I booked 2 tickets from machilipatnam to Hyderabad but after payment I did not get my ticket confirmation I want to cancel my tickets and want my refund money back please cancel my tickets and refund the money

    Hi,

    I have booked my flight using goibibo booking platform, from 1st october to 7th October
    And airline changed the schedule due to operational reasons.

    They have agreed to refund the money still goibibo asked me to wait 15 days for it.

    Now after 15 days have been passed, they have still not refunded the money and they do not even provide support for the same.

    I have attached the screenshot also of their message of refund but I have still not received the refund.

    Please help to get my money refunded.

    Really looking for help.

      I tried booking a hotel in Goibibo. The app redirected me to payment page where I paid the required amount of INR 3178 via Google Pay. The amount was deducted and as per Gpay the payment was successful to Goibibo but it didn't reflect in goibibo and booking failed. Goibibo instructed to wait for 30 mins before trying repayment. As the booking was urgent I retried payment after 30 minutes and this time I paid via netbanking. This payment and booking both were successful. But I didn't receive a refund for the first payment. The order ID was HTLDNASHZP57FMS3. As the amount had been deducted twice. I would please like a refund for the same.

          I have booked a room through goibibo.. But the hotel force me to cancel the booking.. But my money is not refund yet, .. Hotel says that they are blocked the online boikg then why this app showing booking of that hotel.. Pls rfund my money and solve my problem

            I've booked a car on the date 03/10/2022 12pm to 10 PM of the same date ( Booking ID - BTXAZTVH1C1E037 ). But after reaching the location I didn't find the vehicle and I also didn't received any contact details or vehicle details. Then I called the customer care and after 15 minutes of conversation they found to know that the booked car is not available and also they informed that there is no replacement cars available at nearby my location. Because of this I've lost my valuable time and my travelling expenses got doubled, I also got embarrassed in front of my family members. If the vehicle is not available they have to inform me before the mentioned pick up time. Because of their irresponsible behavior I've traveled few hours from my place to collect the vehicle and my total trip plan got spoiled. So I demand a compensation along with the refund.

              The booking was at 03:30 AM and the driver intentionally claimed that he didn’t receive booking and demanded extra money to come and pick up.
              Called customer care and cancelled the booking, but still money was charged on the account

                Dear sir,

                i had booked a cab from gandhinagar to rajkot on 4th oct. i had not travelled. i have a raise a concern about car had an accident and damaged and also it's not a safe for travelling 250km. Driver denied to take photos of car. so i have requested for other car or cancellation with refund. still i am waiting for resolution. we had an discussion with you at that time i informed driver to stay there but driver was gone without inform us and we are help less at that time no one was given respond and after waiting for 3 hour we are traveled by local bus from gandhinagar to rajkot. now i want full refund of my money please give as soon as possible. i had talked with customer executive 4-5 times on 4th October every time they are told me will call within 5-10 minute. but now 2 days has been passed i have not received any call from your side. please close it asp and give full refund to me.

                  I had a booking on 6th October, 2022 at Hotel Le ROI, Haridwar.

                  Today I have received a SMS that I had cancelled my bookings and I am not supposed to receive any refund.

                  But, I didn't have cancelled my booking.

                  Then why I should not any refund?

                  Arrange my refunds.

When i go at there location i was shocked i saw there is a hospital not a hotel when i call at help line she said to me give me 2-3 minutes i will call you she call me after 15 minutes she said hotelier not contactable. I face hug loss due to i not joined me meeting on time.

                      Sorry but I need post the issue here with others.
                      From last 10 days I'm frequently calling for refund issue .
                      First of all company has issue with successful transaction, money deducted 2 times from my account balance but service not done that time
                      Now I got one time failed transaction refund but where is other one??
                      How can be RRN can be same in both different refund transaction??
                      Really got disappointed.

