I booked a Jet Airways flight from Goibibo for March 13 from Varanasi to Indore connected flight. Due to non-operation of Jet Airways flight my flight got cancelled but I haven't received any refund till date after having too many follow-ups with Goibibo customer care. They are only saying that I will get my refund soon but they are not telling me the stipulated time frame for the refund. It's been more than 100 days still no refund received from them. I don't know what to do please help me to get my money refunded. I paid 5, 414 using my credit card which I have already paid to the bank. My PNR number is - PKYGDL.

    Hi, i had booked a round trip from Guwahati to Hyderabad on 25 th and 28 th .I paid using google pay and i was given a payment ref id GOFLDAND52b81560... I recieved a mail saying my booking was under progress, and the payment has been made.Accordingly the money was deducted from my acct amounting to Rs 13169.But i have not recieved any e tickets till now.In the app there is no mention of my upcoming booking, instead they show that the payment has not been made, so booking could not be done.But i have a screenshot of the app previously saying payment recieved.I need the tickets or my money back...plz help

      I had made a flight booking from your services two days back. I had used two cards for the transaction. The first card didn't show booking and hence I used another card for the same. The booking got confirmed on the second card yet the amount is debited by both the cards. In the FAQS it states that the refund shall be generated in 2 days and yet it has not been received. I have been trying to reach your executives unsuccessfully. The Gia ia not compatible enough and only states to connect to the agent but hasn't done that yet.

        This is the third time im writing for the same issue but till now no response from goibibo . I received a fake call saying that they are calling from goibibo. And were asking my bank details and everything but they were actually trying to purchase with my bank details. They got my mobile number from consumer complaint forum. Inspite of getting problems getting solved its becoming more worse. Pls do any updatd to the customers.

          Please note that I booked a 3 rooms in Hotel Uday Residency from goibibo website check in - 29/05/19 check out- 31/05/19. The primary reason to book this hotel was Swimming pool facility, however, when we reached their this was not operational and they said it will take 1 day for it to be ready for use . I called the goibibo customer care straight away and discussed my concern, I also gave them the option that they can shift us to some other nearby hotel having swimming pool. They could not find something so Mr. Farhan khan from goibibo decided to pay me one night refund of Rs 5200/- for my 3 rooms and he also sent me a mail in which he asked for my bank details . I sent him those details and he told me that it will take 5-14 days for the refund to reflect in my account. Today it’s been more than 18 days and I have not received anything. I again called goibibo after the completion of 15 days and they kept on giving me new complaint numbers and kept on saying that we have received your bank details and money will come in 24 hours. This time I am giving goibibo a chance to resolve the issue and lodging a complaint on your platform only but if it is not resolved then I will complain to consumer court.             I am regular consumer of GOIBIBO. Recently I book a flight from Jodhpur to Bombay . This flight Ticket cost was Rs 3596. Booking ID was GOFLDANDf929d[protected]. While making payment of Rs 3569 online through SBI Bank netbanking. I pay Rs 3596 which was transferred to GOIBIBO vide transction ID [protected]IGAGILLQR1. At the time of booking flight ticket there was balance of Rs 3247 gocash+ in my GOIBIBO account. This amount also deducted from my gocash+ balance against flight booking. I lodge the complain earlier but following reply received:

            " In reference to your concern, we tried to pull up your booking details with the information you shared, however, we could not find the booking id/transaction details you are referring to"

            I am enclosing pic of my bank statement, ticket detail & gocash+ deduction pic.

              Dear sir,
              I had booked for 3 Rooms (1 BHK unit) for 3 Families with 1 Extra bed each for 2 Nights (05-07 Jun 2019) at Holiday In Homestay at Shimla through Goibibo App.
              Firstly 2 days prior, I called to the Hotelier No. given in Booking Voucher & confirmed my booking. On check-in day also in the afternoon, I called & spoke to concerning person regarding booking.
              But when we reached there, the caretaker Mr. Ramprakash denied the booking saying they don't have any information from GOIBIBO about our booking. When we called back to Hotelier no. at delhi office, then they managed to accommodate (dumped) us in one 3BHK unit that too without any extra bed. It was midnight & lift was not working still Nobody helped us to carry our baggage from vehicle to room on 4th floor.
              Next day morning (6th June) I called to Goibibo helpline & informed about our condition & then they changed our room but again this time one 2bhk unit & one 1bhk unit, whereas our booking was 3 Different 1bhk unit with 1 extra bed each for 3 families. While talking to Goibibo helpline they committed to Refund the amount for 1 night & apologised for the inconvenience.
              But since then after making 8/9 calls to Goibibo helpline, nobody is replying properly. I had to narrate my whole story each time to new executive & he replies by saying your query is raised & will give call in next half hour, 2 hous or 24 hours. I have recording of all the calls on Goibibo helpline with each executive.
              I hope this complaint will be heard & solved positively. Thanks & regards

                Dear Sir,
                I have registered with Goibibo just now, but automatically generated new mail of [protected]@dummymobemail.com. Then i tried to contact the officials of goibibo, but unfortunately i couldn't. Please do the needful to deactivate this account as soon as possible. When i go through the support link of Goibibo, there showing cannot update the email id once registered. Now i am worrying about this regsitration. Therefore, please do the some actions to deactivate this account.

                      My pnr no is [protected], travel date was on 09th of may, when i booked my booking status was on wait list, uptill my travel schedule my booking was not confirm. I have been penalized by Ticket checker (TC), 1k INR per ticket as per irctc rule if booking is rejected due to any reason than passenger gets full refund, however it is more than 1 month but still i didn't got any refund.
                      I am surprised that their is no follow up email or sms or call from goibibo which leads to spam.
                      I wrote 4-5 emails to you guys but still i didn't got any reply from you again poor service and seems as an spam.
                      In this frustrating situation still i am just requesting you to refund my money as soon as possible you can. Refer the screenshot below.

