Hi officer,

Booked hotel via goibibo app on 22nd dec2019, booking id htl9hrsgek, oyo 66499 hotel sri saravana bhavan, coimbatore but hotel team denied the booking done via goibibo citing the reason oyo don't pay the money to them, hence hotel team charged rs3600/ from me for the stay.

Request to refund the amount charged from me via app.

Also oyo team don't have the basic check on quality of hotel attached to their link, poor facility.

    I just booked a hotel in Chandigarh and goibibo is just listing the worst hotel and their service is very worst and i complained regarding the same many times but i didn't get any further response from goibibo and money is fully wasted and I'm a contacting goibibo but not response still now. I want goibibo to resolve my issue asap.

      Hi,

      I have not received any of the call from your end, this is really pathetic service given by you and hotel at yesterday midnight.
      We have booked 3 room and paid 5730 in advance but when we reached at hotel & mr. Raj the property manager clearly denied for check in that they are not accepting any paid booking, what rubbish is this if hotel is not accepting online paid booking done by goibibo then why are you taking an amount in advance,
      Can you imagine at midnight in winters we were stand out from hotel & goibibo customer care person told me to arrange call back and i will get the resolution which is also not received yet, why you people are harassing to your customers, kindly resolve it asap otherwise i will mark a complaint to consumer court.

        Feb 15 2019 i booked a hotel in trichy via goibibo app for rs.859 through upi payment method and due to some personal reasons i had to cancel the booking. I still didn't get the amount in my account after all these months of tireless plea to customer care. But when time went on i almost forgot the cheating of the company and did the same mistake again by canceling another hotel stay at 26 dec which costed me rs 2872 in trichy which i payed through my indian bank debit card. And still i didn't get refund after getting refund confirmation from the goibibo app for both of the cancelled bookings. After contacting customer support they always reply the same. I am depressed and feeling cheated by goibibo not only me but one of my relative faced the same.

        I can understand my 26dec stay cancellation may take 10 to 15 days to refund but how can i believe if i didn't even get the refund for feb15 2019 cancelled refund for almost 10 months.

        I need immediate refund of both my cancelled hotel bookings from goibibo. Otherwise i am going to move things legally in consumer court.

        Below are the hotel booking id, hotels name and date.

        February 15 to 16 on oyo 9113 ibras residency, trichy. Booking id : htlhzkrbva. Payment rs. 859

        December 26 to 29 on hotel apple park inn, trichy. Booking id : htl5hmtl5hme6g. Payment rs.2872

          I canceled the train ticket with pnr no.
          [protected] journey from dehradun to kota train no. 12402 on 12 jan 2020.
          I have got the mail and sms from irctc about the cancelation confirmation. But from goibibo, i have not received any communication in this matter. Also, this booking is not shown in the list of canceled tickets on my goibibo app. No information is given about my refund.

              Unfortunately with the current circumstances going on in up, it is impossible for us to travel to lucknow with an infant. We can't risk our lives as we are all females traveling along with an infant.
              I hope you guys understand our situation. We would request you to refund the amount paid and can allocate the seats to someone else as we are informing you the same in advance.

                My name is zohaib i booked a flight ticket with goibibo and i didn't receive my money after they cancelled my flight booking themselves! And it was really urgent for me to travel! And because of them i couldn't! I asked them to call me and they didn't when they did they couldn't resolve my problem! And when i asked them to connect me with their senior they didn't even do that! I am really suffering a great problem because of this issue. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible

                      Booked flight tickets from goibibo for my journey from new delhi to amsterdam and then return journey tickets from paris to new delhi. They provided me with tickets of alitalia airlines for my onward journey from new delhi to amsterdam and tickets o[censored]kraine int airlines for my return journey from paris to new delhi.

