Issue 1: unauthorized credit charges
The amount show while payment is different than the amount deducted from bank. I have requested goibibo team to refund the extra deducted amount, but there is no response from their teams even after multiple times reaching out.

Issue 2: different flight booked than selected
I have actually made a multi city booking. Instead of booking the flight which i have selected spicejet (Morning 5.40 am), they have booked with air asia (Night 8.30pm). I have called customer care about this, i was told that the spicejet flight that shown to me was not in their system. It is quite embarrassing to hear that. However i have requested them to change to any other flight which is available in the morning time. But there is no reply.

Its been 5 days since the issue is reported and i have to board flight in next two days but there is no resolution yet.

Im right next to my phone when Customer service have called me twice but both times, it is just 2-3 rings and before i pickup, the call has dropped.. Immediately in next few mins, they dropped me an email saying that my phone is not reachable and marked the issue as resolved as customer didnt respond. This is the how customer firendlly GoIbibo is.

1. Regarding the extra amount deducted : I have paid the money
through their android mobile application. In the credit card section of
the page, after i have entered credit card details, I have been shown
a green button with text 'Pay 38400 Rs'. After i clicked on the
button, it redirected to bank page and requested to enter OTP (No
Amount shown here). I have realized that 40400 was deducted only after
the successful payment.

Ibibo Team has agreed in the morning, that this is their system issue to show
Incorrect amount in the credit card section when such offer is not
applicable to Credit Card payment. If the system would have shown the
40400 Rs in credit card payment section, i would have chosen alternate
payment methods which would give me more benefits.

This could be considered as a fraud & phishing case where the customer
is shown one amount on the payment page and deducted unauthorized
amount from his/her credit card . GoIbibo have collected my credit card
details including CVV on their website and used it for unauthorized and
illegal transaction without my consent. As per the Law, any hidden
charges after the final consent of the customer is considered as Illegal. I hope you they are aware of this.

2. Regarding the wrong flight : After the booking, I have called
GoIbibo Customer service team to highlight that AirAsia flight is booked instead of
SpiceJet, Their team member has confirmed that there is no spicejet
flight in their's system. He almost searched for 30 mins keeping me on
hold to find the spice jet flight but he couldn't. (Call is recorded for the same). This clearly
shows that their system was at fault when i made a booking. I Strongly
believe that because of that faulty system at that moment, the airasia
flight is booked instead of Spicejet because system is unable to find
spicejet.

I requested them for a call back, waiting to see if they would care about long term customers..

1. Please be informed that customer did not get the offer discount basis not fulfilled the offer T&C's, further offer amount and the offer was removed from this transaction.
Even the customer was intimated on the same on Payment Gateway.

2. We are sharing the historical booking logs for your reference.
Kindly note that we have checked and found that neither was there a bug in our app/site nor did we manually intervene in the process of booking.

Also, the review page and subsequent pages depict the itinerary selected for our customers to review again for a hassle-free experience, which we assume has been skipped at your end.

    Cab booked online on the Goibibo app. The booking says cancellation fees of 10% until 6 hour prior to travel. I am attempting on cancelling the booking many days in advance and it is showing refund Rs 0. Cancellation policy emailed to us is not being followed by the company

    As per cab policy :- Modification to booking is not allowed. For minor amendments in location/ time of pickup or drop, you’re advised to coordinate directly with your driver once driver details have been shared with you. However booking was non refundable.

      I booked a flight on 3/8/19 from delhi to guwahati at goibibo al-889 on 17/8/19 of rs.5096 and was making the payment using bhim app. I cancelled the transaction while it was processing and the flight booking was cancelled but my account got debited.. Transaction id[protected]. I checked with the bank and it's comfirmed that the money was sent to goibibo account. I have also provided a mini statement in the previous complaint. I still did not receive any update till now. I need my cash refund.

        I booked the oyo 350 swarg guest house for 5th august (For one day) thru goibibo (Booking id - htlqxk5mft), when i called the hotel i was told that since i paid the online payment you will not be allowed to checkin.. I called the goibibo customer support and they told that a ticket has been raised and someon will call me.. I tried calling them (After being in call lines for 30 mins) and after getting connected every time i was told that someone would call me with resolution.. I kept waiting for 10pm then booked another hotel myself but no one responded i sent email as well but no responded as i am writing this at 8:43 am on 6th aug 2019

          I booked my ticket through goibibo. There was an offer that if i pay through paypal, i would get rs 800 in paypal account if it is my first paypal transaction on goibibo.
          Clearly, i have never made any transaction through goibibo let alone first ever paypal transaction through goibibo.
          But i didn't receive any cashback, and it is horrible. The customer support isn't responding, and live chat support is horrible. Kindly help with this.

          It is disappointing as i didn't get the aforementioned cashback.

