months the battery inflated and burst. Thus i purchased a new battery in 2016 and faced the same problem. So i complained within the warranty period but till date the company hasn't taken any action. They ask me to send the device to chennai and bear the postal charges rather than initiating a pickup or refunding the postal charges. 2) the company claimed in 2014 that there will be free ota upgrade to android kitkat within months but till date nothing as such has happened. Not even a single ota upgrade or security update was given. 3) within months of purchase the charger as well as the mobile charging port stopped working. So i had to purchase a wireless charger rather than the company being its duty to change the port or repair it being within warranty. I would want a resolution as soon as possible as i am fed up of making calls and writing emails to the company. Was this information helpful? | |||||