                      My schengen visa (Europe visa) was refused by the french embassy and i was not able to travel. As confirmed from both the airlines over phone and also available on there website a full refund is applicable for my tickets on grounds of visa refusal. I myself mailed all the documents to both the airlines i. E. Visa refusal letter, passport copy and flight tickets. I received reply from ukraine int. Airlines and full refund was provided. While alitalia airlines customer support had advised that as tickets have been booked through goibibo so refund has to be initiated by them. I provided all the documents to goibibo for initiation of full refund with airlines. Since 50 days have passed i have not received my refund and now ms. Roshni rajput, team customer delight, goibibo called me up and told me that the my refund has been rejected by the airlines. She was not ready to reply to any of my queries and refused to provide me any information about my refund rejection. I asked her to share the details of the follow up mails and the reply received from alitalia airlines but she refused to provide the same as she said it is confidential. Then i asked her to arrange for a call back from a senior executive or the person dealing with my refund, but again she refused that they will not talk.
                      I dont understand how the information related to my refund cannot be shared with me? And moreover what confidential information have been shared by the airlines with goibibo that i, the customer whose money is involved is being denied of that information.
                      I request your intervention in the matter as i have been cheated by the goibibo. As per schengen rules (Europe visa authority) and as per the airlines rules i am eligible for full refund due to visa refusal by embassy but goibibo has denied the same and refused to provide me the refund of my amount spent on tickets.

                        My hotel booking in santiniketan was done by oyo through goibibo. My reference: booking id: htl7n9u74m, pnr no. [protected]. I paid rs 1, 477 to stay at baine holidays on oct 7, 2019. But as i reached there with my wife, baines refused to honour oyo link with them. I called your customer service centre but they kept transferring my calls and put my call on hold. After some time your customer care told me to wait for sometime as they were trying to put me in some other hotel. But they failed to do so.in this way the whole process got delayed. Finding no other option i cancelled my booking at 12.30 p. M. I stayed in that hotel paying from my own pocket. We had to face a lot of inconveniences. Again next day i spoke to oyo that assured me to return my money. But nothing has happened so far. I tried to spoke to both oyo and goibibo but every time they evade me by saying that they can’t hear me because of poor mobile transmission. I mailed them but couldn’t reach because their mailbox was full. It is over two months now and i am kept waiting.

                        Kindly help me get back my money.

                          No number to contact goibibo customer to talk directly some number is on website that out of service and didn't connect.
                          Railways refund my money on 9 december and goibibo take that money they didn't refund to me.
                          There is wrost system of goibibo.

                            1. Red bus is not reflecting the information that bus will be changed & bus operator is changing our bus in mid of the way. When we come to know this thing, we could not take a sound sleep / peaceful sleep.
                            2. Red bus is informing us thru sms incorrect bus no due to which we could have missed our bus.
                            3. Red bus customer care executive informing us that they do not track bus thru gps whereas they are mentioning this thing on their app that they have gps tracked buses.
                            4. Red bus have made contractual arrangments with illegal bus operators who dont have permits / valid documents to operate on road & bus operator suddenly stopped the bus before 40 kms of lucknow in a fear that some rto flying squad is checking around 5-7 kms ahead. Kept hold the bus till 1 hr minimum & i had to go to my destination by incurring additional expenditure of taxi around rs 2000 at my own. Now company is not compensating this expenditure to me nor refunding my ticket money to me as they have not provided me services upto the destination for which they provided me ticket. Since, bus operator was not having legal papers with him he was not sure to convey us time by what time he will again start journey.

                              Suddenly my bus was cancelled around 1 hr before my journey in cold night from mathura to lucknow & i suffered a lot with my wife & made alternative arrangement of travel by incurring expenditure of rs 5000 at my own. Goibibo refunded me rs 2471 & i need remaining expenditure of rs 2500 to meet out rs 5000. You are simply conveying sorry which is not acceptable to me. Kindly compensate me & deduct the equal amount from vendor / bus operator's payment otherwise they will never improve their services. You are prime responsible for bus booking & cannot escape by saying that its a bus operator decision. We are believing your reputed company hence we are making bookings thru your portal else we could have booked directly thru bus operator's website. What is your control & supervision mechanism over vendor. If you will not pay me further rs 2500 i will file a suit in consumer court & will raise the voice upto pmo office thru my advocate channel for this where you are not providing end to end service to consumer. And your customer care officer is also not able to give such decisions, rather they behave in unprofessional manner

