I am done my. Booking on 5th oct to 6th oct at hotel dhingra in moga city for my business meeting. My booking id is HTLDSAS939FMEQUJ. Booking amount is 10323. When i go at there location i was shocked i saw there is a hospital not a hotel when i call at help line she said to me give me 2-3 minutes i will call you she call me after 15 minutes she said hotelier not contactable. I face hug loss due to i not joined me meeting on time.

    Sorry but I need post the issue here with others.
    From last 10 days I'm frequently calling for refund issue .
    First of all company has issue with successful transaction, money deducted 2 times from my account balance but service not done that time
    Now I got one time failed transaction refund but where is other one??
    How can be RRN can be same in both different refund transaction??
    Really got disappointed.

      I have cancelled my International flight PNR - MY1I3U because of some medical emeergency, the cancellation request was raised on 23-August-2022, but after following up with customer care executive multiple times (15+ times) over email, I am not getting any response.

      I have reached out to Airlines as well, they informed that its already processed at their end(attaching response from Airlines), so I need to check with Travel Agency (which is not responding).

      There is not direct contact where I can call and talk, I am GoIbibo customer from many years, this is very disappointing for me and frustrating that I need to post the complaint.

        Hi, i booked a ticket last night from bhavani to bangalore..pnr ORED1514723
        Tha bus not arrived on time and arrived 2hrs late to my boarding point. Actual time they mentioned around 6.57am. bangalore reach time said 12pm..one hrs delay is fine..but it took 2 hrs and it makes my trip useless as i had an appointment at 13 hrs in bangalore. Due to that i raised cancellation. Also informed driver to cancel as well..my seat no 11bub.. he also said ok. I came back home. I got the message from goibibo and saying my issue is closed. There is no update what resolution they have given..
        I dint get my refund as well as i dint travel due to extreme delay and missed my appoinment as well.
        Seeing for a refund..but no where i can raise this issue in goibibo as its saying the trip is completed. Please get this investigated and refund the amount

          I made a bus booking through goibibo on 25th September 2022 at 12.28AM and saw that the bus fare of rupees 386 has been deducted from my a/c so i thought my booking is successful but after sometime I received a message that there was technical error and that they have received the payment and it will refunded within 2 working days.Days have passed but still I haven't received the refund.

            I am just sharing my experience with the Goibibo Application.

            I have created one booking from Goibibo on 31 aug and due to some personal issue i have to cancelled the booking and the booking was refundable now ut is going to be 1 month till date i haven't received my refund amount totally a fraud company i will suggest never to use Goibibo i have called more than 100 times but have not received any resolution till date Will you ever refund my amount i have shared my bank statements as well but still you guys are cheating on us and your employees are just making fool of people i requested all the employees of customer support not to disconnect the call but they always disconnect the call without my consent even i have went to the police station and the police officer had a word with the goibibo employees but still after a while they have disconnected the call this is the final warning that i am giving to all of you or else i will forward your fraud company to consumers forum now as you guys think that consumer is fool and you people are simply saying that yes you can go to twitter over the recorded call.
            Till date i haven't received any resolution they just have informed me that refund has not been given by the bank and bank is saying that with the RRN id shared by the goibibo there is no such transaction has been done.
            A lot of fake commitments and a harassment done by you. Bank detail and when we share the bank details we never get a call back with resolution only revert whuch we get is we will update you within 48 hours i have asked many time that i have to speak with the manager they give us the mail commitment that manager will call after 24 hours but till date non og your bloody manager is free to call us and give resolution ut still no call back received.

              I have booked flight on 10th June and later plan was changed so cancellaed the flight prior 1 month and still struggling for the refund as Goibibo has generated the RRN number and after complaining they have asked for 4 months statement then there is no response from the Goibibo team.

              I have paid from my pockets and still struggling to get the refund back from Goibibo.

                This is with reference to the Booking Id: HTLINARCMNAEB5XK dated 20/09/2022, wherein we booked Hotel in Tromso, Norway from 11/12/2022 to 21/12/2022 and made full payment.

                To our utter surprise, the booking failed and refund wais not issued to us despite our various followups with the customer care service.

                We did not expect such intentioned lack of cooperation and deficiency of service from your end. Requesting you to refund the full amount as soon as possible. Otherwise we will be left with no option but to take legal action against you.

