Today, the 4th may, 2019 i opened an account in goibibo.com with my mobile phone number [protected] and found that with different email address which is not mine. As the site do not provide facilities of changing email address i cannot change the email address into the account i use and i fear that by opening the account i'm now in risk of losing my confidential by the user of that fraudulent email account holder.And I have recently booked a ticket and that has been canceled by itrtc site but I have not received any confirmation about refund .

    My issue with hotel stay was raised on 29 april.i made prepaid booking.goibibo has not able to provide solutions nor acknowledging my email.i made payment of pre-booking of RS 15581on top hotel charged me 1500 per room (3 room).hotel was under construction, smelling unhygienic and bad service.Goibibo customer service is pathetic.5 days and no response.

      I have recharged my jio mobile number [protected] yesterday by making online transfer of rs.419 from your site as rs.399 recharge plus rs.20 processing charges. My bank "indiab bank" informed me that they debited my saving account but no recharge took place to my jio mobile number as above. I did not receive any refund also from your end for failing to give effect to this transaction. Pl sort out immediately and ensure that my recharge of jio is effected or refund my money rs.419 which are transferred to you.

        When i was trying to book hotel it was showing charges to me @ rs. 7627 for two days id was htlhakv87n on 5th may 2019 and when i have booked it its charge me rs. 9429 and changed hotel id also booking id: htlyg65x66. I want difference amount back. Same hotel showing currently old rate. Why the charge more.           I tried to book flight ticket on 10th april 2019 through hdfc emi 3 times, but all are failed transactions and i got a response that goibibo didn't received the same, please contact bank for the refund if any,
          When i contacted my bank, they replied that all 3 were claimed by goibibo and they didn't got any refund update.

          Since it was failed transactions and no id are available, now goibibo can't able to trace the same, but bank charged the same on me.

            Due to cancellation of jet airways flight, bookings were cancelled and amount was refunded back to my goibibo gocash. I tried to transfer the amount in my bank account but it did not take place. While making a booking, i have used my debit card for payment than why goibibo refunded my amount in gocash instead of bank account? I am highly dissapointed. Its a request to you to address my issue as early as possible and transfer refund amount in my bank account.

              I have booked tickets of multiple itinerary through goibibo website on sunday 28th april. The promo code was successfully applied while booking and that time price also reduced but afterwards higher price is charged for the same tickets. I have few screen shots regarding this and also voice recording of executives where they are making lame excuses that promo card was not applicable on multiple booking or it is not available on sunday etc. Please look into the matter asap. Even if promo code is not applied the amount to be charged is 75, 112 inr and you have charged 76, 512 inr

              We are not in concerned Why & How you serve manipulated Illusions to customer/Travel agent, Since the date of purchased you have given various excuses and charged as maximum as you can. While we have sent you the screen shot on the same date where you had shown the less amount and charged during the time of OTP even more then the actual cost without conditions applied. It seems this had done intentionally & misguided consumer on your portal.

              The various excuses you had made from the date of purchase are as follow:

              1.Promo code is not applied

              (We had applied- who is responsible, if your portal doesn’t work, we sent you the screen shot)

              2. Your Customer Care-Please send the screen shot we will return back your money.

              (we sent the screen shot but you have made out the new excuse.)

              3.This offer is valid for weekend/weekdays or Particular Days.

              (Then why are you showing discount during the time of Purchase)

              4. This offer is valid on EMI.

              (Still why are you showing this offer in without EMI option)

              5. we will talk to our senior & revert back.

              ( You are hired to create disillusions and manipulations) how much time you want to take to made new excuse!!

              We are not here to write mails and follow you for our hard money, we have to knock the door of consumer court to recover our amount with compensation while mental harassment & fraudster charges.

