Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Air ticket Cancelled by airline and I want refund | |
I booked GO AIR airways from Mumbai to Chandigarh flight for 23rd March 2020. The cost of the ticket was 5, 705 inr. But due to the lockdown and travel ban, it was canceled by GO AIR on 22nd March 2020. I have not got my refund till date and the refundable amount shows 0.00 inr in the GOIBIBO app. I would like to kindly request you to please get the issue solved. My details are given below.
