Dear sir/ma'am,
I need to open my facebook account and for that i need the pass code and due to of discontinuation of ibibo mail, i'm unable to access my pass code. There fore i request you to please take a look on this matter and grant me the access to the ibibo mail for at least once so that i can change my email address.

worst bus service

Myself komil vyas yesterday i booked a bus ticket from your website from delhi to ahmedabad the name of the travel agency is raj kalpana. The arrival time for ahmedabad was 10.16am. The bus delayed the arrival time by 2hrs. The service really worst, even they didn't take stop for dinner at some sofesticated place. The place was really the worst of i had seen. No proper food with hygiene is available.

I didn't receive my refund in my bank

I started booking a ticket for train which cost me ₹243 through goibibo.
I credited ₹143 from my bank and ₹100 from my goibibo cash.
All done for payment, just remain to irctc confirmation, which failed to access because i crossed my booking limit now i need to cancel ticket so i cancelled and proceded for refund but i only got my gocash but not my ₹143 which credited from account. They said we had refunded, but i didn't...

worst service and no compensation

I booked a hotel in pondicherry and goibibo is just listing the worst hotel and their service is very worst and i complained regarding the same many times but i didn't get any further response from goibibo and money is fully wasted and i'm a contacting goibibo but not response still now. I had book a airline ticket from varanasi to banglore on 17th january 2020 around 2 pm for travel on 18th january 2020... Payment for the same was deducted instantly but the ticket was confirmed by 8 in the evening...in such a situtaion i had to postpone my travel...

complaint against goibibo

Goibibo confirmed a hotel booking with a confirmation number for seychelles on 15th jan 2020 but when we checked with the hotel today it said the hotel had rejected the booking. Till date goibibo hasn’t communicated this to us and we are supposed to travel with our daughter who is 19 months old and now we have no hotel booked on the respective date and we are left stranded...

This telephone booking agent of goibibo named mr. Paras put in wrong passenger name on the ticket. Pnr no. Is pkd7yd. On complaining on the email, he did not reply by email, but called on phone and put the blame on me. Although he made the first booking of returning flight (Cdg-del / pnr no. Hlfne) with correct details but for the onward journey (Del-cdg), which he booked after booking return journey, he made the booking with incorrect name....

I hope there is something called management in this so called company name goibibo. All the customer care numbers are not working and its only ivr based. There is no one, one can talk to.

I had a flight from delhi to guwahati on 12th dec by air asia morning 9 o' clock flight which i cldnt travel due to the protest of caa and cab in guwahati which was in a very terrible situation. There was curfew deployed...

flight booking issue

I booked round trip flight journey from bhopal to bombay and bombay to bhopal on journey date 11/01/2020 & 12/01/2020 respectively.
11 jan booking ticket generated but on 12 jan ticket (Pnr h4nl3) journey detail blank, only paid amount given in ticket. Ticket file attached

I query several time in goibibo app gia help centre... But they don't understand my problem because of computorised help system... I call goibibo...

Goibibo have processed the refund for my✈️ flight booking with pnr ok3t8t from ahmedabad to goa departing on tue, 14 jan 22:50. I. E rs. 2568/-

I also understand that they will deduct their handling/ service charges and i am absolutely fine with it.

I had canceled my flight directly with the airline and they have initiated the full refund for the same.
