charged for wrong booking dates

I have made a booking from goibibo. I was trying to book the hotel for june first week (Sat and sunday) and ended up paying for july first week (Sat and sunday). I reached out to goibibo team and requested them to make the changes and if required i will pay the extra amount as well. Goibibo team has rejected the request and said it non-refundable and they need to escalate this to senior team to change the booking dates. Its been 23 days now...

And now i have forgot my fb password and fb team send a mail to my ibibo mail to reset my fb password. pathetic service and refund process

I have had the worst customer experience of my life.. Thanks to goibibo.

I had to travel in emergency as my father was in icu. I had booked flight which was upcoming and i could not travel due to the situation i was in. I tried cancelling the ticket via goibibo interface but it got errored out. Tried calling them, but they pit me on hold for 8 minutes without any associate taking up tge call. flight delayed by 3 hrs & ticket refund as per promise

As you know 18th may 19, 01: 05 flight g8-346 - bom to del flight got delayed by 3 hrs due to technical problems (They make us shift/change the flight) & cause of that hema mane who booked tickets via goibibo, (Pnr no - y57u4s) missed the connecting flights to srinagar.

Also all the hotel bookings of srinagar got messed up due to delay of bom to del flight.
For this goibibo has to compensate me...

status waiting not refunded

I priya had booked train tickets using goibibo app whose status was waiting and it didn't confirm after even when the chart was prepared. So ideally it automatically got cancelled and refund is initiated through irctc but via goibibo and i didn't receive any refund from goibibo's end and it is almost about a month.


I request you to initiate my refund process as soon as possible

I have contacted call centre through phone and mail and there is no proper response. I mailed them and got request id number 28035048. The amount of rs 14951 is fraudently taken by goibibo and they are not attending my phone and not replying my mails.

I had book ticket delhi to haridwar (GOBUSAND5b6c9ebadf) on 14th November in noon and i cancelled my ticket in evening cause of some reasons. No any refund came in my account as per cancellation policy i need to cancel ticket before 8.30 am.