                                Dear team ibibo,
                                First of all i want to let you know that i have paid rs.4200 for my trip because of your immature irresponsible unprofessional service. When i started my journey from the airport driver set the gps to my destination and it was showing 200kms by time however on driving he missed a lot of time the navigation and by re routing many time he completes a journey of 200km in 240kms. Then started drama for taking extra charge which i also give him rs600 now come to the point of your service would you imagine when you are traveling out station with you wife on unknown roads in night you car stops at a place where another guy enter and sit and the driver said this guy is to give me company as i don’t get bored? This was horrible so unsecured and my journey become a threat mentally. Also the air condition of the car was not working.
                                You know what i think you have to compensate me for or this in spite of giving invoice, i am sorry but after this horrible experience i won’t think in future to book cab through ibibo.

                                  I made a booking thru goibibo void booking id - htlqmtf3ju for 2 rooms and added one room void booking id for 1 room for toshali sands puri for 31st dec 2019 night. After that i come to know about mandatory gala dinner of 4500+taxes per person which was very surprising for me as hotel that charges 5000/day for room is charging 11000/couple for a dinner. However i accepted to pay them and made a confirmation to the hotel on mail that i will pay it on arrival at hotel. And now after paying 25000 for three rooms they are saying to cancel my booking as if gala dinner is not paid in advance.
                                  As per my booking gala dinner can be paid n arrival.
                                  This is very uncooperative from hotel end.

                                    I had booked a booking in oyo 47921 HOTEL SHREE RADHEKRISHNA RESORT, KHANDWA regarding which my check in was denied as the reason was mentioned that hotel is not accepting LOCAL ID's but goibibo mentioned there which is that LOCAL ID's are accepted in this hotel.

                                    In night to a unknown city where we have not travelled before we had tried to contact there customer service providers and ask them to solve the issue however we had sit on the road from 12.00 p. M. To 5.30 p. M. But our query has not been resolved.
                                    I had called your customer service centres but they were keep transferring my calls and put my call on hold and no reply was given to me den after 7.30 p. M i booked another one hotel which is OYO 45774 HOTEL UTSAV n mainely which is 73 km away from khandwa, n there's temp so down its very tough for me to drive a bike in evening n when i reach the hotel then again hotelier staff denied for check in coz they told me that our basic price is min Rs 1200 for one night & n your cost is to low . Then i called GOIBIBO but they didnt respods me.

                                    I had a call with vijendra of your team and he has initiated now my hotel refund but no action were taken regarding the losses beared by me due to your company's fault.

                                    The total calls made by me to take hotel booking amount refund was around 20 - 25 calls and been there with a conversation time in totalling of 4 - 5 hours.

                                    Its 4 th time when i was felt same pro bt t
                                    I was treated in a very bad manner and i had to bear huge losses due to your company's fault. I had decided if no proper action is taken within 24 hours i will file an fir against the company and sue a case and will be dealing with the company in court.
                                    Also i am gonna take the help of national consumer helpline and take the issue to the court.
                                    I will also take the help of social networking sites if i will not get any results.

                                    These are the actions which i have decided to take if in case no satisfactory action were taken by your company.

                                    I had all the recorded calls with your company and will be using them as the evidence if my query has not been resolved.
                                    Also your company had closed my complaint and no permission has been taken from me before closing the complaint.

                                        Received gocash+ and no expiry period was mentioned and it is in top up category but still got expired and no customer service and no email id and chat support is not ready to resolve. Financial loss of rs. 22128 and 3028. Near about rs 25, 148. No one is ready to help. Suffering from loss due to goibibo negligence.
                                        I have given my email id to chat support but no one is ready to resolve. It is a huge amount for me and i have kept it for my usage when i required.
