Address: 5th Floor, Good Earth City Centre. Sector-50, Gurgaon-122018. Haryana (India).

I have booked two air tickets from trivandrum to new delhi on 2nd april 2020 for the flight on 15 april 2020 but due to lockdown the flight was cancelled and i postponed my flight to 17 april 2020 again it was cancelled due to extension of lockdown. I called the airlines vistara customer care then they told me that they had cancelled my ticket booking and full refund amount is initiated to the travel agent that is @goibibo. When i contacted @goibibo they answered that they had not recieved amount from airlines when they get they will refund but when i contacted them again they messaged that airline @vistara provided them the credit shell not money so money can not be refunded you can travel on any other date till 31 december 2020. As per the central government order amount of ticket booking during lockdown should be refunded but @goibibo is not refunding the amount not only me twitter is full of complaints regarding @goibibo. Please help maintaining law and order. I will be higly obliged.

picture of mine conversation with @goibibo on twitter they are saying that airline is creating credit shell whereas when I talked with @vistara customer executive name Abhishekh they said that the I am elligible for full refund and they have initiated mail to @goibibo for full refund I also have call recording of customer executive of more than one claiming that they have sent mail to @goibibo for refunding my amount please help what to do now

    As i had booked a train ticket from your application on january/1/2020, from kyj junction to akv junction, date. 18/5/2020.
    It's more than 10 days and irctc had refunded the amount to your account. So i am humble requesting you to refund my amount as soon as possible.

      I booked my e-ticket online from goibibo.com on 1 jan 2020 for the date of journey 22 april 2020. Goibibo transaction id is trndfjagnfu91r. I could not travel by this ticket due to cancel the train by indian railway on 15 april 20. That train suspended from 15th april 20 to 3rd may 20 for the prevention of pandemic covid19.

      And i have received a email from irctc about my ticket cancellation and refund on 15 april 2020. Irctc mentioned in mail collect your refunded money from your agent (Gobibo.com)

      But still now i didn’t get any refund from my agent (Goibibo.com) against goibibo transaction id - trndfjagnfu91r.

      For the above matter i tried to contact with goibibo customer care executive but i did not get any helpful response by human employee. The phone, and chat automatically operated by computerized system these are not useful for all cases.

      Please help me and resolve my problem

        Flight which are cancelled due to lockdown, respective airlines/ travel agency either refunding the money or using using credit shell for futuring booking of flight. I reschedule my cancelled booking and accordingly paid the difference of amount (After adjusting against credit shell), but travel agency ie, go ibibo is not confirming the booking. They don't have customer complaint id through customer can raise complaint. They have one phone number, but not responding. My reschedule flight is from kolkata to mumbai on 27th july or 21st august under pnr no. Zcq3fr

          I have booked ticket from goibibo. Pnr mcntmg. I have cancelled this booking and after deducting airlines charge and goibibo charge at first goibibo confirmed me that i should get a refund money. Now after some days go ibibo has sent money into credit voucher. I have contacted with the following airlines (Spicejet). They have confirmed that they have refunded the money and no credit shell has been prepared for this pnr. Inspite of several email i am not getting any proper answer.

          Please tell whether this is the new technique goibibo is adopting to cheat their customer.

          Please take necessary steps in order to refund my money. Every charges have been deducted by goibibo.

            Tickets were booked on 1st april 20 for travel date of 14th april for 4 passengers, tickets cancelled later on after following up with spice jet as goibibo confirmed on 10th mau that spice jet had not cancelled the tickets. On 10th may and 15th may i had send the cancellation confirmation mail received from spice jet to goibibo but goibibo had not reverted till now, i have written mails, tweets, facebook and called multiple. Time the call. Centre of goibibo.
            But they are not reverting as per the goibibo app they are still. Waiting for the confirmation from the airlines which i have already given to goibibo.
            The entire refund amount should come to my bak account.

              My concern is quite simple u took money for booking ticket now tickets got cancelled so refund all my money as airline refunded u.

              By blocking money you are restricting people from using their own money. You have not provided any customer care service. You have not responded properly on twitter. It seems your intentions are not good with public money. The concern government authority need to intervene on this. As the things are going with thousands of customers.

