Respected sir
This is with regards to the delay in receiving my refund back for the cancellation of hotel at Nashik.
I had done my booking on 14th july and cancelled on 19th july, on the same day the refund was initiated but due to some technical issue with sbi credit card the refund got failed..
Go ibibo asked me to wait for 12-14 days to fix this issues then again i call back on 1st august to know my refund status but they told me it will take another 04 days to return, then i call back on 5th august and they told me they will refund it by 8th august, then on 8th it moves on to 12th august and now to 15th august.
Every time they are stating that due to techical issues in sbi card the payment is not done. Now already 20 days are passed and i mnot getting refund back..

I m really helpless and frustrated now with the behaviour of Goibibo team. It seems they are busy making false commitment n making fool to customer..

I request you to look into my matter and resolve my issue asap.

    I have recently canceled an international flight from Mumbai (BOM) to New York (JFK) leaving on August 12. Goibibo portal says the flight has been canceled. However, the airline's saying the ticket's still active. I've been trying to reach goibibo for support. However, their support numbers are not working. I'm always getting an automated reply about the flight status. I talked to the airline and they're saying the ticket needs to be canceled by goibibo. My goibibo account number is [protected] and the booking ID is GOFLIMTC217F[protected].

    I placed a cancelation request on August 10, 2022. While the ticket for Jeddah to New York was canceled at that time, the ticket from Mumbai to Jeddah was still valid. There was a discrepancy in data on Goibibo and the Saudia website. Goibibo canceled the ticket from Mumbai to Jeddah 4 hrs before the departure i.e. August 12. I confirmed with the airline about the cancellation. The tickets for my flight from Mumbai to New York are now successfully canceled.

        Hi Team,
        My Name is Dhanavath Rambabu Actually i booked flight 6th of this month and payment process is done but i didn't get any confirmation from your end. After few hours i checked with costomer support they said about bank server issue you're ticket is not confirmed so you will get you're money with 2-3 business working days but till now i didn't get my refund money. i tried to reach costomer support and helpdesk etc but no one resppnding my calls. I got few indian number but they said i need download the QS application then only they will reslove the refund but i think about now a days fraud is generating every ware so i need to check with you guys about my refund.
        if anyone knows how to refund my money please suggest me to refund.

          I had done the flight booking on 3rd July 2022 and the flight got cancelled by Indigo Airlines on 10th of July 2022.
          customer care number of GO IBIBO: [protected]

          I had booked a flight for my parents Hyderabad-Dehradun(Indigo airlines) from Go IBIBO. The flight has been cancelled by airlines and amount has not been refunded from Go IBIBO.
          As per the GO IBIBO app, the refund of 11, 007 has been processed through UPI with RRN number [protected], but I haven't received the same into my account. I have also checked with my CITI Bank as per them they do not accept the UPI payment and there is no payments in the queue from GO IBIBO. According to the Bank, GoIBIBO has to do NEFT to my account.
          It has been around a month I'm following up with the customer care of Go IBIBO and also shared my Bank statement twice as per their request. They are postponing this refund of Rs. 11, 585(including insurance) from one month. I'm very much frustrated and disheartened by this behaviour from GO IBIBO.
          Currently I'm in very much need of this amount and Go IBIBO is postponing the refund and not providing support.

            My refund of Rs.2315 was showing as done by goibibo but the payment is not reflected in my bank account and there is no proper customer support regarding refunds if we post any refund-related issue in the community page in their app they delete our message and there is no way to contact them

              I have booked a flight ticket from Delhi to Pune through Goibibo on 1st July. On 2nd July, I email/SMS from Goibibo that airline cancelled the flight due to operational reasons but never got any notification email from Air India. The mail had suggested to go ahead raise request for refund and I had raised refund on 2nd July itself. It is been more than a month and the refund is yet to intiated and I had to pay bill for the amount since I had used Credit Card Payment. When checked with Goibibo, they are asking for airline document which I never got as all i got is Goibibo mail for cancellation notification of flight. Can you please esclate the issue to intiate refund at the earliest.

                Dear Sir / Madam,

                I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Flights

                The issue that I have experienced was: Even though I searched for a Chennai to Krabi flight on Sept 6th, website showed Chennai to Phuket along with Krabi. There was no intimation from the website that they have suggested another airport 160 KM away in a different island from Krabi. The airline asked me to show a screen recording with the error which did (also attached to this complaint) and subsequently they accepted it as a technical error. After 2 days they offered me a 1-2 days reschedule of flight which I cannot as I have booked my stay and return tickets. I asked for Chennai to Krabi on the same day by the same Thai airways but they keep delaying the response to my request stating that Thai Airways is not responding to them since Friday 5th Sept.

                Also i clearly told them the below request was the right option as its at the same ticket cost and I don't have to change my starting journey.

