We booked 2 rooms both were of different sizes, one was delux and one was small.
The small room was not clean, had spiders and washroom did not have hot water plus the flush was not working.
We adjusted 4 people in one room and they gave another small room where no more than 2 people could be accomodated.
In the delux room also the extra bedding was little broken.
We are in Kashmir. Prepaid number is not working. Please call us at [protected]

    Today (11/09/2022) when i am booking in Goibibo app, for bus ticket Amount 1365 rupees deducted from my account but Bus ticket not issued. So i need refund the amount.

        Hello,
        This mail is regarding the booking ID GOFLDMTAND[protected] which shows that the booking was unsuccessful because we didn't receive the payment. But the amount is already deducted from m and it is more than 4 business days there no update from your side on the same, and neither your support app is working. It asks for the proof as a screenshot to raise the ticket but shows some sort of error while uploading the proof.
        I am not getting any sort of support from your end.

        Please look into this matter and reply ASAP.
        I have attached the screenshot of the payment for your reference.

          I booked room at Blue stone and the facilities mentioned in the goibibo app is nothing available at the hotel and the room provided was very small but I paid 3000 for that room.
          Goibibo has mentioned facilities like Balcony, In room dining, House Keeping, Laundry etcetc but non of the facilities the hotel is having. I really got fooled by goibibo.

          I want goibibo to provide me with the immediate resolution

            Last year I booked tickets from goibibo and kept the tickets on open status. Now I would like to rebook the tickets it’s been more than 2 weeks now. Ever day I have to call customer care number for support but it will same resolution that they will look into and get back to me with 2 hours. I believe it’s a scripted statement which will be used by the cc executive.

              I have Booked Hotel Townhouse OAK Chaitanya Executive by Goibibo Booking Id HTLDNARCR2759CYN; PNR No. [protected].

              The Hotel is in Pune above Hangout retro Bar, Near Shree Control Chowk.

              After the Online Booking, while check-in, the HOTEL denied the Online Booking. They said we do not take online bookings, please talk to Goibibbo only.

              As I already paid, I talked to Goibibo and raised the ticket. However, as of date Gobibo neither provided any other Hotel nor compensated the amount.

              I want my Money back.

              Not received any Call from Goibibo Yet. As I need the room today itself. I consider the purpose is lost and the Gobibo must give the money back.

                I had booked an air ticket for 3 people for 11 May 202 on Dehradun Jaipur segment and return for 12 May 2022. The airline delayed the flight and for the flight to Jaipur I had paid an amount of Rs 11564/-. I got a refund of Rs 10710/- Although less but I didnt complain.
                For the Jaipur Dehradun segment I had paid an amount of Rs 23578/-. However I have recieved a refund of ONLY 11431/-. You are requested to kindly ensure the payment of the remaining amount of Rs 12147/- plus harassment charges

                  I canceled my ticket for Mumbai-Jeddah-New York Saudi Airlines flight on August 10, 2022. The flight was scheduled for August 12, 2022. I contacted the airlines and they told me the refund will be initiated by Goibibo. It's been more than 3 weeks, and I'm yet to receive a refund. Every time I check goibibo website it shows me the same message. My goibibo account's linked to [protected] and [protected]@gmail.com. Since I'm outside of India, this is the only way I can reach goibibo.

                    Airlines cancelled my flight from Mangalore to Nagpur on 16th Aug 2022. I have given a refund request through the goibibo website and they have initiated a refund of Rs 5166. The total amount paid was Rs 5456.
                    Till now the refund amount hasn't been received credited to my account. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                    The latest update regarding the refund is attached herewith.

                      I cancelled my flight from Nagpur to Bangalore on May 26th 2022 and Goibibo site showed a refund initiation of Rs 2258. It's been more than 3 months and still the amount hasn't been refunded. Kindly resolve this issue asap.

                            Hi,

                            Myself Abhiram, I have booked an round trip from Hyderabad to Delhi through Goibibo website and had to cancel trip with in 24hrs time frame.

                            I have booked same flight with other provider as got refund of Rs 5136 but Goibibo gave me refund to Rs 734.

                            Major difference is shown in Airline cancellation charges Goibibo shows Airlines cancellation charges as Rs 9, 587 while other provide show Rs 6, 936.

                            Both the tickets are with Airindia and Goibibo couldn't answer why they are showing Airlines cancellation charges very high, seems Goibibo is looting money in the form of Airlines cancellation charges so no one would ask about it.

                            Customer service is very rude, they don't have any knowledge on refunds and charges. They are not ready to take complaint.

                            Hope my issue gets resolved.

                              I made a booking via UPI of 6226 rupees for booking of a hotel on 29th August 2022 . The amount got deducted as shown by the sms and bank account but no booking was actually done and the money seems to have just vanished. Please assist me

                                Kindly refer to my hotel booking ID- HTLDNAQXT46L9BC4 for 2 Nights at Hotel Shiva palace as per following schedule:-

                                Hotel Shiva Palace
                                2 Standard rooms with Breakfast & lunch/dinner for 2 nights( 24 August 2022-26 August 2022.

