[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — about bus ticket cancellation | |
I had book ticket delhi to haridwar (GOBUSAND5b6c9ebadf) on 14th November in noon and i cancelled my ticket in evening cause of some reasons. No any refund came in my account as per cancellation policy i need to cancel ticket before 8.30 am. If i had book ticket in noon then how can i cancel tickets before 8.30 am on same date no any cancellation policy about that please look into this matter.
