First of all your team has one of the worst customer service. I have created my goibibo account 3 years ago with my email account & password and i didn't linked my phone number. Now from last month suddenly your team stopped login via email and forcing users to use phone number. Your team didn't think once how the email account users will login their accounts whose phone numbers are not linked to their accounts.
I have my gocash+ in my account and i'm unable to login my account. You guys are just stealing customers money by this dictatorships decisions. Atleast your team should give an alternative option to users how they will login their accounts.
Now just tell me how i will login my account?

I had booked my flight ticket on Goibibo. The total cost was INR 169, 958. Goibibo promised to convert this into no cost EMI for 3 months. So I chose 3 months EMI option. However, my credit card company is charging me interest on the EMI payments - which is contrary to the promise Goibibo had made me.

    This is in reference to goibibo booking id htlu4m8fcl. Hotel booking id [protected], advance receipt no hdar[protected]. Which was booked on 6th july 2019 time 10:56pm. Deducted inr rs 668.00 for hotel room at oyo 19934 hotel golden arch vijayanagar, bangalore. I was reached hotel to check in at 11:30pm at that time i came to know fake booking. Hotel staff told us that there is no such booking here and all rooms are sold out. I have movie shoot in the morning so i need to sleep properly to face camera. Around 11:40pm i gave call to customer care they told they will resolve in 10min and wil call back. But no response after that. I was repeted 6 times. It was a like mental torcher to me.
    I was on street till 3:00pm. I didnt find any solution and my health also got upset. Suffering from cold, headace and also feverish. I was with laggage on road with no security. Even i felt tourcher with dranken people on road. Please give me justice and punish the concern company and team. Now i cant attend my shooting in the morning due to misguide and false promise ans statement from goibibo team finally they arranged another property to stay in the morning at 6am. And told to me the stay is for 24 hrs and they will make repayment of rs 1336.00 for the issue. But i got only 4hrs stay and hotel management told at 12pm ur stay is closed and goibio team made auto checkout. Again i faced the problem and also my repayment also not done. And i lost my earning nearly inr rs 100000 for my movie project. Kindly revert back with justice.

    Still am not got any updates from goibibo..

    My bus booking from Nellore to Nalgonda for[protected] has failed. If amount has been charged please refund my money
    i tried to booking vinayaka travels bus but not confirmed..money deducted from my account..please refund my money
    I didn't get the refund amount after I cancelled my flight for Ahmedabad to delhi ticket no. FSGUBYIHJ even when I booked under zero cancellation. Screenshot of invoice is attached.
    Its been a month now.

      I had tried to book my train ticket through goibibo on 25th july. My money worth 503 rs was deducted and booking was under process. But the booking should be either confirmed or cancelled within 60 min as per their customer support. But it is still showing booking under process after 4 days. And when i'm trying to cancel the ticket, it is not happening (It's asking for otp and when i'm typing, it's not accepting the otp also). I'm very panicked for my payment.

      Hotel not booked but payment deducted. They ask for payment detail & bank statement..everything I was given to them, already shared BRN number.

      But these people are denaying to refund my money rs.6117/-

      It is pending from 7th May'19.

        Hi, i had booked a ticket to goa from bangalore. The pnr is qeb9yv. I cancelled ths booking due to a sad demise of a friend. However, the cancellation was 5 days before the travel. However, i got an over all refund of 816 for 2 tickets costing ~5300. This is a huge loss, as the tickets were cancelled within 3 days of booking and 5 days before travel.

        And there is the return ticket under refund progress. 10, 000 rs worthy ticket gets a refund of 1600 refund. It's heartbreaking. We plan holidays saving our hard earned money. And due to a demise of a close one, we had to cancel.. please understand and have a minimal cancellation charges and refund the amount

          This is to inform that i recently booked a flight ticket from mumbai to indore for 14th august, 2019 via goibibo application. I used the promocode gopaypal and paid via paypal. It was the first ever paypal transaction. The offer said rs. 200 discount on the flight ticket and flat rs. 800 cashback on paypal. I received a discount of rs. 200 on my flight ticket but did not get any cashback on paypal. I waited for 24 hours before contacting.
          Please resolve this issue as it is really inconvenient. The 24*7 express care on the app wasn't able to resolve the issue and says it "cannot connect to server" and i couldn't find any options to talk to goibibo executives. All the email ids of goibibo are non responsive and hence it becomes very inconvenient for the customers to contact. I expect a positive response from your end and will be highly obliged if i get details as to when will the cashback be provided.