                                Sir, i checked in the hotel on 24 August 2022 along with Rajender Prasad i.e primary guest(4 persons).
                                I requested hotel manager for lunch and was surprisingly informed that there is no meals included in hotel booking. Further, they stated that they do not have even kitchen to provide meal to us and the question of meals with hotel booking do not arise at all. I showed them the Goibibo hotel booking receipt regarding booking of standard room with breakfast & lunch/dinner. They refused to acknowledge such hotel booking with meals and rudely stated that we don't have kitchen to provide meals. I requested them for meals from outside hotels or restaurant. They asked us to pay for meals if we want to have it. I tried convincing them regarding meals included in hotel booking charge about all in vain.
                                I have intimated Goibibo about this inconvenience and breach of contractual obligations through online request with Task ID[protected] dated 24 August 2002 at 16:49 hrs.
                                The resolution provided by your executive over phone call was that please cancel your hotel booking for full refund and meals can't be provided by hotel. Such resolution is highly objectionable and unprofessional as we had already checked in hotel and there is a clear fraudulent claim on part goibibo. The question of cancellation don't arise at all after check-in hotel.
                                Now, I had left with no option but to avail meals at hotels/restaurant outside in mussoorie. I have bonafidely incurred Rs. 2180 as meals charges for my stay period at Hotel Shiva palace.(Food bills annexed). I had a lot of problem in my trip to mussoorie due to your mismanagement and fraudulent claims. It is very clear from your conduct that you have tried to make fraudulent claim about meals in hotel booking and thereby cheated me. The hotel statement that they don't have kitchen speaks itself for your misrepresentation and incorrect description of hotel booking. Since, there was a contractual obligations for meals on the part of hotel and the Goibibo as advance hotel booking was made by me with full payment of Rs.4460 as demanded by you. The inclusion of amenities and meals may be verified by the hotel booking receipt/invoice. You have not only failed to acknowledge meals booking but also tried to misled me & make fraud representation. The resolution for complaint was also not provided by you amicably and kept me in abeyance.
                                Such behaviour on part of Goibibo is totally unprofessional amounting to unfair trade practices under Consumer Protection Act. The consumer has right to effective redressal which you have failed to provide on your part. The same complaint is being attributed to hotel management also and has not been repeated for sake of brevity. A copy of this email is being forwarded to hotel for compliance and effective resolution and intimation of legal notice before initiation of legal proceedings.
                                So, i would like to sort out the matter amicably by one more chance. Goibibo and hotel management is responsible jointly and severably for performance of contractual obligations as per advance booking which you have totall failed. Both of you are requested to reimburse the food bills amounting to Rs. 2180 within 7 days from receipt of this email. The reimbursement may be done on [protected] through Paytm/Gpay/Phonepay.
                                Failure to reimburse complete food bills on your end shall invite legal proceedings being initiated against both of you in consumer forum.
                                The legal proceedings shall also include demand of compensation for mental agony and harassment apart from fraud being played by Goibibo.

                                I shall be thankful to you for a positive resolution.

                                  I recently booked a flight ticket from Goibibo. The baggage allowance that i received on my ticket showed 20kg. When i was checking in the Indigo Staff informed me that my baggage limit was 30kg and not 20kg. Basically for the same price i ended having a lower baggae allowance just because Goibibo has not properly updated the allowance limits on their website. The ridiculous part is that i reached out to them on Twitter and basically their argument is that i confirmed the booking so it is my fault and i should have checked beforehand about the allowance. If Goibibo is a booking platform is it not their responsibility to showcase all the details correctly. Afterwards i checked Inidigo's website and it clearly states that the baggage allowance for that same flight is 30kg not 20kg. Also even after informing the error to the Goibibo Team they have still not resolved the discrepancy on their website yet and their support team does not show any remorse to the whole situation. Worst booking experience and would recommend everyone to try alternate services. Attaching the response I received by the team on Twitter (Just look at what they have written, I cant even understand what the agent has written) . Also attaching the proof of the baggage discrepancy as displayed on Goibibo vs Indigo for the same flight and even after notifying them they havent bothered to get it fixed and future passengers will also get scammed by them.

                                    First of all they cancelled the hotel by itself.now they are not refunding my money. I have booked a hotel in Delhi with booking ID HTLDMAQ7G94ABZET and pnr [protected]. No one is responding to my emails when try to call customer care only bots are replying.

                                      I booked a ticket for 3rd of October and I received a confirmed ticket for 3rd September. I contacted them within 24hrs to change the date or cancel the date. They told their sever is down and they can’t do anything at the moment at all. I called more the 20times that day same thing, next day same thing! 3rd day… they can’t do any of that as they can only make changes within 24hrs. Contacted The airline within 24hrs they couldn’t do anything as Goibibo can only apply changes to the ticket not anyone else. I kept having back and forth calls and they blocked me from even accessing my ticket and calling them. I lost all of the control over my ticket and they are refusing to help at all.

                                        I have booked two tickets for Kolkata to Srinagar connecting from Delhi for 28th September. On 22nd August I got the notification that the fight from CCU to DEL got cancelled. And for that they provided me two solutions: 1. An alternative afternoon flight same day. 2. Partial refund (for CCU-DEL). The alternative afternoon flight is not an option because I’ll not be able to catch the connecting flight (DEL to SXR). When I asked why I’ll get the partial refund since the flight got cancelled from the airlines end, the executive of GoFirst said because GOIBIBO generated two PNRs for the route, so they can provide refund for the cancelled flight only. And moreover when I investigated further GoFirst provided me that the booking for those two tickets were done by makemytrip whereas i booked it from GoIbibo only. These three companies have cheated me and I need the whole refund of these two tickets with compensation as soon as possible. Attached the necessary informations.
