Hi i am anmol singh. I have booked hotel in lucknow on 6 september 2019 i have make online payment when i reached hotel they refused to checin because of online payment they say they are not accepting online payment when i am call in goibibo they say that they will resolve my problem with in 45 min and and call me back and provide me arrangements in another hotel but they did not call me back and not providing any accomodation in another...

I was trying to online net banking through naukri premium service using ibibo web pvt ltd and total deducted 4980 rs.
I tried 2 times - 1 attempt on 3rd sept 2019 - deducted - 2490 rs (Ref id[protected]

I didn't get any sms or email but money was deducted from my account.
I raised the complaint with ibibo web pvt ltd but did not receive any feedback...

I made a booking in artus inn, marol, mumbai. The hotel denied me the entry saying the price i paid to goibibo is too less. The discount i received is too much. The customer care did not help. My booking is not confirmed and goibibo just deducted huge amount of money from my account. Such a bloody nonsense!!! I should have opted to book directly in irctc rather than in goibibo. You frauds refund my money asap. Not expected this from goibibo earlier i had booked flights but never experienced such thing. Iam trying to contact the customer support for a week now, all in vain.. They have their 24*7 customer support service gia available but it seems that it only responds to the queries that are pre installed in its software. Iam asking something else & getting something else in its place.