                        I have booked a hotel at kolkata through goibibo.
                        I wanted to know the contact number of that hotel as I want to know the exact location and some more details as I have two days meeting at kolkata. I had called the customer care number but the executive was not at all interested in providing me ant details.the executive had put my call on hold for 20 to 25 minutes and after that he told me that I ll get a call in half an hour and ll get the contact number of hotel.its almost one hour and I didnt get any call. I think I did a mistake by booking through goibibo...with this type of poor service I ll advice everybody through every source not to make any booking through goibibo..i ll go tomorrow and I do not have any details of hotel...I have so much other work but so much time is wasted just because I booked the hotel through goibibo...if you cannot provide service to customer than why does you provide option to book through go Bilbo...just because booking is done through this site the customer have to suffer so much...

                            I had my jet airways flight on may 23 which was cancelled by airline.. It's been 2 months since goibibo called n said they will do the refund.. But till today no respond from them.. I cannot contact them as everything is automated.. I think there should be better customer care no from whom we can get our problem solved.. I'm really tired trying to contact them.. After I complaint here they will send one mail saying will call in 2 hrs but they never do.. U r losing ur customer seriously.. Plz contact me soon

                              Would like to share few information about hotel service which your team to take stern activity to improve your golden service OR otherwise will spoil your reputation is sure.
                              With reference to the goibibo booking id HDLZMCPFJ8, reached your hotel at 4.15 early mornings and come to know there is no room vacancy. Immediately we kept our bag in your reception and went for walking and back to hotel at 7.15 AM on the same day 12.06.19, come to know still there is no room available to accommodate through Mr. Easwar (Receptionist) and we asked to be seated. Immediately found Mr. Easwar allotted room to one gentleman with smile and we requested him that why hesitating to give room to us even though we hired early check in through goibibo after said new customer absence at reception.
                              Mr. Easwar got angry on me and arrogantly said that “Legends Inn” will prefer the customer directly booking with them and further any query any, he asked me to wind up from that place and asked me to check with only goibibo or otherwise have to wait till 12.PM as per the policy because of availability of room.
                              We do agree policy because we are working in corporate companies as professionally with legal background but the way Mr Easwar treated us like a beggar like showing his hand and asked me to go and sit at corner without respect is disheartening is the reason why spending time and writing the letter to avoid rotten eggs in servicing industry. We have not expecting red carpet treat and as a common man who paid should have an at least minimal guarantee of respect. Finally he offered a room at 7.30 AM because he himself felt guilty about treated us and we didn’t open our mouth for any reasons. (Pl refers CCTV footage).
                              Pros. 1, Hotel situated at posh area, service is good except one bad experience, and food is good.
                              Overall shall rate 5/5.
                              Note: 1. This is my first complaint after 30 stays in Pan India through goibibo FYI.

                                I have booked ticket through goibigo PNR no-IMKLPF in January but the flight was cancelled by jet Airways and I have complained on 31.03.2019 to goibigo for refund they respond for maximum time 45 days but till now no refund is being credited to my account. Now no customer care no was working no help is being provided by goibigo.
                                23.04.2019 money has been deducted from my account without entering OTP Ticket has not booked from Redbus.

                                I had tried ticket from Chennai to kumbakonam.

                                  EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED With your services. After receiving booking confirmation and payment deduction almost 25 days before, When we reached the hotel, They said the hotel has revoked its services and many times informed Goibibo but the listing is still active. I am frustrated with the non-active work and lethargic nature that u are listed with dead hotels and the customer is getting fooled. My parents, aged 67 reached the hotel and found that the booking is not LIVE.
                                  WHAT KIND of services are you giving. Shut down your business and sit at home. You guys dont deserve to be in market.
                                  With this I demand my Full refund of 12101 as well as a compensation of 15, 000 INR as today on the day of check-in I had to book another hotel in DOUBLE the rate for the lesser service hotel that too with only breakfast. I am unhappy and I will take you to the consumer forum if you don't accept this.

                                  Travel agency Goibibo - not compensating for refusing services . At the time of checkin My 67 year old parents were refused services and at 2 Pm in heat, they had to search another hotel. they got a lesser value hotel with low cost in double the price just because of mistakes of goibibo. In travel industry price goes high minute by minute...I booked presidential suite with breakfast, lunch and dinner with goibibo and what I got at the day of checkin is Refusal and i had to book a simple room with breakfast only.

                                    My suggestion is Do not book cama rajputana hotel & do use booking website like GoIbibo group

                                      Address: Flat 4 C , Shibani Apartment, FB - 11 PWD Road, Deshbandhunagar, Chawalpatty, Baguihati, Kolkata, West Bengal, 700059

                                      Please note that I had booked a hotel for 10th of June 2019 in Shillong called Jessica Residency via Goibibo. This hotel was listed to be an Airconditioned property on Goibibo. When I reached the hotel they informed that the entire hotel does not have any air conditioning.
                                      I immediately reported the matter to Goibibo and requested them to arrange for another hotel to which they offered a property 31 kms away. I refused that.
                                      Then they offered me either rupees 2000 in cash or rupees 3000 in Goibibo cash. I refused both as I required a better solution.
                                      I requested their supervisor to call me to which they said they will arrange a call back.
                                      Today is the 14th of June and inspite of my repeated emails and calls no one from their customer service is contacting me and I am forced to register this complaint against them.