                        I have cancelled my International flight PNR - MY1I3U because of some medical emeergency, the cancellation request was raised on 23-August-2022, but after following up with customer care executive multiple times (15+ times) over email, I am not getting any response.

                        I have reached out to Airlines as well, they informed that its already processed at their end(attaching response from Airlines), so I need to check with Travel Agency (which is not responding).

                        There is not direct contact where I can call and talk, I am GoIbibo customer from many years, this is very disappointing for me and frustrating that I need to post the complaint.

                          Hi, i booked a ticket last night from bhavani to bangalore..pnr ORED1514723
                          Tha bus not arrived on time and arrived 2hrs late to my boarding point. Actual time they mentioned around 6.57am. bangalore reach time said 12pm..one hrs delay is fine..but it took 2 hrs and it makes my trip useless as i had an appointment at 13 hrs in bangalore. Due to that i raised cancellation. Also informed driver to cancel as well..my seat no 11bub.. he also said ok. I came back home. I got the message from goibibo and saying my issue is closed. There is no update what resolution they have given..
                          I dint get my refund as well as i dint travel due to extreme delay and missed my appoinment as well.
                          Seeing for a refund..but no where i can raise this issue in goibibo as its saying the trip is completed. Please get this investigated and refund the amount

                            I made a bus booking through goibibo on 25th September 2022 at 12.28AM and saw that the bus fare of rupees 386 has been deducted from my a/c so i thought my booking is successful but after sometime I received a message that there was technical error and that they have received the payment and it will refunded within 2 working days.Days have passed but still I haven't received the refund.

                              I am just sharing my experience with the Goibibo Application.

                              I have created one booking from Goibibo on 31 aug and due to some personal issue i have to cancelled the booking and the booking was refundable now ut is going to be 1 month till date i haven't received my refund amount totally a fraud company i will suggest never to use Goibibo i have called more than 100 times but have not received any resolution till date Will you ever refund my amount i have shared my bank statements as well but still you guys are cheating on us and your employees are just making fool of people i requested all the employees of customer support not to disconnect the call but they always disconnect the call without my consent even i have went to the police station and the police officer had a word with the goibibo employees but still after a while they have disconnected the call this is the final warning that i am giving to all of you or else i will forward your fraud company to consumers forum now as you guys think that consumer is fool and you people are simply saying that yes you can go to twitter over the recorded call.
                              Till date i haven't received any resolution they just have informed me that refund has not been given by the bank and bank is saying that with the RRN id shared by the goibibo there is no such transaction has been done.
                              A lot of fake commitments and a harassment done by you. Bank detail and when we share the bank details we never get a call back with resolution only revert whuch we get is we will update you within 48 hours i have asked many time that i have to speak with the manager they give us the mail commitment that manager will call after 24 hours but till date non og your bloody manager is free to call us and give resolution ut still no call back received.

                                I have booked flight on 10th June and later plan was changed so cancellaed the flight prior 1 month and still struggling for the refund as Goibibo has generated the RRN number and after complaining they have asked for 4 months statement then there is no response from the Goibibo team.

                                  This is with reference to the Booking Id: HTLINARCMNAEB5XK dated 20/09/2022, wherein we booked Hotel in Tromso, Norway from 11/12/2022 to 21/12/2022 and made full payment.

                                  To our utter surprise, the booking failed and refund wais not issued to us despite our various followups with the customer care service.

                                  We did not expect such intentioned lack of cooperation and deficiency of service from your end. Requesting you to refund the full amount as soon as possible. Otherwise we will be left with no option but to take legal action against you.

                                    This is to inform you that i placed a booking on go ibibo app of a hotel in mumbai which was a non existent hotel they deducted the money but now they are not refunding the money on fraud booking...i had to face a lot of diificulties and unprofessional behaviour of their customer care.. they did not assisted me on this problem.

                                      I have cancelled a flight from goibibo for which they have refunded the amount in gocash wallet. I am unable to either transfer that balance to my account or use the amount for any other booking.
