booking refund for pnr mk99gt

I am writing this mail with extreme dissatisfaction with how goibibo has handled my refund for pnr mk99gt.
Refund processed by indigo : 20, 716/-refund received from goibibo : 13, 286/-amount deducted by goibibo — 7, 430/-

- i booked a mum-dubai return flight (6-jan-20 onward & 11-jan-20 return)- the return flight (Dubai to mumbai) got cancelled on 11-jan on account...

A refund was processed by my carrier on 20 March, same was processed by Goibibo on 12 April. I haven't received anything till date. I am not able to contact customer care. Email is unresponsive. Web form is not working for me. I am not able to contact Goibibo by any means and they are not processing my refund of 24, 0063.

I have tried reaching goibibio on their chat app, customercare numbers and emailed to [protected]@goibibo.com but no response from them at all.

When i reached airline customercare thay said i should ask for voucher through goibibo.

2 days back i got a message that 34, 407 is refunded. I asked for refund voucher which is issued by british airways for full amount paid.br...

goibibo didnt refund although airasia gave it to them

My flight with pnr n32i8g and case no. 52331798 was resolved by air asia by providing the refund to goibibo (Email proof attached). However goibibo has unethically retained the money for themselves and giving me a credit voucher only. Moreover goibibo is not reachable on phone nor do they respond on emails. I need to get the refund which is rightfully mine....

Hi i am book a ticket on 3 months ago and the ticket was already cancel because of corona virus on 15 march and i am calling goibibo customer executive and he say your money will reflected on your account only 2 day and after 1 week i will cal again and he says your money sent to you account and money never received and then i will cal again many times but there is no response in customer care and self support app every time same answer 2-3...

In my case, my cancelled ticket has been re-opened by goibibo.com and no notification was given to this effect. Today (24th may 2020) when i logged in into my account on to their website, i found a notification in red color stating
"dear customer, there will not be any refund applicable for your booking, as we have aborted the cancellation placed by you as per your request."
Infact i have a cancellation voucher from them on...

Flights has been cancelled for my booking id ndcumggbt and ndcu6hgbt for 2 return tickets for myself and my wife from chennai to detroit for 27th april 2020 and return from detroit to chennai for 19th may 2020 due to covid19. I had booked 3 tickets and cancelled due to covid 19 on 5th april and i have received refund for 1 ticket with booking id ndculggbt on 8th april 2020 but still its more than 45 days and i have not received the refund...

Booked 5 tickets for trujet 2t-144 on 18 may 2020, departing time 21:25 with pnrs ef22e2 and u22e8b.
The flight is cancelled due to corona outbreak. Due to the reason being the flight itself is cancelled im eligible for a full refund of rupees 7552.
But rupees 368 was refunded.

For the same flight, i booked 2 more tickets on easemytrip.com with pnr e592e5 and p43a24 and the amount was fully refunded which means...

Required flight cancellation refund

I have booked flight ticket through goibibo, for journey 15-apr-20 from pune to lucknow. But flight was suspended due to a nationwide lockdown.

At 05-may-20 i have raise a request for refund at goibibo, but 18 days have completed after raising request and still i have not got refund.

Refund on hotel booking during covid19

Hi team

This is one of the worst experiences with goibibo, i feel i’m being cheated and penalised for their mere irresponsibility, i had a planned vacation on the 4th april to singapore, but i gave the team a heads up in feb that i will not be able to travel due to covid that too with my 4 year old baby, the airlines got cancelled however the refund was made but the hotelier denied the cancellation, i was very clear...
