Hello ibibo.com,

I have opened mail account in ibibo.com (nikkee.[protected]@ibibo.com) on 2010 or 2011 to create facebook account.
Now i am not able to recover and login my facebook account as my password is incorrect and the recovery otp and password is being send on my ibibo mail id which is not available any more and can't be found.
Kindly help me to login my facebook account on priority basis as i don't want to loose my account.
It is 10 years old and i have all my colleague and relatives and friends in facebook.
Please help me to login and reset my ibibo.com mail account so that i could recover my facebook password.
I need to get it done on urgent basis.
Please help me on priority basis.

    Sir, I booked a room in the hotel Ascent Biz Noida through you on 16th August 2022 at 20.37 pm for one night. ID HTLDNAQK6TH6V7PK . But the booking showed day use booking from 10.am to 7 pm. And showed check out already at 7 p m while I was booking it at 8 pm itself. How could it be possible. I was not given the room and my money Rs 3130/- deducted from my account without affording any accommodation. I was really very disappointed at this instance And then I had to pay another amount to the hotel in cash and my previous payment stuck up. Please look into the matter and refund my money to the account immediately which was deducted without giving me any room booking. or I will have to resort to legal recourse. Why should I will pay for an accommodation which was never allotted to me and I did not use.

      Hi, I booked a train ticket from Bangalore to Kalyan, Mumbai for 14 sept, 2022 and I wanted to cancel it later on but the booking is not reflecting in my account and cancellation isn't possible from irctc website since I didn't book it directly there. I've tried calling goibibo's customer care service and there is no option to connect with an executive at all! This has been a depressing encounter with goibibo. I'm not even able to reach their email. Here's my PNR number- [protected]

        My name is manish madhav kuril i am from allahabad up i book a flight ticket form delhi to calicutt on 5sept 2022 but due to some issue i cancle my ticket on 5 sept around 7:30 pm they charge me around 15229 but after cancle my ticket they call me after 3 days and says they ticket cancllention charge around 6500 but in dgca guideline they clearly mention if you cancle the ticekt within 24hr the full amount will be refund but they charge me 6500.but i cancle my ticket within 24hr but after they charge m e 6500 kindly help me

          Go Confirmed Trip Offer by Goibibo

          Dear sir,

          This is very regretful to say that a Train ticket covered under Go Confirmed Trip got waitlisted and hence Cancelled on 2nd September only, but till date I haven't received the refund amount as covered under Go Confirmed Trip.

          Last ten days i am continuously following up with the Goibibo Customer support, I raised a complaint also but nothing has been done.

          It is request that, i have booked city land bus from dehradun to delhi on 09 sept. 2022 nd ready for departure.
          But the same time around 10 o clock i got mail from bus operater . Your bus has been cancelled due to break down and i did not performed journey and till now i did not get my refund and in this regard i have called to bus operator he said talk to goibibo but from three days i am trying to reach but i am not getting ti any response . Once again it is requested that kindly refund my money other legal action i will be taken . I will file compalint agains goibibo to not response and not picking my calls and i am attaching all relevant documents regarding journey.

            My claim is for bounced booking . i had a marriage function to be attend so we booked 3 rooms from Goibibo from 07/07/2022 to 09/07/2022 hotel name OYO 26989 Hotel Invogue, Karnal for 7 people, but when we reached there, they denied our booking . we have no way to book another hotel near the venue so we booked hotel Gopinath the grand for 7 people 3 rooms that will cost us 18324/-rs.I got call from goibibo representative and he promised me and mail me to give my all cost amount . but now its almost 2 month, no refund received yet .

              We booked 2 rooms both were of different sizes, one was delux and one was small.
              The small room was not clean, had spiders and washroom did not have hot water plus the flush was not working.
              We adjusted 4 people in one room and they gave another small room where no more than 2 people could be accomodated.
              In the delux room also the extra bedding was little broken.
              We are in Kashmir. Prepaid number is not working. Please call us at [protected]

                    Hello,
                    This mail is regarding the booking ID GOFLDMTAND[protected] which shows that the booking was unsuccessful because we didn't receive the payment. But the amount is already deducted from m and it is more than 4 business days there no update from your side on the same, and neither your support app is working. It asks for the proof as a screenshot to raise the ticket but shows some sort of error while uploading the proof.
                    I am not getting any sort of support from your end.

                    Please look into this matter and reply ASAP.
                    I have attached the screenshot of the payment for your reference.

                      I booked room at Blue stone and the facilities mentioned in the goibibo app is nothing available at the hotel and the room provided was very small but I paid 3000 for that room.
                      Goibibo has mentioned facilities like Balcony, In room dining, House Keeping, Laundry etcetc but non of the facilities the hotel is having. I really got fooled by goibibo.

                        Last year I booked tickets from goibibo and kept the tickets on open status. Now I would like to rebook the tickets it’s been more than 2 weeks now. Ever day I have to call customer care number for support but it will same resolution that they will look into and get back to me with 2 hours. I believe it’s a scripted statement which will be used by the cc executive.

                          I have Booked Hotel Townhouse OAK Chaitanya Executive by Goibibo Booking Id HTLDNARCR2759CYN; PNR No. [protected].

                          The Hotel is in Pune above Hangout retro Bar, Near Shree Control Chowk.

                          After the Online Booking, while check-in, the HOTEL denied the Online Booking. They said we do not take online bookings, please talk to Goibibbo only.

                          As I already paid, I talked to Goibibo and raised the ticket. However, as of date Gobibo neither provided any other Hotel nor compensated the amount.

                          I want my Money back.

                            I had booked an air ticket for 3 people for 11 May 202 on Dehradun Jaipur segment and return for 12 May 2022. The airline delayed the flight and for the flight to Jaipur I had paid an amount of Rs 11564/-. I got a refund of Rs 10710/- Although less but I didnt complain.
                            For the Jaipur Dehradun segment I had paid an amount of Rs 23578/-. However I have recieved a refund of ONLY 11431/-. You are requested to kindly ensure the payment of the remaining amount of Rs 12147/- plus harassment charges

                              I canceled my ticket for Mumbai-Jeddah-New York Saudi Airlines flight on August 10, 2022. The flight was scheduled for August 12, 2022. I contacted the airlines and they told me the refund will be initiated by Goibibo. It's been more than 3 weeks, and I'm yet to receive a refund. Every time I check goibibo website it shows me the same message. My goibibo account's linked to [protected] and [protected]@gmail.com. Since I'm outside of India, this is the only way I can reach goibibo.

                                Unable to use gocash amount RS.6071 in my wallet

                                Hi, i have got Rs.6071 in my gocash wallet as part of cancelling the hotel reservation. It was booked using my bank account. I chose gocash as refund option and the amount got credited into gocash. Now i am unable to use that amount in other bookings . Its not showing any options. Also its not allowing to transfer back to my original bank account. There is no option in customer support to raise this issue. . my money Rs.6071 got stuck now....

                                Airlines cancelled my flight from Mangalore to Nagpur on 16th Aug 2022. I have given a refund request through the goibibo website and they have initiated a refund of Rs 5166. The total amount paid was Rs 5456.
                                Till now the refund amount hasn't been received credited to my account. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                                    On Aug 16th I tried booking a flight from Mangalore to Nagpur through Goibibo website. After the amount was deducted and goibibo site got stuck and the booking was not completed. Till now I haven't got the amount refunded. Kindly refund the amount asap.