                I have booked ticket for my family viz seema kumar singh and treaysh kumar for journey from mumbai to patna for the date 13 april 2020 having pnr jgwwtx through spice jet airlines. Due to lockdown because of covid-19 pandemic the flight got cancelled and booking too. The airline has made credit shell available which i don't need as my family is not planing to go any where till the situation revert backs to normal. Hence i have requested spice jet airline to refund the amount as per ministry of aviation guidelines. Hence, on 03 may 2020 the airline has refunded the amount. The amount is been held with goibibo agency and not credited back to my account. The customer care no. Are not responding nor able to register complaint throungh goibibo app. Kindly look into the matter.

                  I have been facing continuous roadblocks in getting my refunds processed by indigo airlines.

                  For pnr#qhzbts i rescheduled the flight from 14th march to 11th april amidst covid-19 on 9th march.

                  I have not got refund either in my personal account or travel partner account. For above pnr i have again changed my journey from 11 april to 30th may

                  Below is the confirmation from airline i received

                  “kindly intimate the below email to your agency as a proof of refund from our side as there is no transaction id generated in case of agency refund.

                  With reference to your email, we would like to reiterate you that under pnr - qhzbts, refundable amount of inr 1660 on 10th march 2020 and inr 1598 on 30th march 2020 has already been refunded to your travel agency account which was used originally at the time of reservation.

                  Kindly get in touch with your travel agency "ibibo group pvt ltd" to claim the refund.

                  Further more, this is the maximum information we can provide you in this regards as we have received the booking payment through the agency mode only and refunded the refundable amount to the agency. We are hopeful that you will understand the need for our policies and see this matter in the right spirit.

                  Recently my pnr was cancelled due to covid-19 lockdown extension. I got mail from airline that full amount is refunded and is stored which can be reused within one year of travel.

                    I spent 4 months waiting for my refund. On 2nd may an email was sent, that my refund will be in my account. I have yet received feedback to my follow up email and money has yet to reflects. 17 emails later from then, i have not received anything.

                    My bank cannot trace this transaction and we have now been waiting 24 days.

                      Due to corona virus outbreak, goibibo executive cancelled my flight ticket on march 21 and confirmed me that i was eligible for a full refund of inr 51847 which would be transferred directly to my bank account from which the payment had been made. The same had been confirmed by the emails sent to me from goibibo on 21st and 26th of march (See the emails attached below). However today i have been refunded an amount of inr 39, 050 only and that too in gocash.

                      I clearly do not need a gocash refund as i am not planning to travel anytime soon. I have raised several complaints but they are going unheard. Could you please look into the matter and arrange for full refund to my bank account.

                          Very useless and irresponsible people not taking care for customer at all.
                          I have booked flight for my family pnr no mp3wfh through gobibo to indigo that was cancelled by airline now nobody are ready to speak for refund and giving faltu answer that not acceptable me to at all other than full refund.

                            I am escallating issue 3rd time here, regarding my flight cancellation refund required.

                            But still goibibo not provided my refund also goibibo helpline number not responding, while 24 days has gone completed after raising request for refund money.

                            Pls try to provide my money, as goibibo is the worst service provider and fraudster company.

                              For pnr: bstgbr, we had a round-trip flight booking that was cancelled due to coronavirus. We placed a full refund request and goibibo said that we were not eligible for it because the airlines won't allow it.
                              We talked to the airlines and they said we were eligible for the full refund and that goibibo had the money, not them. I sent the screenshots of this chat with the airlines to goibibo, but no reply yet.
                              I have been trying to take my money back out of them for a month now. The customer care is useless. Their social media accounts reply to publicly posted stuff but not to dms. Goibibo is run by a bunch of freeloaders.

