      Flight Cancelled by Airline due to technical reason but not refunded the amount.
      As i have communicated to Goibibo they are repeatedly sent the note of awaiting for response from Airlines.

      Date of Flight Cancelled : 6.10.2019 more than 1 month there is no any positive response from Goibibo.

      Kindly take necessary action and settlement of case as soon as possible.

        I am complaining about not getting my refund back for the booking i had cancelled in april 2019 at pune hotel of amount rs. 3560. I tried many a times to contact their service provider to get help but no any response given by them. They are giving excuses and ignoring the topic. It is more than 6 months now and they hv not generated bank reference number yet. I want my refund as soon as possible otherwise i will take an legal action.

          I had booked ticket from new delhi to jakarta. Search result gave me following result. Delhi to singapore by indigo. Singapore to jakarta by scoop airlines.
          I was refused boarding pass by indigo saying they are point to point airlines. Heard of this for first time as a traveler. Surely goibibo will be aware of this concept and still offered me that airlines when i did not show my interest to visit to singapore. I know indonesia does not require prior visa and i can fetch visa on arrival. Singapore does not have that facility of visa on arrival still go ibibo offered singapore for transit. Why on earth i will spend my day and money to buy singapore visa for two hours were i am visiting goibibo for cheap tickets. Indigo informed me about similar case they receive everyday with goibibo tickets. I had spent inr 26000/- for what, to miss my interview miss my fun. My booking reference for this itenary is kgp39m and qfl2fr. My return itenary which i did not use is rp8pqr and gf8tjc

            My client amrit dara irani had booked a business class return flight ticket from mumbai to rome via paris vide pnr no xydhjg for jet airways and the ticket number was[protected]. The booking id number for cancellation being amdn9xhiw.

            My client cancelled the said ticket on 13/4/2019 three days before the announcement of closure or cancellation of jet airways.

            On 12/8/2019 my client received a mail from you stating that a refund for rs inr 99111/- has been processed and credit for the same shall reflect within 5 to 14 working days. She has till date not received the said refund.

            My client sent many reminders to you for the said refund but till date my client has not received the refund.

            I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REPLY FROM YOUR SIDE NOR HAS MY CLIENT RECEIVED HER MUCH OVERDUE REFUND THIS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL ON YOUR PART. THIS HAS CAUSED MUCH MENTAL HARASSMENT TO MY CLIENT WHO IS A SENIOR CITIZEN LADY. KINDLY ISSUE THE REFUND AT THE EARLIEST.

              There has been an unauthorised deduction of ₹10000/- from my bank dated 25/09/2019. Goibibo claiming that the same amount is debited from their end but bank statement clearly show as : ibibo otc no. [protected]. Amount ₹10000.
              My case reference number registered with them is 29999520.
              Please look into the matter and provide me with the refund at the earliest.

                After payment the page which opened was with some other persons name

                I contacted goibibo and they sent me a email saying i will receive money on 5tg of november

                Till now i have not receive the money

                They have started mak9ng excuses

                I want my money reversed

                I had book my flight from indore to Mumbai on 30 oct. And used my debit card to avail a discount however the discount has still not been given to me. There is no customer care executive given by the company. There is no email id of the company. There is no addressal. The online 24×7 system is not useful at all. My refund is not given to me yet.

                  I have booked a flight for 6th january 2019 e ticket no 160-[protected] from mumbai to kelowna. We are trying to reschedule the ticket to 12th january 2019 (Same flight).
                  The cost for rescheduling is rs 135000/- (Approx) but the new ticket is available for rs. 80000/-. The charges are totally absurd. How can you charge such amount if the ticket is available on cheap rate on your website? I am trying to connect through customer care but i have not received any logical solution

                    I had a cab booked (Booking id carpafeh7hbvi97) well in advance in july from mumbai to mahabaleshwar for 26th september 7am as departure date and time. I didn't get cab and driver details till 5 am, further after number of follow-up there was a mere assurance that my cab is confirmed. At 7.30 am i get to know that that goibibo is unable to arrange the cab & that i should arrange by my own. This resulted in a huge financial loss as well as inconvince. I had to book cab from mmt which costed me 5350 and i reached at the destination at 9 pm instead of planned 2 pm wasting my half day of hotel. For such inconvince and financial loss, goibibo is compensating just for inr 814, which is not ethical and unacceptable at all. Just the mmt cab that i booked at the very end moment costed me inr 5, 312 (Inr 2, 300 extra) + half day wasted and the end moment inconvenience.
                    I am following up almost every day via mail, call center and chat, and the way their call and chat ivr responds, it is extremely time consuming and difficult to connect with them. Now it's been 9 days now and i have not got any resolution nor any compensation refund from their side. Everyday they give the commitment that in next 24 hours i will get proper resolution and such drama is going on since last 9 days. As requested by them i have also provided them with my bank details where they can deposit the compensation, but there is no action taken nor any reply / confirmation on the same. It's high time now and i would expect you to kindly intervene in the matter and provide me a resolution.

