    I contacted goibibo to inform the hotel denied check-in for my upcoming international travel which is in a week. From 7 days they kept giving excuses that they are not able to contact Maldives government and this and that. Ultimately they stopped responding to me and just ignored the issue. They didn't provide me with an alternate hotel although they told on day 1 that they will shift me to another hotel without any extra charge. Now they just don't respond. I have to book a hotel 1 week ahead of my travel at 4 times the price I paid when I booked 5 months back. Who is responsible for this issue? They still didn't remove the hotel that's not operational from their website .

        I booked international flight ticket through Goibibo. Flight was cancelled by airline making it eligible for full refund. I made request to goibibo for refund which hasn't been processed till date. There is no direct way in IVR to connect with refund team. Even if you get connect, support team is unprofessional and doesn't provide correct status update. I called support almost 50-100 times, spoke with multiple agents, supervisors and nobody was helpful to provide even correct update, let alone refund. I'm really frustrated now and will take them to consumer court for this mental harassment from goibibo.

            My booking id with goibibo - golfdmt1a13f[protected], i have never seen a horrible call centre with different versions on call centre.
            As goair had prepone flight from 7.35am to 6.20 am for my booking to delhi, i cancelled my ticket through goibibo app, ( as per airlines rules in flight prepone more than 1 hour, full refund is given to booking.as a good citizen i went on goibibo app and cancelled my booking, as i had booked there there app.i did all my duties and all needful in advance ( 2 days )
            When I didn't get my refund, I called the call centre, first version was very very laughable, you will not get a refund because you don't call goair, why should I call goair ? I booked throw your app and cancelled on your app, but after 20 minutes I got a call again. sorry we forgot to cancel your ticket, it's not your mistake ( it's our mistake we will give you full refund, today i get a message you will get 427.00.
            What the hell is going on, this is daylight robbery and 420 open cheating, because of your mistakes are a glitch in your system. you are putting blame on me for what ? if i don't get my refund, I will go to extend to fix all this cheating job.
            I need 100% refund + mental torcher you need to pay all.

              I had booked my flight ticket through GOIBIBO, Booking id- GOFLDMT1A13F[protected], as the flight was preponed for more than 1 hour, i am eligible to get a full refund. i booked throw there app and cancelled ticket on there app ( i have all confirmation mail and messages of cancellation ) they have created new story on call centre, you have not cancelled with airline, why should i cancel with airline??I booked on your app and cancelled on your app and 2 days in advance, i got a second call from the call centre, you had cancelled but we missed cancelling your ticket to the airline, it's our mistake. We will give a full refund. new story: it's your mistake, you had cancelled your ticket with the airline. what a horrible company it is, they have no self respect. Most Indian companies have no respect for their clients. just cheat.

                There is no way to reach the customer care. Website provided "Email ID" is working as Automatic reply system, and the replyed email not having a Reference No. Airline was refunded the my cancelled ticket to ""Goibibo"". but from Goibibo I couldn't get the refund, and couldn't reach them.
                It's like cheating the customer.

                  I booked my flight ticked with goibibo on 2 dec 2022 for 7 dec 22 through my sbi credit card. later i resceduled that flight TO 15 DEC and paid extra amount through my sbi debit card. on the final day of my travel the flight got cancelled. indigo has issued me full refund both on my debit card and credit card transaction. I have got the refund on my debit card. the transaction from credit card was for Rs. 7319. indigo is saying they have refunded to the agency i.e. go ibibo. sbi and indigo are saying me to call goibibo and ask them to refund my money in sbi credit card but goibibo customer care are not able to help me regarding this. please help me if you can. PFA the required screenshots. the next step is to take the matter to consumer court but i thought i should try here.

                      I booked 5 bus tickets from Kanpur to Agra on 24 Dec 2022 with Booking ID - GOBUS01C325DBAD. We had to cancel our tickets as the bus was preponed because of which we could not reach. The bus operator assured us of a full refund. While filing a complaint, it showed we would contact you within 5-7 working days. It has been more than 20 days but it is still showing " we are working on your complaint".

                        I was booking an air india flight from kolkata to agartala for 24th jan,
                        during the booking i was paying via upi, my money was debited from the bank but the flight ticket was not booked.
                        no info is showing in the my trips pannel.

