Incorrect Baggage Allowance

I recently booked a flight ticket from Goibibo. The baggage allowance that i received on my ticket showed 20kg. When i was checking in the Indigo Staff informed me that my baggage limit was 30kg and not 20kg. Not refunding the money

First of all they cancelled the hotel by itself.now they are not refunding my money. I have booked a hotel in Delhi with booking ID HTLDMAQ7G94ABZET and pnr [protected]. No one is responding to my emails when try to call customer care only bots are replying....

Flight date issue

I booked a ticket for 3rd of October and I received a confirmed ticket for 3rd September. I contacted them within 24hrs to change the date or cancel the date. They told their sever is down and they can’t do anything at the moment at all. Booked the bus and the bus didn't come

We had booked the bus from.vapi to mumbai but even after waiting for 4 hours the bus didnt come. There was no bus driver's contact details nor there was any bus's registration number how should we contact if the bus is cancelled then also we could not get any intimation.such pathetic service horrible service. And when i called the customer care the person told they are working on it and with in 72 hrs they will intimate us with the solution...

Refund money initiated - operator cancelled the bus

Hi Team,
I booked bus from Hyderabad to Bangalore.
Operator called me and cancelled my bus and informed me that i will get total money refund back.
After that the people are not lifting our calls for the questions being asked by us. So i initiated the refund as they cancelled my travel
Requesting you to refund ASAP, so that based in it i can book other buses as I need to travel tomorrow only.

Denied Check-in quoting interfaith

I have been denied check-in to the reputed hotel which I booked through Goibibo because of the inter-faith.
I was so disrespectful and unconstitutional. I was literally shocked when the receptionist said that they won't allow interfaith couples to check in.
I called goibibo customer care and they too backed up the hotel saying that no hotel in the area is allowing interfaith couples.

Money got Deducted But Booking not made

I have tried to book one flight on goibibo app I have made a payment of Rs. 8009 using mobikwik wallet. Money got deducted from mobikwik wallet but booking not successful on goibibo. I tried to connect with goibibo but I am not able to connect them. I have attached the transaction receipt below....

I booked a cab from chennai to Coimbatore with the booking id CARPDGCJXPJNR62 and again modified the time and got a new modified booking id CARPIGCJYECCXFO and till the last minute I didn’t received any cab driver details and I missed my most important meeting in Coimbatore also received only the refund amount of 159 but not received the amount paid on first booking ID. Never Expected this kind of attitude from Goibibo...

Refund for Hotel Stay

I had paid money for a 5 star rated hotel through goibibo but the service was literally poor. Aadhar card is not acceptable, no smoking rooms available even after paying extra and even no call service. Several calls to goibibo and hotel staff but they don’t even bother. I want my full refund....

Worst service of hotel management

I booked a room in hotel " Pitambara palace" but it turn out to me different from as portrayed on website. And hotel management service are too poor and hotel manager was trash talking to me. On seeing there interior hospitality, I decided to not to stay at that room and I left the hotel without check-in to room. So I want my refund for this troublesome experience....

Access denied after booking confirmation

It was a horrible experience I faced yesterday when we booked this property via Goibibo.

Regarding refund of my hotel booking cancellation on 19th july

Respected sir
This is with regards to the delay in receiving my refund back for the cancellation of hotel at Nashik.
I had done my booking on 14th july and cancelled on 19th july, on the same day the refund was initiated but due to some technical issue with sbi credit card the refund got failed..
Go ibibo asked me to wait for 12-14 days to fix this issues then again i call back on 1st august to know my refund status...

Flight's Not Canceled

I have recently canceled an international flight from Mumbai (BOM) to New York (JFK) leaving on August 12. Goibibo portal says the flight has been canceled. However, the airline's saying the ticket's still active. I've been trying to reach goibibo for support. However, their support numbers are not working. I'm always getting an automated reply about the flight status. I talked to the airline and they're saying the ticket needs to be canceled...
