Sir, i beg to state that i booked a room at peerless inn durgapur city centre on 6th october 2019... Booking id htlmpy3a4x... Hotel booking id [protected]... Date of booking september 9th 2019 at 10.23 am... I cancelled the booking & goibio informed me booking was cancelled & money is refunded, but when i found my money was not refunded i contacted goibio customer care kolkata at mobile no [protected], address 295/1 acharya profulla chandra road, garpar, machuabazar, kolkata-9 for refund. Instead refund me, customer care kolkata debited rs 70000 from my account. Actually it is fraud from customer care kolkata goibio. I went local police station & file fir against the person of goibio customer care kolkata on 11th october 19... Police officer talked with the person, he told money will be refunded, but still money isn't refunded... So i therefore, request you to take necessary steps against the person who fraud me.
