I booked a room at OYO 40985 Hotel Odiyana for 3 nights and paid the fee online. ID - HTL4JG2UZJ. But later when I was at the hotel, I was told I have no reservations. I have not been refunded the money I paid for the room. I didn’t even get to stay in the hotel and here I am getting the greetings for using your service. Such inconvenience and carelessness. Can you please work on this issue asap and refund me my amount. I searched for a hotel on google and Ibibo provided me a hotel with special discount. But once again, because of the issue between the hotel and ibibo company, my reservation wasn’t available. Please refund the amount I paid for your irregular service. Hoping for a feed back soon.

    I made a booking with goibibo for OYO townhouse 065 calangute for the 10-11th of july which showcased it as a 4 star property and especially specified the presence of an elevator. However, after reaching there i discovered that there was no elevator, no swimming pool and aditionally the hotel was in a mess due to the ongoing construction and had 0% hygience with flies hovering around. Goibibio tricked us into booking the hotel without mentioning about the construction and i am filing this complaint after waiting outside the hotel for 3 hours and speaking to 6 customer care executives of Goibibo who have keep delaying my request every 10 minutes.
    I seek absolute compensation for Giibibo's unprofessionalism.

      Dear sir/madam
      I booked a flight from goibibo in kotak mahindra bank app. I cancelled the flight (Pnr-qmdisk) direct indigo, they refunded the amount of 4133 inr to goibibo. But you are decline that you don’t received any amount. They also sent me the mail of refund amount to you. Even your customer executive not pick the call. Here i am attaching the screenshot of the mail from indigo of refund amount to goibibo.
      Kindly help me to get back my money.

        This is in reference to goibibo booking id htlu4m8fcl. Hotel booking id [protected], advance receipt no hdar[protected]. Which was booked on 6th july 2019 time 10:56pm. Deducted inr rs 668.00 for hotel room at oyo 19934 hotel golden arch vijayanagar, bangalore. I was reached hotel to check in at 11:30pm at that time i came to know fake booking. Hotel staff told us that there is no such booking here and all rooms are sold out. I have movie shoot in the morning so i need to sleep properly to face camera. Around 11:40pm i gave call to customer care they told they will resolve in 10min and wil call back. But no response after that. I was repeted 6 times. It was a like mental torcher to me.
        I was on street till 3:00pm. I didnt find any solution and my health also got upset. Suffering from cold, headace and also feverish. I was with laggage on road with no security. Even i felt tourcher with dranken people on road. Please give me justice and punish the concern company and team. Now i cant attend my shooting in the morning due to misguide and false promise ans statement from goibibo team finally they arranged another property to stay in the morning at 6AM. And told to me the stay is for 24 hrs and they will make repayment of Rs 1336.00 for the issue. But i got only 4hrs stay and hotel management told at 12PM ur stay is closed and goibio team made auto checkout. Again i faced the problem and also my repayment also not done. and i lost my earning nearly inr rs 100000 for my movie project. Kindly revert back with justice.

          I have booked 2 bus tickets from manali to karnal on 25th june 2019. But i got call from bus agency that the bus got cancelled and i will get the refund in 2-3 days from goibibo. It has been 15 days but i got nothing no calls no mail no refund. I don't even have their customer care number for complaint. I called the bus agent but he didn't answered my calls. At the website my ticket status shows travelled and the customer service is telling me that my tickets didn't got cancelled and they made the payment to agent. If anyone has their number please let me know.

              I booked train ticket Chennai to hyderabad in goibibo app because of irctc issue the booking was cancelled but refund not credited In app showing its refunded for this company there is no helpline number and they are not responding for mail also

              I booked 2 Air Tickets Bhopal Delhi PNR ZF2B9N, INVOICE OF Spice jet rec Rs 4486/. But, Goibibo has charged Rs 5129/. If i book directly, fare is way low. Feel cheated, pl revert on priority
              I booked train ticket for Kachiguda to Madurai on 13 July 2019 but the ticket is not confirmed but the payment that I have done through online is deducted from my bank account.
              And it says that booking is under process.
              My ticket is not confirmed yet but I lost my money.