            Hi... This is vishal... I have been deducted rs 98.27 from my airtel payment bank wallet from ibibo web. I want to know why this has been deducted. For which service or anything which i don't know ibibo web charged. Fraudulent deduction happen for what? What is ibibo web? As a customer if l am not knowledgeable then how would i know to complaint against you. Clear me why u charge and how transaction proceeded with out my permission.

              Hi,
              I booked the hotel park plaza for two days that are 27 july to 29 july.
              And i payed 4300 something and i checked in the hotel then i called to goibibo for refund the amount for 2nd day because of you are showing the swimming pool pictures in your app, thats why i booked other wise this property is not like to booked for 2200 for a day.
              So i just request to goibibo team but they are not accepted their fault.
              So please help me on this matter.

                  I booked flight ticket from goibibo for 10th april 2019 from new delhi to ahmedabad, the airlines denied to onboard us due to over boarding, i cancelled my flight and asked goibibo to process my refund. It's been more than 90 days goibibo has not provided me my refund. I have even submitted all necessary documents regarding the same. The goibibo app says that they have refunded my money as well as there system says that they have refunded my money but the bank denied that no transaction took place from there provided transaction id. I have submitted my bank statement also still they are not providing me my refund and just say we will call you within 24 to 48 hours but no one calls.
                  You can see how these people do fraud my there own conflicting chats.

                    Please note we book in advance with full payment on 8th may 2019 hotel tourist nest in old manali check-in date 3rd june 2019 for 5 member with 2 rooms. We also received confirmation of booking. But when we reach hotel for check-in hotel denied for any booking called goibibo customer care they provide us the request id 28013266 refund awaited

                    They are sending me tax invoice and mails saying how was your stay at hotel please rate and review your stay in the hotel. And not a single mail or call regarding what is the status of my refund and additional expenses i have to spend. Request you to please help me to escalate this to goibibo higher management.

                      I have booked a flight from abu dhabi to hubli via mumbai which was confirmed. But after few days i received a message saying the connecting flight from mumbai to hubli (Pnr no.: ybxdg) which is supposed to fly on 17/08/19 is cancelled by the airlines. This issue was discussed with your online chat executive ms. Varsha and upon confirming with airlines she provided me two options 1) total refund of rs.7170 and 2) flight arranged on next day i. E. 18/08/19 without any additional charges. But now due to cancellation of connecting flight my entire trip is in vein as i was supposed to be in hubli on 17/08/19. So i want to know can i reschedule my international flight from abu dhabi to mumbai (Pnr no. Hw1inr) which is supposed to fly on 16/08/19 to 15/08/19 on same time so that i get time to reach to my final destination (Hubli) via road transportation. Thanks in anticipation.

                        I booked 3 tickets from bangalore to atlanta using goibibo.com which showed alitalia as the airline. At the time of booking it was not showing multi airline but when i got the tickets it has domestic separate from the international. There are two issues with it. One, domestic flight (Indigo in this case) would not allow 2 check-in baggage items for passengers and two the goibibo itinerary showed 2hrs 40 minutes as layover at mumbai which will not be enough if the blr to bom is domestic as i will have to collect the luggage and re check-in to us that too in a different airport. I spoke to few people at goibibo around this with no resolution (One of them was mr. Anuj, a manager at goibibo). I would like to get a ticket from indigo for the previous flight (To get enough time) or taken care of my check-in all the way to atlanta from blr.

                          I booked a cab from Delhi to Rishikesh on Go Ibibo. They say total transparency in the price.

                          Vendor called and inform that i have to pay 2000 rupees extra and plus waiting charges. i booked the cab for 4915 rupees. I cancelled it because they would have charged 2000 to 3000 rupees extra. I dont like the way of talking of vendor as well. GoIbibo has no call center for Cab booking.

                          I need my full refund back in my account.

                            There was a promocode of freestay on their site https://www.goibibo.com/offers/free-stay/

                            Which clearly said get 1 night free on purchase of every 3 nights on domestic hotels. Use code freestay... The terms said min. Value needed to be (Base room rate - pre tax rate) greater than or equal to 8000 inr).

                            I booked 4 nights and the promo was accepted.
                            However, it turns out there is no real free night but im supposedly getting a discount (Which really i didnt because i paid more per night rate in this offer than if i had booked without it).
                            Tried speaking to the customer support who explained that its not an actual night im getting bus the discount! He made me read the t&c — what do you get?
                            Max discount is rs.10000. Wallet is not applicable with this promocode.