                    Dear sir/madam

                    I had booked on Indigo Flight fro Mumbai to calicut on 10/9/2022 PNR.NO.FL2WNC Flight No.6E5393 at 12.30 hrs. however on saturday july30th i received a message from Indigo airlines that my flight has been modified to BOM to BLR by flight 6E5382 at 11.50hrs and then BLR to CCJ by flight 6E6028 @ 19.45. There are two Travellers 1. Mrs.Bharathi Bhaskaran aged 82 years and Sunil Bhaskaran Menon aged 57. This compelled me to process for cancellation since it is difficult for me to travel with my aged mother and spend some much time travelling it defeats the entire purpose and hence it was not practical to travel by this flight. I cancelled the Ticket and booked through Goibibo for Airindia on the same day early morning flight.
                    I am shocked to see that my ticket has been processed in a regular way and Rs.6000/- recovered from me as done for routine cancellation. The person who called me from goibibo told me that instead of 12.30 the flight has been rescheduled at 11.45 and hence full refund is not possible . He was not willing to listen at my arguments.

                    I am shocked at this apathy and lack of intiative by both Goibibo and indigo airlines in dealing this issue. Kindly take corrective and remedial action immediately.

                    there is also a point to note that i have not taken any concession despite my mother being 82 years.

                    This will of course have a bearing on my future dealings with goibibo and indigo airlines.

                      We are a coliving in hyderabad. We requested goibibo management several time to delist my property from website as we are taking any online booking. It shows sold out but we want to remove everthing. Because some people have posted ratings which is visible on google. As we didn't take a single booking from it, this rating is not genuine.

                      My property "Boston Living" is still appearing @goibibo portal as "Sold Out"
                      I have raised this on mail several time. Even tried to contact your team.
                      But
                      The listing is still appearing in both the web site but it is blocked.

                      Kindly take initiative to de-list the property. There is no service apartment in "mohini tower" i repeat.

                      Please take your action immediately

                      As this is hampering our customer experience and also business.

                      So, this is my humble request to you please take special initiative to help me and resolve the matter immediately.

                      I just want to see my property delisted from the website.

                        I had booked my train ticket in goibibo from BBSR to Bangalore Cant on 31 JULY 2022. My booking id is - TRNA1MPFMDCTKH. And pnr no is [protected]. My train got canceled from IRCTC and amount of 4010 is refunded from IRCTC also. IRCTC refund reference no is [protected]. But till now I didn't get my refund in my bank account.                             Money transfer from wallet to bank account

On trying to transfer the amount to original source as pet the FAQ. the same was not working either on website or app. No proper customer case option is available for cancelled bookings. No process for raising complain or customer service is available....

                            I booked through ibibo for an OYO hotel room and paid online. On arriving at the hotel the receptionist said I have to pay extra 500rs ( in cash and no receipt was given for that ) . When I asked why he said that goibibo is not changing the price we have mailed lots of times and that we won't get any refund also goibibo will cheat. It was late at night and we did not have a choice but to stay there by giving rs 500 extra. There was no helpline number and the call was available on the next day only. When called they asked for invoice . I said he did not give any and asked to pay cash they said they can't do anything without an invoice. The hotel had many reviews stating the same cheating incident charging people more . I asked if they can remove the hotel from the Listing but they did not even hear . Worst behaviour on behalf of goibibo and OYO. Since they are partners they can pull up the CCTV right ? For which I asked . They did not respond properly . I'm planning to move legally . Please don't get cheated anyone . DONT BOOK on goibibo . It's the WORST.

                              My name is sayani saha, I had done a booking of a hotel named, Hotel Larina Puri through GOIBIBO APP on 11th July 2022.
                              Booking reference no-[protected]..
                              However due to some unavoidable circumstances, we had to cancel the booking.We had done the cancellation on 19 th July 2022.

                              As per the t&c post cancellation the refund must be initiated within next 4 to 5 working days ..it's been near about 15 days post cancellation, we are waiting for the refund..I don't know how worst services you can give to your customer..

                              My husband, Mr.Tanujit Roy already had a discussion with two of your executive Shabbir Seikh & maaz ali khan, and both of them are scripting the same thing over and over again..

                              Just tell me one thing, i m a regular customer and i thought to trust goibibo over other app and had done the booking..what's my fault over here...???you guys were either fooling us or playing with our money...is this any joke going arround ...if there is any technical fault while processing the refund why the other mode of refund is not used??..For last 15 days my money is with you guys and you guys are neither refunding me the amount neither giving me the proper details..

                              Each and every time each o[censored]r executive are scripting the same line.The worst service I faced till now..

                                    I had booked a ticket from Delhi Kashmere Gate to Baddi with Hrtc on Goibibo platform dated 18th may . But after a while, once the ticket got booked, it automatically got cancelled on the same day .                                       You haven't refunded the amount of 1388 rupees to my account. You immediately charge the money but take long days to reimburse it. Kindly do the necessary.
