[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — amount deducted from my account, flight ticket not issued, amount not refunded

I have booked air tickets through goibibo on 04/02/2019. An amount of rs.4382. Deducted from my account, tickets were not issued. I confirmed from my bank hdfc, and they confirmed that the amount reached the vendor. I have been continuously following up with your support team, and they allotted one no.