                      This is for your kind attention that i had made an booking for my wife and my son for the flight 6e141in indigo airlines from cochin to chennai for the date 7th of oct 2019. The booking was made on 17th of sep 2019 and i have also made a payment for the amount 6492/- the amount got debited from my account and was credited into ibibo web private ltd but surprisingly i received a mail in few minutes from indigo airlines saying that we have not received the payment and could not process your ticket's. My question is where my money has gone neither the airlines people got the payment and also i never got the refund amount in my account its been over a month now and when checked with my bank the bank people say that the payment is cleared from our side and it is credited in to ibibo web private ltd so my strong belief is that my money is stuck in ibibo account and request you people to give me the refund amount of 6492/- to my account as early as possible details of your tranaction is given below. I had raised a complaint against ibibo web pvt ltd on 25th of sep 2019 and nether my issue is resolved nor i received my refund to my account. These people are cheaters and never they sort out the customers problem.

                        When you booked a flight through goibibo you can see 2 different options in their android application, "cancel" & "know your cancellation charges". When i clicked on "know your cancellation charges" there is another message saying

                        "please submit your request. We will get back to you shortly with the exact refund amount." when i submitted the request, they cancelled my flight booking and deducted 11000 from my booking.
                        There is a bug in goibibo application which needs to be fixed and my booking needs to be book again by goibibo on same date and same flight.

                          I was trying to book my train tickets from delhi to dildarnagar station on 27th november 2019 in sleeper class and in goibibo sites booking was available and i proceeded with that but after deduction of amount from my credit card actual booking converted into wait list and it's really painfull for me and in agony i cancelled my booking immediately and suffered huge cancellation charges of rs 300/-. And i tried to contact goibibo team but all in vain... No hearing and no help... Goibibo is not responding at all... Please help.

                            I have booked hotel oyo 37887 sikandra agra on 03.04.2019 my booking id was htlulusfd9 with pnr [protected], and i reached at hotel the did not allow me to check in and i have called to igobibo executive but no one help me. Hotel manager was saying that he would not allow any booking below ₹999/- and goibibo paid him only ₹ 600/-
                            While i did my ticket online so there must be anyone for help but no one is there as i called them and they say pls hold pls hold and after one hour i had to go back at station and i had exam today and i was suffering last night a lot i have to go at agra station and i spent night at station, i was a horrible experience for me. And goibibo is a cheator and fraud company and they did not cancel my booking as i had requested them to cancel my booking.

                              Easyjet airlines has processed by cancellation amount on 27th sept but goibibo has still not transferred the funds back into my account. Its been more than a month. Every alternate day i get a reply that we are working on your query but there is no action. Appreciate if goibibo team can look into this at the earliest. To my surprise i got a reply today that it takes time to validate the payment receipt. Does it take onemonth to validate? Goibibo team you need to seriously work on this at the earliest.

                                I'm dr. Pranjal moharjal, i had booked a room at hotel oyo 46615 qlark attic in rajeev nagar dehli on 2 nov. Through goibibo for one day stay nd payment already done.
                                When i reached at hotel. Hotel manager said.. No room available nd contact goibibo group.. Hisself not responsible for this problem.... What the hell.. Such management...
                                I have faced very much problem... Still i have not credit my payed amount...
                                Plz refund money...
                                Nobody received my call at goibibo customer care no...

                                  I have made a bus ticket from sagwara (Rajasthan) to kota on 27/10/19, travel date - 28/10/19 we had informed by the bus operator that bus is not going to operate today (28/10/19) so you will be refuned in 24hrs, today (02/11/2019) not yet refunded in my account.
                                  Now here is the only final hope to get my refund. Please help me out.

                                    I booked train tickets to kottayam to madgaon. After 12 hours they they didn't confirm that tickets. They told booked after one hour it confirmed or cancelled but after 13 hours that tickets were cancelled nor confirmed it seems that booking in progress. If booking is confirmed i want my tickets or i want my refund. I spent 4, 473 ruppees for these tickets please ensure that my money gave me back

                                        I have booked train ticket from goibibo but the train was cancelled after eaiting for two weeks i contact isrtc they told that they have released refund last week they asked me to contact travel partner.. But there is no way to contact goibibo n my money has not come yet.. I seriously want to lodge a complaint against goibibo for frauding, and for mental trauma which they give to their customers even charging hefty service charge for every booking. Kimdly look into the matter