                            So technically they are fooling people with such promocodes to book more nights when the price per night comes to even more!
                            I think its a shame that such big travel sites have to resort to such tactics.

                            Further i cannot cancel as its non-refundable booking.
                            Needless to say, i learnt my lesson and will be vary of such 1night free stay and other promocodes that really do not give what they claim!!!

                              I am prashant lohani. I booked a room in the hotel ocean blue roorkee, uttarakhand for 26-27 july via goibibo. On 26 i. E. Today, i was today by some goibibo consultant that my booking is not confirmed (Although payment was made in advance through online mode) and then he told me they are shifting the booking to a new hotel i. E. Hotel city residency, roorkee with same booking. On reaching the new hotel, the receptionist asked me rs123 because goibibo asked them to do so. I called the customer care they told me not to pay and i checked in. Then suddenly the hotel authority told me to leave the room or pay rs123 because goibibo are not paying us the correct amount. I was thrown in and out of room continously then at last i paid rs123.
                              This is corruption, this is so wrong. I am feeling being cheated.

                                Regarding my booking pnr numbered rkyf5a, it was showing rs 14757 but when i used my credit card 15070 was deducted.

                                I tried to reach via gia (Customer care of goibibo), no help. Also please ensure customer care executive number as the ivrs system is pathetic as i cant raise querry.

                                As a silver customer i used goibibo for 24 trips and never faced such issue.

                                Please help. Refer attached and help at the earliest.

                                  This is regarding my goibibo booking reference number htljw8bu99 and hotel booking id: [protected]. The hotel name is oyo 2703 apartments, salt lake, sector 3, kolkata.
                                  I made this prepaid - non refundable booking on 24 june (A month before my check in date) and i have mentioned the check in time as 9.30pm from 23 july-26 july, however due to some turbulence my flight from delhi to kolkata got delayed and i reached kolkata at 10.30pm. We arrived the hotel location at 11.15, since 11.15 to 11.45, we were banging doors of hotel but no body opened.
                                  I called oyo customer care multiple time to tell them that my check in would be delayed because of delayed flight but nobody connected me to hotel authority.
                                  Somehow by calling oyo customer care i got the contact details of hotel guy & when i called him and said that i have been waiting since half an hour outside his hotel. He refused us to enter in the hotel saying that he has already sent a notification email to oyo that this booking has to changed as he can not offer his rooms at this cost. So on the final day he decided this that the amount at which booking was done wasnt enough for him. But i haven't received any email neither from oyo nor goibibo. Infact at 6.30pm on 23rd july i got a notification from goibibo saying "hope you are enjoying your stay at oyo 2703 apartments". So does this mean any notification of cancellation or what.
                                  Now after pleading him for 10 mins that the guests have been travelling since morning, he said he has another property nearby and he can offer us that only after we cancel the previous booking with another amount of 1500 rs per day.
                                  However my previous booking was pre paid for 3 days. The amount deducted from me was 3559 and it is non refundable.
                                  I had to shift to another hotel and pay 1700 rs to the hotel guy while checking in.
                                  Now i want my refund of 3559 rs because it is not my fault that i am forced to cancel it now.
                                  Though i have not done the cancellation yet.
                                  I would request the authorities to look into this matter and take necessary actions.

                                      I am your regular customer and my husband (Mr. Manik pandhi) too is your regular client. We get all our tickets booked from this app. All our hotel bookings etc. Are also done from this app only.
                                      Last week we got some issue regarding the hotel booking in raipur which was under the name of mr. Vishal nayyar, it got resolved by your team eventually but we had faced a lot of problem.

                                      Today my wife got a hotel booking done in seawood juhu hotel, she got it done single occupancy by mistake.
                                      The hotel staff didn’t allow us both to check in as the booking was done for single person, they were asking 1000 more for the other person which was totally unfair because online in booking the rate was exactly same for single and double occupancy.
                                      On this matter when we had complaint your concerned person, he talked in a very rude manner and didn’t help us in resolving anything.

                                      When there was issue because of go ibibo team in our raipur bookings we had adjusted with you but when we got a mistake done in our booking there was no help from your side.
                                      As your regular customers as we are giving you so much business this behaviour was too rude and unsatisfied.
                                      We will never get any bookings from your now.

                                        Booking pnr no. A8r1w booked by u but flight cancelled 10 days before which u not informed me. At boarding viman bangladesh staffs told me to contact your agency for cancellations ñd they have no any other flights today.
                                        Now i left flight n taken indigo flight from bangkok to varanasi..
                                        Plz cancel ur flight ticket n refund my full amount.