                I had booked a hotel Royal Inn Yamunagar booking id HTL5LH9ETJ but was denied entry as the rooms were full. Why is this goo[censored]p??? I had to suffer a lot, made calls to your customer care numerous time but query has not been resolved.                     Booking no. 3 : mp t jungle resort sarhi, kanha national park
                    We departed from raipur after booking confirmation from goibibo. After travel of more than 100kms, hotelier denied room availability. Now, my family members were in such a position that we are standing on the roadside in dark night waiting and waiting for goibibo customer care response but nobody responded that night.

                    Booking no. 2 : trip to shilong
                    This is really worst services by goibibo. This happened second time with me that i booked hotel by goibibo and hotelier denied to provide room.

                    This time you have spoiled my vacation with whole family. I came from raipur, chhattisgarh and due to your negligence and worst service, my whole family is standing in the dark streets o[censored]nknown city shilong and now we are searching for another hotel.

                    After all these, everytime i am calling to your customer care, they either cut the call or saying that wait for 10min, then again 10min, then another 10min. It had been almost two hours talking to your so called different different customer care executive everytime.

                    You don't even realize how the traveller suffers with such type of worst services by you. My whole family was completely in hyper tension with all these with no dinner/food and standing on the dark street and searching for new hotels and knocking to different hotels asking for the rooms, further getting reply the all the rooms are full. Even my wife is having serious health issues roaming for the hotel at unknown city just because of goibibo faults.

                    One lady with us is diseased with arthritis and another one is pregnant. Goibibo doesn’t have humanity. They are just to cheat the people.

                    Spoiled all the holidays trip. Coz of that night, we were not able to be comfortable next day, woke up lately, started our day with full of tiredness. Entire trip went worst just because of goibibo.

                    Apologies cannot compensate this inconvenience. This is the torture goibibo is selling.

                    Booking no. 3: trip to bandhavgarh
                    We are here in the resort for 3 days. Except the room everything else is really disappointing. The food was so very spicy that we could not eat the same. We requested for no spicy breakfast in the morning but we didn't get the same. The behavior of manager is worst ever. Not ready to listen to us and the way he replied was, "this is jungle area and we don't have the market near by". The bread served in the morning was also not fresh. The swimming pool is so dirty as if it's not been cleaned since last six months, the pool wall is full of algae and fungi and floor of the pool is broken badly. The pieces of tiles and pebbles are lying on the floor which is hurting our leg badly.

                    We just expect that our holidays should not be spoiled. We want a shift for the remaining time from this resort like lemon tree, etc. As to clean the pool immediately is practically not possible. We want a place where we have a good room, a good tea area, a good pool and some amusement facility and least but not the last a resort where hospitality is good.

                    Worst services worst customer care. Again and again. This is 3rd time i am facing this issue. I just want complete refund along with double refund as goibibo put my family in trouble in the night for two days, however i was continuously on phone with you since 2pm to 9pm on 28th june i. E. On my anniversary. Goibibo just keep on saying that they will arrange call in 15min again in 15min again n again. Even goibibo committed to arrange another hotel but you didn’t. We were wondering for hotel in bandhavgarh jungle area. Then they cancelled the booking at 8.30pm in the night without any discussion with us. Even received mail for refund of the booking amount but no refund of money as on the date.

                    Goibibo can torture in any way. Just eat up the money and time. It can put the patient in big problem as they did with my wife.
                    It’s really a big issue now for me. I want entire refund of my 3rd booking. Further, i want compensation for these three torture equivalent to double of total amount of these three bookings.

                    We agree with your point and completely understand the anxiety experienced, however, we were not informed about the booking denial initially by the hotelier on time, we could not help you proactively.

                    For Booking id: HTLT5D789G, we already shred the NEFT ref no.: UTR_[protected] for refund as committed.


                    For booking id: HTLRVS5SPX, Ravipal (Customer delight team) informed you on the extra refund processed as INR 6947, post your consent.

