I would like to inform you with great pain that I had booked a return flight ticket form goibibo.com portal on Air Vistara flight (Delhi to Kathmandu and Kathmandu to Delhi). I had cancelled the flight because of COVID-19 pandemic. On cancellation I was assured by the call center that refund would be credited back to my bank account within seven to ten working days, but has not happened till date.
The flight details are as follows:

Flight name/no: Air Vistara (UK155) and Air Vistara (UK156)
Passenger details: 1) Arun kumar, Male, 70
2) Veena Rastogi, Female, 70
Travel date:[protected]Delhi –Kathmandu- UK155) &
[protected]Kathmandu- Delhi- UK156).
I made several calls and done several inquires for refund of cancelled tickets, and each time I was assured that refund is in progress and shall be done soon. Despite several requests I have not received any refund. Every time I was informed to have patience as the refund is under process. It has been more than one and a half months since cancellation and still there is no development.
I am a retired person and please stop harassing a senior citizen like this. Please arrange to refund my hard earned money at the earliest.

This is with reference to the earlier mail sent to you on 01.05.2020 regarding non-refund of cancelled ticket booked from goibibo.com portal on Air Vistara flight.
I would like to bring to your kind notice that I have received an official mail from the esteemed management of Air Vistara which states “You are requested to get in touch with your travel agency to claim the amount. Please consider this as an official email confirmation regarding a full refund of the PNR L5OI5O from Air Vistara”.
It further states that I am eligible for full refund of my money from Goibibo. Your customer service which I feel is worst in this world after several attempts said to reschedule the journey.
I want to reiterate that I am not planning any journey in near future and please give me my money back. Please explain why Goibibo is hoarding my money, when Air Vistara has already made it clear to you, for refund of money?
I request the management of Goibibio to return my money, as i have no plans for future international travel. I am a senior citizen and the present situation is not congenial for my travel. Please refund my money and please stop this loot and hoarding. Please arrange to refund my hard earned money at the earliest.