            We have booked Oyo 3892 Hotel Divya Palace, Indore on 4th of August at 3:00am via Goibibo website.
            Before making an online booking we have asked the hotel person to take our booking directly but he is charging Rs 1500 to us so we have decided to book it online since through goibibo we are getting the room at 1285 for three person.
            Also we have asked to that to hotel person to give us booking at Rs. 1285 only but he refused, then we have told them we are making an online booking then so he agreed on that and we have made the booking and also made the online payment.
            As we have made the payment and the hotel person also confirmed our booking on his tab after that also he refused to give us the room because may be he have received a lesser amount.
            Then we had a lot of discussion with him but he didn't agreed on that.

            After that we called to Goibibo Customer care (+91-[protected]) at night around 3:30 am. We have explained whole thing to Goibibo Customer care representative then they forwarded our call to there senior so again we have explained them the whole thing after that they have told us to wait for 15 minutes and they were going to call us back.
            Again after 20 minutes we called at goibibo since we have not received any call from them. Aging we have explained the whole thing to them and again they told us to wait.
            Again after 20 minutes we have called them and whole same thing is repeated almost for 5 times.
            We have made 5 calls to Goibibo, but didn't receive a single call from them.
            Almost till 5:30 we have waited.

            I was with my family at that time and had to suffer a lot due to Hotel and Goibibo. our whole night got wasted and next day I have an important doctor's appointment which was also got suffered due to that.

            Later on we left from that hotel and went to another hotel and booked it directly at 2625 Rs.

            I am very upset from this incident and now I want justice for this.

                I booked a train ticket on 6 april 2019 and goibibo send a msg -
                (Hi, your payment for the booking id: trnifb1owvd3ge has started. Don't worry your payment would be safe with us and in case of an issues, we would update you on your payment status within next 10 mins) but till today neither ticket is booked (The journey date was 7 april 2019) nor refund is received

                  We had booked 3 international return ticket to paris, rome italy dated 10th may 2019 on jet airways through goibibo. These were prebooked almost 8 months prior to the scheduled departure we booked our stay n sightseeing paris n venice once we got a confirmation from goibibo. Then suddenly in april 2019 we came to know about the flight disruptions of jet airwaysand that all flights got cancelled due to the financial crisis. We contacted goibibo they agreed to refund our amount asap but till date we have not heard of any update from this agency. They are not contactable on cc care nos and the office is also shut down. How can we get our refund back. We feel cheated by the agent. Please help.

                    The cab arrived around 20 mins late & i had to keep on calling the driver to know the status where he is. Not only that, every time he kept on saying 5 minutes and i had to wait for him at the gate coz of this.

                    Also, he denied to put on ac though i asked him twice & said there is no much fuel. It is showing yellow indication & he will get it filled.

                    It's already 45 minutes and he still didn't do that.
                    1. It's really so hot & he didn't put on ac which makes me very uncomfortable.
                    2. What would happen if the fuel gets finished in the middle of the trip??? Who will be responsible if i miss my flight???

                    Also he argued with me to pay the toll taxes which is included in the fare. When i showed him the fare rules in goibibo, he then took some very bad route to avoid toll taxes. It was a pathetic experience and i have raised a complaint one week ago & contacted customer care several times but they always say they will get back to me which they never did.

                      Recently i had a very bad experience with gibibo. I had booked a hotel at puri with the said booking number htlt4pjw79. Dated 2nd aug 2019.

                      On arriving at the said hotel, the reception refused to acknowledge the booing and at the same time informed that they do not have any tieup with hotel sonali at puri.

                      Complaint was logged with them, after 2, 3 hours they called back and responded and said they are refunding the money with additional compensation. I am astonished that how can a hotel not listed or tide up with them get into their data based and they confirm the booking.

                      Pathetic experience. The dream of staying at the hotel remained unsatisfied. Goibibo was delighted to give refund.

                        On 23 july, i had booked a volvo bus ticket from delhi to chandigarh via pnr no.[protected] and made the payment through my hdfc card. But when i received the ticket after 30 mins, i realized that the timing was midnight 2 am instead of afternoon 2 pm so i immediately called up on the provided number [protected] to cancel the same & refund the money back since it was not possible for a single woman to board a long distance bus in the middle of the night in delhi. The person was kind enough to cancel the ticket immediately, i have been constantly calling since then & messaging on whatsapp also reg refund status to that particular person. He was taking the calls & responding initially but since last 5 days he reads my whatsapp messages but neither does he reply nor he takes my call.

                        I believe this is a very unfair trade practice by goibibo. For the records, i am a regular user of your services & have booked numerous flight tickets through your system since i have always found your site to be very competitive in rates etc.

                        It is a very small amount i am asking for a refund for. Please note, more than the money involved here it is the trust & faith i have placed on you which is at stake here.

                        An early response from your end and an apology from the concerned person holding the mobile number would be appreciated. I am very much aware that he is checking all my messages and seeing the pics on my status everyday which makes me feel very uncomfortable. I would have blocked him normally but i wanted to bring this to the notice of vijay tour & travels, delhi first.

                        It's been 3 days since I have lodged a written complaint with you and more then 2 weeks I have been chasing your authorised Travel Agent " Vijay Tour & Travels" PNR No[protected] for cancellation of my Delhi-Chandigarh Volvo bus ticket within a span of 30 minutes because of misunderstanding between afternoon & midnight 2.30 AM.

