        I had book a flight ticket for 24th April 2022 from bangalore to imphal via Kolkata from goibibo, but the first flight from Bangalore to Kolkata got delayed and I couldn't able to take the second flight so after wasting my time for around 3hours arguing the Air india airlines cancelled my ticket..I applied for refund request and it was showing that they will refund the amount before July 31st 2022 in the goibibo apps..and after dt also it was showing awaiting from airlines.. I called directly air India airlines customer service and enquired about the matter n they told its already initiated after 4 to 5 days of ticket cancelled..but now its been 5 months and still it's showing awaiting for airlines..I tried goibibo customer care I couldn't able to connect with any of the number..tried mail also nothing helps, the amount which I paid was rs 8129..plz help thanks in advance

          Booked the hotel paid online the hotel guy asked extra 500 to check in but I refused then I asked for customer support and they took almost 2 hrs for resolution just delaying the issue and wasting my time..at last after so much time lost and the day wasted they agreed on refunding money and that too it will take 10 days. No compensation nothing worst ever experience on Goibibo.

            I’ve booked a hotel on goibibo.com on Saturday 13/08/2022 at Udaipur, Rajasthan for 4 people.
            I left Jaipur at 12 afternoon on my way to Udaipur at 08:45 PM 5 KM apart from location got a call from Hotel owner saying that room was not available at the moment. I called back but he refused to make any other arrangement for me. I raise my issue to goibibo & with 52 minutes long call(Yes, with the agent) I said that it’s difficult for me to find any new hotel at that very moment due to Holidays & at end time both online and offline asking for higher amount. So I asked him to give me any other room booking. But instructions The agent said me there..
            1. They’ll initiate the full refund of existing booking.
            2. Get book any hotel of your choice at the moment (Online or offline) and provide the bill, they’ll initiate the reimbursement for the same upto ₹3500. Still I’m not agree, but they ended up saying that it’s last what we can do for you at this moment. (Which is quite unfair)
            I demanded room in exchange of room but they refused. So at 11:00 PM, I literally searched nearly 15 hotels for just the room, all my family was worrying due to fear of not getting room & we might have to spend night in car.
            At 11:13 PM with less facility & poor service, find a room at ₹3600 (much higher than what they offer) but I don’t have any choices left so went with it.

            On next day, uploaded the bill, expecting to get upto 3500 back but didn’t get reply even after a week, I again tried but couldn’t connect. On 30/08/2022, they initiated a reimbursement of nearly 2000 against my booking with saying it’s maximum what we can offer.

            Certainly not happy with such horrible experience and with the service !

              Respected sir/mam,
              I had booked a train ticket on 20AUG from Bangalore to Pondicherry and payment was done via upi. But for some reason, the ticket was cancelled and a refund was initiated immediately. A mail was received regarding the same and I got the message that the refund will be deposited in my bank account by the time of 27-30 AUG. In the failed booking section it is showing a refund credited in the account but I haven't received the money yet.
              Below is the booking details and RRN Number provided by them.

                Our flight with PNR - CTF13E having 4 tickets from Delhi to Indore was cancelled on Aug 18 and we got mail that refund of INR 28, 436.00 will be issued within 5-7 business days. but still nothing credited to account.

                We called Indigo customer care on Sep 5 and they said they issued the refund to you guyz. Can you please check and update by when we will get our refund from your end.

                  Hello ibibo.com,

                  I have opened mail account in ibibo.com (nikkee.[protected]@ibibo.com) on 2011 to create facebook account.
                  Now i am not able to recover and login my facebook account as my password is incorrect and the recovery otp and password is being send on my ibibo mail id which is not available any more and can't be found.
                  Kindly help me to login my facebook account on priority basis as i don't want to loose my account.
                  It is 10 years old and i have all my colleague and relatives and friends in facebook.
                  Please help me to login and reset my ibibo.com mail account so that i could recover my facebook password.
                  I need to get it done on urgent basis.
                  Please help me on priority basis.

                      Sir, I booked a room in the hotel Ascent Biz Noida through you on 16th August 2022 at 20.37 pm for one night. ID HTLDNAQK6TH6V7PK . But the booking showed day use booking from 10.am to 7 pm. And showed check out already at 7 p m while I was booking it at 8 pm itself. How could it be possible. I was not given the room and my money Rs 3130/- deducted from my account without affording any accommodation. I was really very disappointed at this instance And then I had to pay another amount to the hotel in cash and my previous payment stuck up. Please look into the matter and refund my money to the account immediately which was deducted without giving me any room booking. or I will have to resort to legal recourse. Why should I will pay for an accommodation which was never allotted to me and I did not use.

                        Hi, I booked a train ticket from Bangalore to Kalyan, Mumbai for 14 sept, 2022 and I wanted to cancel it later on but the booking is not reflecting in my account and cancellation isn't possible from irctc website since I didn't book it directly there. I've tried calling goibibo's customer care service and there is no option to connect with an executive at all! This has been a depressing encounter with goibibo.                           My name is manish madhav kuril i am from allahabad up i book a flight ticket form delhi to calicutt on 5sept 2022 but due to some issue i cancle my ticket on 5 sept around 7:30 pm they charge me around 15229 but after cancle my ticket they call me after 3 days and says they ticket cancllention charge around 6500 but in dgca guideline they clearly mention if you cancle the ticekt within 24hr the full amount will be refund but they charge me 6500.but i cancle my ticket within 24hr but after they charge m e 6500 kindly help me

                            Dear sir,

                            This is very regretful to say that a Train ticket covered under Go Confirmed Trip got waitlisted and hence Cancelled on 2nd September only, but till date I haven't received the refund amount as covered under Go Confirmed Trip.

                              My claim is for bounced booking . i had a marriage function to be attend so we booked 3 rooms from Goibibo from 07/07/2022 to 09/07/2022 hotel name OYO 26989 Hotel Invogue, Karnal for 7 people, but when we reached there, they denied our booking . we have no way to book another hotel near the venue so we booked hotel Gopinath the grand for 7 people 3 rooms that will cost us 18324/-rs.I got call from goibibo representative and he promised me and mail me to give my all cost amount . but now its almost 2 month, no refund received yet .

                                We booked 2 rooms both were of different sizes, one was delux and one was small.
                                The small room was not clean, had spiders and washroom did not have hot water plus the flush was not working.
                                We adjusted 4 people in one room and they gave another small room where no more than 2 people could be accomodated.
                                In the delux room also the extra bedding was little broken.

                                      Hello,
                                      This mail is regarding the booking ID GOFLDMTAND[protected] which shows that the booking was unsuccessful because we didn't receive the payment. But the amount is already deducted from m and it is more than 4 business days there no update from your side on the same, and neither your support app is working. It asks for the proof as a screenshot to raise the ticket but shows some sort of error while uploading the proof.
                                      I am not getting any sort of support from your end.

                                      Please look into this matter and reply ASAP.
                                      I have attached the screenshot of the payment for your reference.
