non receipt of gst bill from goibibo in spite of submitting gst details

I had book my ticket from goibibo for air asia and given my gst number and company details. I requested for gst bill from airline and they have emailed me stating they dont provide gst bill from airline. As agent, it is duty of goibibo to forward the gst details to airline so airline can provide gst bill but they have not done it

bus boarding point changed and delayed

GOBUSANDc2a198ff51 is booking id. I selected a boarding point as mentioned at the time of booking but later bus operator informed me about non arrival of bus at selected boarding point and told me another only boarding point which was 12 kms apart from my selected one. I spent 127Rs to reach there. Booking and payment information is attached here. He provided two contact number but both were non working. Bus operator doesn't have any sense...

cheating in cashback

Dear sir i had booked the airasia ticket on 11 dec 2019 from delhi to hyderabad for 12 dec 2019 with pnr k5synk, there was offer valid that if i make payment by hdfc bank debit card the cashback of rupees 904 will be credited. I made payment by hdfc debit card as there was cashback offer. The promo code was applied for 904 cash but now company denying. I tried to contact them but no solution received. Kindly resolve....

denied check-in after confirmation from goibibo

I have booked a room in aundh retreat for 1 night for 11 dec. I got confirmation from goibibo. But which check-in hotelier said there is no entry of your name. That was because of low tarrif of goibibo.
And now status is shown is stayed which is even more annoying.
Please refund my money asap. It is just a fraud website. Refund my money back else i will drag you to consumer court.

Refund not received since last 20 days whereas bank has confirmed that merchant has recvd the paymnt. I am using goibibo since last 2 years but never faced this problem. But yes this time i am really frustrated.
My amount was deducted on 23rd november, 2019 for two transactions for a hotel booking on goibibo.com.
The booking is for rupasai bangla eco resort - but i didnt receive my refund since last 20 days.

money not refunded from 20 days

need refund - amount debited while bus booking, but bus has not booked

On 28th october i was trying to book bus through phone pay while trying my amount from phone pay debited but at the same time bus booking failed. Now my amount is debited from account but bus not booked so i need refund. If my money stuck in bank please provide mail that my amount is stuck in bank not in goibibo account. Because i try to raise complaint in bank they want mail as proof that amount not paid to goibibo after debited from bank....

I made booking at hi win hotel at chilaw on 5th of december for staying on 9th december check in to 10th december check out. I got the confirmation mail as well as message from goibibo regarding hotel booking. I already made a payment online and also get confirmation from goibibo.
But this is the worst service that after getting a booking amount a hotel manager denied that i'm not getting money and also...

money not refunded to me after declined the ticket booking.

I have booked one flight ticket on 20/11/19 @amount of 4131/- at 8.57 pm through google pay. The money was deducted but the transaction was declined after some time. It was assured that money will be revert back with in 3 days but till now (09/12/19) money was not credit to my account. Everybody was blaiming others. Kindly resolve my issue and give my money back....

go cash not credited

For her referring i got 50 go cash on 23rd october. But still remaining 100 go cash which should be credited to my account has still not been credited.

My frnds journey has been completed on 30th November.

Accordingly you are requested to credit the remaining amount of 100 go cash!!!

cash back not received

I have made a booking on goibibo in which hdfc is partnered with goibibo to provide a cashback of rs.1181 on booking of domestic flights.
I have made a transaction for the booking on 4th december with below details-

Please look into this on priority and provide me the cashback as soon as possible...

rescheduling of flight not done

I booked a flight (Hyderabad to paris) i wanted to reschedule my flight since it had long layover at jeddah. I told them to reschedule it with a flight having less layover. I called them 100 times and requested again and again but in vain. Everytime they assured me that they will do it but nothing happened.
My money is stuck since the flight is non refundable. This is how goibibo makes money? Horrible customer service. Full of liars....

accidental cancellation of my flight

Flight from bom to goa and back, 14th dec to 19th dec 2019.
Called made to goibibo customer service to enquire about cancellation refund, seeking information only. Executive confirmed he will get back with the information. But cancelled my flight.
Now i demand that we must be booked on the same flight at the same cost. Please request for recording for goibibo. The case will be crystal clear without a doubt....

I have booked a flight from varanasi to kannur (Via hyderabad) on 05-oct-2019 for the date 25-dec-2019
Yesterday on 03-dec-2019 i have received a message from indigo, saying the flight booking has been canceled due to operational reason.
As mentioned in the cancellation message, i spoke to the indigo customer care executive and enquired about similar flight to the destination but she couldn't find any suitable flight for me....

unable to open my ibibo email account

I opened mail account (M. [protected]@ibibo.com) in ibibo in 2010 and that mail id i given in my fb account and some other websites.. And now my fb account got blocked and fb team send a mail to my ibibo mail to unlock my fb. But i am unable to open my ibibo mail ad also cant find the website where have to login for mail. So i request you to please help me to open my ibibo mail once....