                    For Booking id: HTLJ38HMPL, we checked booking notes and observed that the team tried to look for an alternate property for your stay post the service issues raised, however, we were not able to find any alternate in the nearby vicinity. On Supervisor call, we offered 02 nights refund and advised to take a walk-in check-in to which the caller initially gave acceptance but later on denied.

                      I have booked my train from new delhi to banglore, but it didn't get confirm so i cancel it and i think money will came back as they mention, but they didn't gave my money either to my bank account or to my goibibo..                         The booking was done from goibibo for oyo 18838 hotel ta-tin.
                        The payment was also done prior only so that we do not have to waste time on arrival in the hotel.
                        When we reached the hotel, the hotel in charge denied for the check-in saying they have there issues with the oyo people. This scenario was of yesterday at 10 pm (Night).
                        The oyo customer service people denied there part saying we did the booking from goibibo, so they will be doing the further proceedings.
                        On calling to goibibo customer service people, they first didn't listen saying with the pnr numbers they won't be helping. After getethe pnr number the said they will be processing the query we will have to wait for like 10mins. Bt after every 10-15min we had to call them for getting the details to which they continuously kept saying wait for 10min. The people were not supporting enough. One girl said they have more other works other then solving our issue. When we tried to cancel the ticket on our own, the page stated that we will be getting 0 refund for this. No assistance were made for next 2hrs. We tried telling them to cancel the booking and forward the refund to which the denied again. We had to pay again for the hotel as it was already midnight and we have go for admission process in one of the college in the very morning.
                        We kept saying them to proceed as early as possible, but they kept giving us offers for waiting. Like wait for 2hrs and we will be getting 100rs in out goibibo money account.

                        Please help us in getting the refund.

                          I had booked an online - hotel ops (Oyo 26767) at kolkatta on 26 th june for 3 days 4th of july to 7th of july through goibibo.
                          I am attaching the online booing voucher for the same. The booking id is [protected], bookibg pnr is htlgkd6fuk. I had booked for a larger deluxe room with breakfast. I reached at 12.30 am on 5th of july. Despite showing the booking details, i was allowed a smaller classic room only. The room is too small and the toilets are filthy. The hotel manager on call says, they have stopped tie up with goibibo for the last 2 months and hence this is not a valid booking. I had booked the room only a week back and paid in full. Both the go ibobo and hotel are cheating customers by blaming each other.

                          I am horribly dissatisfied with this kind of indirect cheating of customers.

                            Booked through you in fern residency in rajkot. On 4/7 for 2 rooms. Money paid by card & confirmed. Till midnight, rooms were not allotted & denied. Finally after a lot of hassles, got the rooms past midnight. Goibibo could not be contacted. Never again anything through your portal, cheating by goibibo, extremely bad experience & find this portal very very unreliable. How on earth you can let your customer go through such horrible experience? Your helpline is pure trash & junk. I can easily call you fraud

                              Was subscribed with ibibo.com and i had an email account with them. They discontinued their email service and hence my email account has also been discontinued. I want to complaint about my data lost which was stored in my emails, i also had some useful and important emails which was needed for future use.                               I had try to booked a ticket on dated 30.06.2019. In this case, payment done and show error then after come to homepage but balance had deduct 1, 445.00/-. Again i try, as same to last attempt and deduct again 1, 445.00 and train ticket didn't come.
                              Till now balance has not come as deduct 1, 445.00 + 1, 445.00.

                                I have travelled to prayagraj dated 18 and 19 june and at gorakhpur dated 20 and 21 june and duly filled business traveller with company name, address and gstn but when completed the trip invoice not showing gstn details for both bookings. My booking id were htldslwkur and htlb2m8hac. There is no way i can connect to goibibo officials or write to them there is no option in their website or app or toll free numbers all are misleading.

                                  I booked 20 days stay with oyo 2379 nahar heritage hotel in bangalore via ibibo group (Online booking), ibibo charged my credit card $197.92 for the reservation and i received the confirmation. Every looked fine until i tried to check in on july 1st, and i was told by the hotel that they didn't have my reservation and they couldn't do anything about the reservation. So i tried to contact ibibo several times, but no answer. This is a fraudulent.
