The pictures in that review are creating great problem and misunderstanding in my life. I would, therefore, like to request you to kindly remove the pictures from the review only.     I just booked my stay at pondicherry and i booked my stay via goibibo and i have chosen for goibibo certified stay for a complete peaceful stay. Tv was not recharged while i was checkin to the hotel i found many services issues and washroom was dirty and ac switch was broken which is not safe to touch and from ac water was leaking and washroom toilet basin was very dirty and looked like a public toilet and later i communicated with hotel but no response and i just totally wasted my weekend and also i paid extra inr 1200 for early check in.

    I want goibibo to return the whole my i paid as per they committed me for 100% money back guarantee in case of service issues.

      Hello,
      I have made a reservations dated 25 september from phuket to bangkok for self and my wife vide booking id mysmf[protected] for a flight departing at 1020 and reaching bangkok at 1150 hr. The flight was chosen based on my planned itinerary and schedule at bangkok. However, my flight timing was rescheduled to 1535 without my consent. Information was passed on to me with adequate notice and i vehemently objected to the same. Finally after long persistence i was told by the customer care to go ahead for the next reservations as they had taken up a case for full refund with the airline. It's been now close to one month but goibibo has not refunded my money and are only delaying me the refund.
      Through this esteemed platform i now wish put some sense back to goibibo.

        Dear sir / madam

        When i have arrived to hotel, i didn’t see anyone at hotel not even security guard & as well as receptionist. I have made immediate call to given number. I tried calling multiple times then i decided to another hotel to stay.

        Note: i’m telling this thing again n again & don’t try to manipulate that i was not visited to hotel. If any staff would be there then i would have communicated where as in my case hotel itself was closed & i didn’t see any staff & reception.

        I tried to knock here & there so at least some one should come out to help us. Where as after 45 mins of struggling, we all 4 members went to another hotel.

        I need complete refund + 5000 compensation which i have paid due to hotel problem.

            I booked a room to stay through this app... After reaching the hotel, the manager is saying that no rooms are available although i hv booked a room... Then the manager is saying that contact the goibibo n he can't do anything... I was with my friend who is completely sick n can't even work properly... At that time i tried to contact goibibo customer care but there was an error even now showing error whenever i try to contact them... Anyhow i managed to book another one which was way more expensive... But i didn't hv any options

                I booked a train from PTKC to SRE for 18 October 2018. The train got cancelled but app isn't showing any relevant data and I tried to call but they denied for having any booking with them. I just need my hardly earned money back. PNR - [protected]. When I called there customer care they've got a dumbest bot on their service which tells that they don't have any booking. I tried to cancel the ticket but it's already cancelled with no refund

                  I made a booking from new delhi to chennai on 21st september, 2019 with booking id nakz4c7pa. I used the gopaypal coupon which had 500 instant off and 300 cashback in paypal. It is very annoying that the 300 cashback is still not reflected in the paypal account using which i made the payment. I[censored] guys are provided a service, you should abide by it and i do not have the time to keeep tracking and inform you.
                  Atleast look into the issue now and let me know the status

                    Sir, i beg to state that i booked a room at peerless inn durgapur city centre on 6th october 2019... Booking id htlmpy3a4x... Hotel booking id [protected]... Date of booking september 9th 2019 at 10.23 am... I cancelled the booking & goibio informed me booking was cancelled & money is refunded, but when i found my money was not refunded i contacted goibio customer care kolkata at mobile no [protected], address 295/1 acharya profulla chandra road, garpar, machuabazar, kolkata-9 for refund. Instead refund me, customer care kolkata debited rs 70000 from my account. Actually it is fraud from customer care kolkata goibio. I went local police station & file fir against the person of goibio customer care kolkata on 11th october 19... Police officer talked with the person, he told money will be refunded, but still money isn't refunded... So i therefore, request you to take necessary steps against the person who fraud me. I could not believe that the person of goibio did such activities... It is the question of reputation of goibio... Thanking you, yours faithfully, swapan kumar dutta, contact no [protected].

                      I have booked the oyo hotel from goibibo. Payment went through and bookedid is generated. Hotel people denied checking they havent received the booking and asked to call oyo. Oyo people asked for pnr number which i havent received from goibibo. Tried reaching customer care support, but the ivr disconnects on selection of hotel asking to use bot and the bot doesn't respond to my query. It is so frustrating that i cannot even reach out to a real person to resolve the query on time. Since my amount has been deducted and the hotel people didnt receive the booking and i wasnt able to reach goibibo as they made it so difficult to reach out to them in case of an urgent issue, i want the booking amount to be refunded. Could someone solve this issue and get back. Hoping response from goibibo atleast here. Worst experience with goibibo this time.

                        Hi,

                        Please note that i’ve been consistently following up with goibibo team for refund of my cancelled jet flight from hong kong go mumbai on 30th march 2019. Yet the refund isn’t processed and the team isn’t giving me concrete reply.

                        What i got to know from employees of jet airways that all the refunds for the cancelled flights are been processed by them but goibibo is claiming they haven’t received the refund which is a clear lie.

