My name is Amrutha MP, and I have booked a flight ticket last 27th (27/05/19) from Silugiri to Calicut. I got a onestop flight at bangalore. Since my flight from Silugiri to Bangalore was delayed I was unable to catch my connection flight from Bangalore to Calicut. Hence I cancelled my flight with the airlines from Silugiri Airport. The airlines have refunded the amount to Goibibo and from Goibibo i haven't received any...

I have made a booking from goibibo. I was trying to book the hotel for june first week (Sat and sunday) and ended up paying for july first week (Sat and sunday). I reached out to goibibo team and requested them to make the changes and if required i will pay the extra amount as well. Goibibo team has rejected the request and said it non-refundable and they need to escalate this to senior team to change the booking dates. Its been 23 days now...

And now i have forgot my fb password and fb team send a mail to my ibibo mail to reset my fb password. As you know 18th may 19, 01: 05 flight g8-346 - bom to del flight got delayed by 3 hrs due to technical problems (They make us shift/change the flight) & cause of that hema mane who booked tickets via goibibo, (Pnr no - y57u4s) missed the connecting flights to srinagar.

Also all the hotel bookings of srinagar got messed up due to delay of bom to del flight.
For this goibibo has to compensate me...

I, have booked hotel for 23rd june -24th june in hotel sonam dalek, gangtok sikkim.

Instead of hotel sonam dalek i have given a voucher of hotel sonam.

We already staying in hotel sonam dalek for 22nd to 23rd june.

I had book ticket udaipur to BHUBANESWAR (connecting flight via hyderabad ) PNR no SJ85WT for 6th May 2019 and i cancelled my ticket 24 hours before departure cause fani cyclone hit BHUBANESWAR through airline indigo and also informed to goibibo customer care.till date I am not getting refund amount came in my account as per cancellation policy. It already take two months, please look into this matter. Resolve this issue on priority basis....

I priya had booked train tickets using goibibo app whose status was waiting and it didn't confirm after even when the chart was prepared. So ideally it automatically got cancelled and refund is initiated through irctc but via goibibo and i didn't receive any refund from goibibo's end and it is almost about a month.

Sir, my confirmed booking id for sterling kufri is htl6vm5rcp through goibibo. Through confirmation by resort i was told there is no booking by the name of gagandeep seith.
I have contacted call centre through phone and mail and there is no proper response. I mailed them and got request id number 28035048. The amount of rs 14951 is fraudently taken by goibibo and they are not attending my phone and not replying my mails.

I had book ticket delhi to haridwar (GOBUSAND5b6c9ebadf) on 14th November in noon and i cancelled my ticket in evening cause of some reasons. No any refund came in my account as per cancellation policy i need to cancel ticket before 8.30 am. If i had book ticket in noon then how can i cancel tickets before 8.30 am on same date no any cancellation policy about that please look into this matter.