              Every time you came with different excuses, we are collecting all the excuses, so it will be useful for us to show our concerned to consumer forum, we only asked you why it was showing discount just before the execution if it is not actual (if it has some terms and conditions), it seems your portal make a disillusion to clients & once they stuck in it. You will charge as arbitrariness way.
              Your portal was not supposed to show discount of EMI when we give you payment in one go! While other hidden charges which has not mention during the charge.

              It was more costly to buy from you rather then from other reputed portals. Who never use to misguide the customer as you are in practice to do.

              One thing I would like remind you that doesn’t matter how much it will take but we are not going to leave single penny on you. while also claim for mental harassment & compensation for the same.

                  Hi,

                  Few weeks back we have booked 2 tickets on 09th april 2019 from bengaluru to london (Travel date 15th april 2019) through goibibo and paid full ticket amount to goibibo. (Rs.57340)

                  Since there was reschedules of flight from one of the airways, we cancelled ticket on 11th april 2019, believing that goibibo will refund the amount asap. We thought refund will be immediate, since we opted for refund to goibibo account only, not to our personal savings account.

                  Reality is they just refunded domestic flight amount from bengaluru to delhi (Rs.7800) but didn't refunded international ticket amount from delhi to london.

                  We waited for 3 days and tried to call goibibo customer care. Sarcastically, they were disconnecting our call each time or else put on hold for 30 mins with no response. And now they don't even have any contact number to call.

                  Even now the refund status shows as "refund pending from airways". When we enquired the same with airways they are telling that its goibibo responsibility to refund not airways.

                  So am fed up contacting goibibo from past 3 weeks and all roads are closed to contact them. My plans to book alternative tickets were stuck due to shortage of money.

                  I sincerely request you to please resolve my refund issue and get my amount back from goibibo.

                  This is most negligible answer from Goibibo. Have I paid the amount to Goibibo or Jet Airways.
                  Its responsiblity of Goibibo to refund not from Jet Airways. You guys have some deal wilth Jet Airways not with customers.

                  Will Goibibo book any ticket if we customers do the same like, we will give amount later just book the ticket, you won't do right. How come you guys play with customers money.

                  And what are the fake status shown in Goibibo website, "Refund sent to Bank". Based on Fake Status by Goibibo I yelled at my Bank officials that amount is sent but not reflected. You are telling its delayed from Jet Airways, then why its posted refund sent to Bank. You guys are cheating us with fake promises.

                  As I told in first complaint, Jet Airways is least bothered If we have booked tickets from Travel Agent like Goibibo. Goibibo has collecetd my money and Goibibo should return. Its upto Goibibo like how the deal happened between Goibibo and Jet Airways.

                  You guys are not ready to give timeline for refund and still post fake status in Goibibo account. Its more than 22 days am getiing the same status.

                  So let me know whether its will be refunded or not, we need to take other action based on your response.

You guys want customers money to move your business, when there is loss again you enjoy with customers money. Just give me one proof that Jet Airways says that Goibibo customers money will be refunded by Jet Airways. Goibibo has lost all his name and fame, you guys are cheating people in the name of Jet Airways.

                    I took a cab from goibibo on 26-apr-2019 to 28-apr-2019 for round trip from ghaziabad to mussorrie. I paid 7100 total amount to goibibo in advance, thinking that these big travel agent can be trusted.

                    From the very begining of journey i faced lot of issue like driver behievoir, rash driving, security issue. I comaplned to goibibo regarding this, they assured that positive action will be taken against the driver.

                    When we were returning from mussurie cab got broke down. Mechanic suggest me that it will take one day to repair the car. I call to goibibo and ask them for alternate cab, they waited me for 1.5 hr at middle of the road. I hired a cab my own which cost me 5250. I registered a refund for the same, but i have still not received my refund.