                        Screenshots are attached herewith for support.

                        Please refund the money ASAP.

                          We have booked jetairways flight (9w233) ticket with pnr: kyplst on february 27th, 2019 through goibibo for travelling on may 1st, 2019 from toronto to new delhi via amsterdam. Jetairways has cancelled the tickets mid april and goibibo being the responsible organisation has not refunded the amount yet. We have been continuously following up with goibibo through emails, phone calls, twitter, facebook but receiving unsatisfactory response every time. It's extremely disappointing and frustrating at the same time when there is no resolution even when its nearing 4 months.
                          Please address our concern asap!!!

                            This complaint is regarding GST claim

                            I booked tickets in jan 2019 through goibibo having
                            1) ref ng8a5sd5z
                            and
                            2) ref gofldandac[protected]
                            containing invoice no 1) df[protected] and 2)
                            df[protected] respectively .

                            I am unable to claim gst on both the invoices.
                            Can i get a solution ?

                            Please do revert as soon as possible.

                              I had cancelled my flight from delhi to leh on 7th of july. I talked to goibbo customer care for refund and as guided i acted however now they are denying any sort of refund, i have tried even with the airlines but no help.
                              Goibbo agent asked me to contact the airlines and the airlines in return asked me to contact the agent through which i booked my tickets.

                                about 100% refund policy under not satisfactions

                                Check in monday 8th july in hotel pubg oyo 14326 via goibibo but this is my worst experience in life
                                Dirty room dirty floor dirty wash room, half curtains in window means no privacy, service issue. I am sending snapshots of room pls check n refund as per 100%refund policy under nor satisfactions.

                                I complaint this to goibibo even oyo still respond against my complaint. If they hav no rights to solve why they right 100%refund...

                                Hello Sir, i have booked hotel for stay in bangalore on 12th july through Goibibo site and amount for the stay is paid as advance to Goibibo. i have reached the hotel for stay, they denied for stay saying amount paid is less and asking me to pay for extra Rs 371 for stay. i have paid the amount per the details shared in the site, while i called cusotmer care, they are totally irresponsive and had to wait with guest for 45 minutes at 10:00 PM in the night. this is very horrible experience where my guest in standing on the road, hotel denying for the stay and customer care of Goibio is totally useless. i had to return back as hotel denied. Goibibo is cheating customers every day by doing the same and they are doing it by knowingly. i would say the site should be blocked from customer use. customer care is creating new drama's by not allowing me to stay . saying i have not reached the hotel. they are simply bluffing and cheating customers everyday. can you please help?

                                    I had booked my flight on 18.07.2019. My money got debited but i did not get any pnr number and the transaction got failed.
                                    I have called like numerous time, but everytime there is a different customer executive and no response from them. I have six service request going on with goibibo but no response from the team.
                                    There is no way to contact the person who is responding on email and when we call customer support number.
                                    I have shared my bank statement that my money is debited but then there is no reply.

                                      On 12th July, 2019, at midnight/early morning, sucpicious/fraduelent transaction made by a hacker and used up all NQAC Gocash+ worth 686, to make a flight booking, Gocash+ was having unlimited validity and no usage restrictions.
                                      I am a gold member of Goibibo and using the account from last 4 and half to 5 yearsAs soon as I came to know about it the fraduelnt transaction, I reached out to Goibibo customer care and raised a complaint/service request number 28690222, and also 28742851, after more than 15 days this complaint is pending, first they told its with speciality team, then they say its with technical team, after not getting satisfactory resolution I raise it to Goibibo Management team, almost 4-5 times I raised to them but they didnt provided me any resolution yet. Complaint / Service Request Number: 28690222 when tracked online says "Your case is already being reviewed by our Management team, we shall connect back with you for the best we can do to help you."

                                      Complaint / Service Request number: 28742851 says: "Your case has been reviewed by our Management team and a logical closure has already been shared with you, for any further queries please feel free to reply to the existing service request.". This is totally false and nobody from Management team cared to mail me or call me for the resolution.

                                      When I recently called Goibibo customer care they say complaints and service requests are being reviewed by Management team or specialist team or technical team and after couple of days they resolve this issues by them selves without even contacting me on phone or email. So I keep raising it on Goibibo write to Management again and again every couple of days.

                                      However, after no resolution from Goibibo is frustrating so I thought to raise this complaint online to get soultion and also to bring it to notice & help other users.

                                      I want Goibibo to support me with following items to Resolve my issue:
                                      (1) Credit 686 Worth NQAC worth Gocash+ to my account immediatley without any usage restrictions and unlimited validity.
                                      (2) Allow me to Change my Login information such as Email ID and Mobile Number to move my account away from fraudsters attention.
                                      (3) Take stern action against those, we hacked my account and used my account for booking their booking on 12th july 2019.
                                      (4) Goibibo do not have cyber crime or cyber scam related policy or any team to work against such fraud so please create team against such fraud and cyber crimes and help users immediatly if in case such a scenarios happens.

                                      Awaiting Goibibo to look into this immediately and hopefully they will resolve my matter immediatey once reading this complaint or review.
