I am writing to you to raise an issue about: flights
The issue that i have experienced was: i have booked tickets for 8 passengers via different pnr nos - fi8rxm, sgch7s, wd8mkb, tp75qx... It all has got cancelled due to covid -19 outbreak and airlines has issued credit note without deductions however my requirement is not a credit note but full refund... Kindly look into my issue... Indigo people have refunded money to go ibibo but they are not refunding money nor able to connect with go ibibo cusotmer care.
It occurred on: 14/06/2020
Since my money is kept with go ibibo after refund from indigo on 14th june'20 hence i want my entire amount to be transferred back into my account.
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

Ibibo Group / Goibibo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Ticket got cancelled due to covid 19.
I have been confirmed by goibibo for returning refund on 16 July by email and by message on mobile on 24 July.
But no action has been taken so far. Attaching snapshot for both.
Kindly help.