                        and the customer care number has no option of speaking an executive

                        kindly refund the money.

But when I went to make some changes on the site it shows no booking, customer service not responding, tried the app as well. Nothing working. Money was debited from by bank and I received message from the company as well related to booking details. But going to site and all nothing is showing.

                            I have made a booking for Ginger Noida Hotel on 8th Jan 9:31 PM for checkin for 9th Jan 9:00 AM but the Goibibo booked it for 8th Jan 9:00 AM checkin and 5:00 PM checkout. I realized this once I got a confirmation of booking, I immediately called Goibibo customer support and first they denied accepting their error and Kept me on hold for long time. they never resolved the issue. Today they are showing that booking is completed. I want refund of the booking and compensation for mental harassment.

                                We had book a hotel in Coorg{The London House, Coorg}. We had already paid full amount with room with breakfast but unfortunately hotel manager said that breakfast is not include in your amount. Hotel manager denied for breakfast. i have all the records and call recording of hotel manager. I have discussed same thing with goibibo but goibibo didn't reply or taking time so much . Please refund my breakfast amount becasue we have already paid the amount to goibibo.

                                  I have booked a hotel using goibibo app at ganapathypule, maharastra.
                                  we reached the hotel around 7:30 pm 26/12/22 and the hotel said that they are not dealing with goibibo and we got cheated by goibibo
                                  when we call the customer care they said they are unable to reach the hotel so they will be cancelling the booking. They were not ready to provide any alternative hotels.
                                  Do I need to stay in the road with my 80 yrs old grandmother and my kid?
                                  While conversing they said If I book any near by hotels they will pay the extra charges (maximum 2000) when I share the invoice.
                                  Now when I call customer care they are asking proof for such a conversation. My bad I didn't record the call, I asked them to check my call recording, they didn't call me after that.

                                      I had cancelled my Air Asia flight ticket due to excessive delay and had asked for refund. I cancelled my ticket on 10th Dec'22 and claimed my refund, i received a call from goibibo stating that refund will be based on approval from airlines. i received a mail from Air Asia on 11th Dec'22 confirming that the refund is processed and the same will be credited in next 7 days. On 23rd Dec'22 i receive and automated mail from Goibibo stating my refund has been cancelled as per policy.

                                      I am highly disappointed with goibibo as I booked a same day round trip from goibibo app and the delay was too much to accommodate. instead of fighting on my behalf to get a refund from the airlines, they cancel the refund which was processed by air asia without any proper explanation.

                                      It is also very tough to get in touch with Goibibo customer care as most of their emails/contact numbers are automated.

                                      I want my refund to be processed as the airlines has already done the same and goibibo as a service provider has no rights to block the same.

                                        I have booked Magnum resort on 1st nov for 29th dec-1st jan. I have got confirmation from hotel (Mr. Mehra) around 6th Nov. Again i got a call from goibibo that it is not confirmed yet and i checked with hotel again which says that we have booked at lower price and they dont entertain such bookings and blaming third party which is goibibo for this.
                                        My money is now stuck with goibibo, i have then starting following up with Goibibo on this issue.
                                        First they said that the booking is not yet confirmed and they were trying to reach me from long time. Why should i bother to call/pick call from unknown toll free when it is clearly mentioned in app no need to call booking is confirmed.
                                        second i understood the situation and i believe there should be policy/contract between third party and hotel in such scenarios.
                                        well i got call 3-4 time informing me about same issue but no solution to it, and what i supposed to do in this case, either they should come back with solution/refund something but nothing.
                                        This makes be little worried and now i started following them on issue but i spoke to many support people(
                                        kajal sharma, rakshA KUMARI, priyanka, bandana manjhi, shubham, taran) and no one knows what exactly they should do they dont have any idea and i get to hear that i need to wait for 2 hrs / 24 hrs/ 72 hrs everyone says different stories but no one is taking actions on this. Infact they cut my calls and give me more mental trauma.
                                        why it is taking so long to get confirmation from hotel/ implement any other resolution? why they cannot help before travel date?
                                        everyone is saying different stories some says will get alternate booking some says no will get confirmation?
                                        Can any one really take action and resolve this case and inform me what the final status?