                  This is to inform you that i placed a booking on go ibibo app of a hotel in mumbai which was a non existent hotel they deducted the money but now they are not refunding the money on fraud booking...i had to face a lot of diificulties and unprofessional behaviour of their customer care.. they did not assisted me on this problem.

                    I have cancelled a flight from goibibo for which they have refunded the amount in gocash wallet. I am unable to either transfer that balance to my account or use the amount for any other booking.

                            I had book a flight ticket for 24th April 2022 from bangalore to imphal via Kolkata from goibibo, but the first flight from Bangalore to Kolkata got delayed and I couldn't able to take the second flight so after wasting my time for around 3hours arguing the Air india airlines cancelled my ticket..I applied for refund request and it was showing that they will refund the amount before July 31st 2022 in the goibibo apps..and after dt also it was showing awaiting from airlines.. I called directly air India airlines customer service and enquired about the matter n they told its already initiated after 4 to 5 days of ticket cancelled..but now its been 5 months and still it's showing awaiting for airlines..I tried goibibo customer care I couldn't able to connect with any of the number..tried mail also nothing helps, the amount which I paid was rs 8129..plz help thanks in advance

                              Booked the hotel paid online the hotel guy asked extra 500 to check in but I refused then I asked for customer support and they took almost 2 hrs for resolution just delaying the issue and wasting my time..at last after so much time lost and the day wasted they agreed on refunding money and that too it will take 10 days. No compensation nothing worst ever experience on Goibibo.

                                I’ve booked a hotel on goibibo.com on Saturday 13/08/2022 at Udaipur, Rajasthan for 4 people.
                                I left Jaipur at 12 afternoon on my way to Udaipur at 08:45 PM 5 KM apart from location got a call from Hotel owner saying that room was not available at the moment. I called back but he refused to make any other arrangement for me. I raise my issue to goibibo & with 52 minutes long call(Yes, with the agent) I said that it’s difficult for me to find any new hotel at that very moment due to Holidays & at end time both online and offline asking for higher amount. So I asked him to give me any other room booking. But instructions The agent said me there..
                                1. They’ll initiate the full refund of existing booking.
                                2. Get book any hotel of your choice at the moment (Online or offline) and provide the bill, they’ll initiate the reimbursement for the same upto ₹3500. Still I’m not agree, but they ended up saying that it’s last what we can do for you at this moment. (Which is quite unfair)
                                I demanded room in exchange of room but they refused. So at 11:00 PM, I literally searched nearly 15 hotels for just the room, all my family was worrying due to fear of not getting room & we might have to spend night in car.
                                At 11:13 PM with less facility & poor service, find a room at ₹3600 (much higher than what they offer) but I don’t have any choices left so went with it.

                                On next day, uploaded the bill, expecting to get upto 3500 back but didn’t get reply even after a week, I again tried but couldn’t connect. On 30/08/2022, they initiated a reimbursement of nearly 2000 against my booking with saying it’s maximum what we can offer.

                                Certainly not happy with such horrible experience and with the service !

                                  I had booked a train ticket on 20AUG from Bangalore to Pondicherry and payment was done via upi. But for some reason, the ticket was cancelled and a refund was initiated immediately. A mail was received regarding the same and I got the message that the refund will be deposited in my bank account by the time of 27-30 AUG. In the failed booking section it is showing a refund credited in the account but I haven't received the money yet.

                                    Our flight with PNR - CTF13E having 4 tickets from Delhi to Indore was cancelled on Aug 18 and we got mail that refund of INR 28, 436.00 will be issued within 5-7 business days. but still nothing credited to account.

                                    We called Indigo customer care on Sep 5 and they said they issued the refund to you guyz. Can you please check and update by when we will get our refund from your end.

                                      Hello ibibo.com,

                                      I have opened mail account in ibibo.com (nikkee.[protected]@ibibo.com) on 2011 to create facebook account.
                                      Now i am not able to recover and login my facebook account as my password is incorrect and the recovery otp and password is being send on my ibibo mail id which is not available any more and can't be found.
                                      Kindly help me to login my facebook account on priority basis as i don't want to loose my account.
                                      It is 10 years old and i have all my colleague and relatives and friends in facebook.
                                      Please help me to login and reset my ibibo.com mail account so that i could recover my facebook password.
                                      I need to get it done on urgent basis.
                                      Please help me on priority basis.