                      I would like to inform you about a worst experience i got from your service. I had booked ticket for my father. It was connected flight from cochin to muscat and muscat to doha. I got confirmation only from cochin to muscat. I enquired to customer care from goibibo regarding muscat to qatar. She said (Your ticket is confirmed) and sended the ticket. But when my father reached the airport they were telling it was not yet confirmed (Muscat to qatar) he struggled a lot. Again i called the customer care, he was telling goibibo has some technical issues and he sort it out the problem.. By the time counter was closed. So our money also lost.. My father is a patient he frustrated because of your negligence.. I'm waiting for my refund. This is not our mistake. I'm waiting for your reply. If i'm not getting any positive response i will move legally. I have all the documents you have sended and the time also. So please do the needful. Please find the attachment.

                        I have booked a ticket from kolkata to london (Via mumbai) pnr number revwfi - which was later cancelled by jet airways. I have paid inr 48307 for the same, which is due for refund since a month.

                                I got a message from goibibo website during booking "re-confirmation failed. With airlines" and they still debited money from my account.

                                I would need a full refund for my flight tickets as this is completely mistaken from your end. I would not accept to deduct any money when they send us a message on the website the confirmation has failed.

                                Also, they have not replied to me even after 5 days about the questions i asked via email, instead i had to ask them.

                                    I tried booking train tickets twice on 17th Apr, 2019. both times, transaction failed. Money got deducted. two times rs 1175.49 got deducted.
                                    No Refund revd yet
                                    Sir, on 17/04/2019, I booked a flight on goibibo from Delhi to Bahrain but after payment their seen a blank page and I can't get anything like ticket or any msg related to ticket only bank related to debit msg came.
                                    And their customer service phone numbers are not reachable pls help as soon as possible.

                                      This is my pnr number jcbj9f and i have cancelled this ticket on april 17 2019. I got email from indigo that 5236rs will be refund to me witin 7 working days, when i contacted them directly about my cancellation they told me they have sent refund amount to goibibo and when i check in goibibo website my tickets are still showing there. I tired to reach giibibo through customer care number which brings me back to website to cancel the ticket, when i have already cancelled the ticket why would do the process again, after sometime i went again into it to look now my refund amount shows 1577rs. I mean this is big time scam to me, i bought ticket for 8500 indigo took 3000 something now balance has reached to 1577. Unacceptable i mean what kind of service they are giving me and charging 6k all together.

                                      I booked a ticket from kiev to jaipur. I paid the money from credit card. Money deducted but till now i did not recieve the ticket . It is very urgent for me. Worst website i saw in my life. Please donot use this website

                                        This is refrence to the ticket booking id gofld3d2bf[protected].

                                        I just have a few small questions :
                                        1. How can you abort the ticket after processing the amount and how the can you change the fare in the last moments.
                                        2. And if the amount has to be re imbursed, then why do i need to wait for 4 to 5 working days. If the fare can bve changed in the last moment and the ticket can be aborted br the websites then i need my money back on the same day itself.

                                        If any of these two things doesn't happen then i am going to press charges on you and will be forced to take legal actions.

                                        At the outset, we sincerely apologize for the unpleasant instance.
                                        We are concerned to note your reported incident and request you to view this incident as circumstantial and unintentional.

                                        Please be informed that as soon as the payment was charged, we forwarded the information to the airlines for ticket issuance however by that time, the fares on the airlines end were expired and airline denied to make the booking unless we pay the fare difference.

                                        The fares which reflect on our site are as per the airlines inventory and are subject to change as per any real time changes in the pricing/inventory of the respective airline.

                                        In these scenarios we cannot confirm the booking unless our customers have approved the tickets to be issued at the increased fare which would be different from what was originally reflecting on the search page of our site. If the customers approve the fare differential, we go ahead and issue the tickets at the available cost or else the booking can be aborted /cancelled and full refund will be initiated.

                                        Further, refund of INR 10068 has been processed on May 3, 2019, 6:01 a.m on the same account/credit card/ mode of payment with which you confirmed the booking.
                                        It must reflect in the respective account within 5-14 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and National Holidays), from the date of refund success.
