flight booking reschedule and cancellation

I would like to complain about the incompetence of the goibobo flight booking site and its customer care.
I booked a returned flight from seoul to delhi on 22nd april 2019
Booking id - mysmf[protected]

Then on 26th april 2019 i requested to reschedule the dates. I called the customer care and submit my request. The agent asked to wait for 2 hours. We waited but no call so we called again on 27th and asked for reschedule....

for using 100% travel cash

I have earned 1200 travel cash in last match. According to you we can use 100% travel cash on hotel booking.
But right now i can use only 50% of my travel cash for booking hotel.
This is very ridiculous. I want to book a hotel but now i will book from make my trip. I don't have trust on goibibo. Please resolve my query as soon as possible. I want to book my hotel today it self....

hotel scam

I booked a room on 27th april, 2019 on the app. The booking was accepted under non refundable terms. But when we arrived at the hotel, the hotelier said the room is sold out. I tried chatting online and but hotelier *forced me to cancel the booking*
I haven’t got any response to my complaint when i conplained before cancelling.
I am willing to logde a complaint as i have the proof if not taken any action....

why 5-7 working days for refund

I had try to book 5 air tickets as i really had some domestic problem at srinagar but from your end booking is not confirmed and the amount they ask in mail that they had refund the amount but ll reflect in next 07-14 days.

inconvenient residency booking

Last night i booked a hotel through your site in bangalore named “umerkot residency” and made the payment through online. I went there at the residence and to my surprise the hotel is closed. If the hotel is closed it shouldn’t even be listed and my payment of rs 1064 was cut. I want my money back and the hotel’s list out of the option so that people won’t get fooled later on. I booked a ticket from mumabi to kulal lumper on round trip 15 days ago but after booking i got a mail that your tickets has been cancelled by goibibo and i booked another ticket now i am telling them to refund my amount from last 15 days and calling them every time they have one answer "we are working on it and there customer is very worst they are not reslonsive"

unable to get my refund back

I the goibibo aap the flight status of the temporarily down non operating jet airways flight as confirm this is very pathetic pn there side to not cancel the flight and refund me the total booking amount.
Nevar expected such a service from highly reputed company like goibibo.

no response from hotel booking team on overcharge

I had booked oyo room hotel white mountain gangtok booking id - htl4kmtb2z. When reached there hotel said they don't have tie-up with goibibo. On which goibibo gave me alternative accommodation in hotel norbu ghang gangtok (Oyo room) as a replacement. I had made full payment while intial booking. While checking out from hotel the bill had outstanding amount rs 4522.