                        Kindly advise me how to file complaint in consumer court regarding this matter.

                          We are totally dissatisfied with the hotel treehouse silken and goibibo because of the way this request is closed without our consent. You have taken our money, cancelled our booking without our consent, did not allow us to check in the hotel and also taken the money and cancelled our booking,
                          Moreover both of you are telling that goibibo has taken the money and goibibo is telling hotel has taken the money. Which is not professional for big companies and hotels like you who have a big brand.
                          And we started chennai to goa by car and travelling started at sep 28th and you sent me an otp on 2 october we never used the otp to cancel the booking.
                          Apart from putting us on calls daily stating that you will consider the request and help us with refund, but you put us on call daily just beating around the bush, cheating us on the money and putting us in such a embarrassed situation and also closing the request without our consent and closed issue stating it is resolved
                          We have not closed the booking with the otp. But goibibo has closed it without our consent by fraudulent login and cancelled the booking without our permission. we would like to bring this to the notice of high level managers who can take action on this.

                            Kindly help regarding the issue.

                            1. Room issue :
                            The room doesn't have a separate key card, every time we need to enter into the room we have to call the reception and ask their bellboy to open our room with their master keycard.
                            Check the photos below, 219 is written with a marker and that key is used just to switch on the lights.
                            2. Bathroom issue:
                            In one of the pics see, there is no ventilation, it's covered with brown tape.
                            Other room's jet spray/hand spray pipe is broken no response from the hotel.

                            Even when i have submitted for the moneyback guarantee, the ibibo team is not responding.

                            IBIBO TEAM hasn't reached me for a solid resolution, they are just offering me 1 nights refund even when I had to suffer for 3 nights in a row, I had to compromise as I had no time with me to hover around to search for a room as there was no assurance that I will be getting a good one without personally visiting the hotel.
                            As per their policy I will be refunded for the days I had faced issues and I had faced these issues every day every night. It can be seen in above pictures.

                              Pnr-wqrs9v trip starts frm bbi on 00:15 13oct 19 to dmk 4:30 on 13oct 19 flight airasia fd-113. While resend the tickets today we got diff info. Our trip has been change to connectng flights via kualalumpur, that to starts with 13oct 2019 23:53 and reaching bangkok 14 oct 19, without informing by mail or msg. Kindly give us the exact status of our trip. And flight. We have booked hotels for 13th oct in bangkok.. It will total waste if we dont reach by 13th of oct..

                                I have booked bus from hamirpur (H. P.) to chandigarh but there is no route specified that bus pass from which route via...
                                If we check same booking in hrtc website then there is proper route showing. Goibibo is very cheap site, please dont install the app. And never book any bus, flight, hotel or train from goibibo.

                                  I had done a hotel booking for my family for international hotel stay (Booking no htl4ta98d3). I mailed the hotel to reconfirm booking and found that there is no booking. Waiting for the refund since many days.
                                  Please help me in getting the refund. I am cheated and this organization is a fraud. This not only caused financial trouble but also mental agony. They should penalize for this.

                                      we have booked 02 rooms in Aditya velvet heritage, Jodhpur. We are sitting outside the hotel now with 1.5years baby. The hotels are saying that they will not give us room as goibibo are not paying them from past 6months.

                                        I booked a return trip tuarh9h84 from brussels to chennai dates 19-dec-2019 (Bru-maa) and 18-jan-2020 (Maa-bru). But i received lot of flight changes and every time i need to call the support and again there is another flight schedule change. It may be due to the airlines but the staff does not able to consider my concern like my delhi - istanbul has rescheduled which reduced my layover in istanbul from 2h 10min to 1h 25min which is too risky for me to catch a connecting flight in an airport like istanbul as it takes minimum of 15 min to come out of flight itself and then security all these things. Even two hours is difficult some times. But the support team does not consider the thing and they convince me that i can make it in 80min. I booked in another sites like makemytrip and yatra but never faced this kind of issue and never called them like goibibo. Here i am calling almost every week and it is creating a lot of tension to me. I am ready to travel on next day or two days later but not with this kind of high chances to miss the flight. I am suggesting you to improve the customer service and also try to avoid to create tension to the customer. With this situation i never suggest anyone to go with goibibo.

                                        I raised this on 5-oct-2019 and i never get any update on this till now.
                                        So i called the customer support few min back but that guy has not provided any information and even when i asked to redirect the call to next level he did not do that and not even provided the grievance contact details.

                                        He himself without any knowledge saying that i can catch the flight but not answered the question what if i miss the flight.

                                        From some of my friends i understand that it is not sufficient time as istanbul new airport is big one and i could not make it.

                                        My main concern is that the support representatives are not updating any feedback not ready provide the information over call and they are providing statements like if you wish you can re-schedule with penalty charges.
                                        He was telling that "you are not only the one travelling", like he tried to tease me.

                                        I am suggesting you to improve the customer service which is very important in this competitive world.

                                        I am not at all happy with the service from goibibo and i never ever book again and never suggest goibibo to anyone.