                                Pathetic service by goibibo. I tried booking a hotel near biju patnaik international airport, bhubaneshwar for my uncle as he could not board his flight for chennai (6e145) this evening.in the first go i found one hotel "oyo 43422 ma forest park inn, bhubaneswar, india" near the airport just (1.2km according to google maps). I tried booking this hotel but in the first go amount was deducted from bank account but the room was not booked (Booking id - htl69pszdq) and it showed in the application payment failed, rebook. So, i gave a second try and it was booked in the second attempt (Booking id - htlfpgpp66). So, i forwaded all the details regarding the hotel booking to my uncle and he took a cab from the aiport to this hotel. First of all it was not easy to locate but anyhow he reached the hotel, and makes a call to the hotelier to which the hotelier first enquires about the "booking id", "which booking platform was used", "under whose name the booking is made" and so on then replies that the hotel is closed and denies them entry. Then i try to reach the so called "customer service" of goibibo and file a complaint about "denied checkin into hotel" ticket id - [#31573792] from where i get to hear that they will fix this issue. After 30min the customer support guy calls me and tells that the hotelier said that the hotel is open and have not denied anyone from checkin into the hotel and also adds that the customer with booking id-htlfpgpp66 were demanding "lift" in the hotel and to no avail they left off. To which i replied the customer support that we have checked all the amienties before booking the hotel and bro seriously why we need a "lift" in a budget hotel, seriously!! Around 9 pm in the night why we will deny a hotel for not having a "lift" in it and we booked this hotel only because it was near to the aiport, and clearly i could make out that the hotelier was lying and denying from the actual reason as i had made the payment already and he has recieved the payment in his account and so, during the night one could do nothing rather than listen to his nonsense and leave the place as he has no concern about the individual who has came all the way from chandil, jharkhand travelling 400km on an hired ambulance just to catch a flight from biju patnaaik airport, bbsr to chennai and further travel till cmc hospital vellore for his serious health issues. I booked this hotel only because he could not board his flight as e-pass for the tamil nadu state was not processed till his boarding started so he postponed his flight for next 2 days (As direct flights operate in 2 days interval bbi - maa) and decided to stay in a nearby place till the e-pass was processed. But who knew that this trip will give him so much trouble than his illness. So, finally after getting no help from anywhere i came here to file a complaint against these money making institutions so that no other individual has to face these. And i need a full refund for these two bookings or else going to file a legal complaint and sue the institution for such troubles.

                                      Hello Team,

                                      This is Apurba Ghosh and I have 2 PNR with Goibibo for Indigo.
                                      First PNR is WHDF9P, Journey date was: 30th May 2020 from CCU to IXZ, thats already cancelled from their end automatically and credit shell enabled on the same. That suppose to be FULL REFUND at my original payment source(Credi card/Bank). That's not accepted.

                                      And also problem is with another PNR : FF7PK, Journey date was: 5th June 2020 from IXZ to CCU, You can see that as they cancelled 30th May 2020 Journey from CCU to IXZ so how we will use return journey? It's a common sence So you should automatically cancel the PNR: FF7PK and get REFUND to me. But they are not taking this seriously.

                                      NOTE: If Goibibo unable to do that then I need to take CONSUMER LEGAL action on the same. As you have automatically cancelled the PNR WHDF9P(Dated. 30th May 2020), but still not received REFUND on the same. You suppose to REFUND as the flight has been cancelled from your end but you have enabled Credit Shell, WHY I WILL ACCEPT THE SAME?

                                      So I have to take LEGAL ACTION, IF I NOT RECEIVE FULL REFUND for my both PNR.

                                        I am writing to you to raise an issue about: train services

                                        The issue that i have experienced was: hi team,
                                        My name is Biren. My registered mobile no with goibibo is [protected]. I have two train tickets booked for may 19th and may 26th. Now that govt has cancelled all the train due to covid situation i have received an sms from irctc on 17th May stating that the amount will be refunded within 3 to 4 days and it's been 12 days i have not received the amount yet from goibibo.Not even received the refund initiated message from Goibibo yet.Ideally when we book directly from irctc if they refund we get it in 2 3 days. I had couple of tickets for march which i had booked directly from irctc for which i got refund in 3 days. But this goibibo is not refunding my money.

                                        I have the details from irctc that the refund was processed on may 17th.
                                        The PNR number are:

                                        . There is noway to contact the goibibo customer. Their online assistance is worst big time. I would request you to escalate this to the highest possible level and get the amount refunded to the original payment mode asap.
