                    I have book Bus on goibibo Delhi to atrulia up
                    Bus operator was cancelled my bus bcz his telling me bus stop changing .
                    My booking Cancel date 22/06/2022 now date is 30/06/22 but I have not received my refund amount in bank very poor service goibibo i think it's my big mistake to booking bus on your goibibo

                        I have booked bus ticket via goibibo in Zing bus travels to bandra east on 19th June from Hyderabad.

                        Unfortunately bus was cancelled by zing bus due to failure in bus. There is no status update regarding refund from goibibo. I have raised multiple tickets but none of them have given me a proper response.

                          One double room was booked by Mr. Rajesh Bhatnagar in Glades Hotel from June 12-14, 2022.

                          The booking was cancelled on June 6, 2022. The refund of Rs. 8607/- has not yet been received.

                          Although many complaints were registered. The request ID is[protected].

                          Please look into the matter and expedite the matter to build the trust.

                            Dear sir,
                            I had booked hotel at Port Blair from 31st January, 2022 to 2nd February, 2022. Due to covid restrictions implemented on tourism by Andaman Administration i was not able to visit Andaman on the said dates. I had already applied for refund but the same stands pending. I am aware that your hotel have a non refundable policy but It was not my choice to not visit Andaman as covid restriction were applied by Andaman government which was not my fault. I have received refund of all other bookings for my trip expect this. I once again request you to make complete refund to me else i have to take help of consumer court which is last option left for me.

                                  One of the rooms booked was cancelled on 22 nd of May . The hotel had a free cancellation and 100% refund until 23rd of May. Inspite of repeated follow ups the hotel missed to cancel the room from their end. Now they are not processing the refund. I have called at least 5 times and every time they say I will get a call back in 24 hrs. No one calls nor the money is refunded.

                                    We had booked 4 double rooms at OYO 82063 The Fallway restaurant & Homestay for 1 night (Check In Date – 25th June & Check Out 26th June 2022). It was booked through Goibibo Application and this was the Oyo Property and i have made the payment through online and they charged Rs. 2908 and received confirmation voucher for the same. We have also had a word with Goibibo & Oyo team in regards to our booking and this was confirmed as informed by the team.

                                    But when we reached at the property by 1800 hrs we have been informed by the Owner that there is no such booking and you have been cheated by the person who is doing such scam from last 2-3 months and taking money and the best part is that Goibibo and Oyo team is not cancelling his account/ licence this was told by the property owner. We have tried reaching out the Goibibo and Oyo team but they refused to give the solution and refund. This was a very difficult location to reach and there was no nearby hotel available. We have faced lots of problem and gone through mental trauma as we were 3 families with kids and pregnant women. We have request team to atleast provide us room and sort this matter as it was getting dark. We are trying to get our refund but no help. This was the 2nd time we have been cheated by Goibibo team and being a travel agent.
                                    We have raised online complaint and also published this on social media so that no one will get cheated.

                                      I was travelling from lucknow to delhi on 21 june 2022
                                      I forgot my charger in the bus, then when i reached to home and checked my bag the charger was missing
                                      i immidiately called the bus operator and he denied that charger is with him
                                      i asked him to check the camera because i was sitting on the first row and the camera was right in front of me
                                      But driver denied to check that too
                                      Please help me in this

                                        I had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights at Casa Salvador - Goa with full advance payment from 27 May to 29 May. But Goibbo confirmed me on 27th May at around 3pm, that my bookings are cancelled. That time I was travelling towrds hotel. This was very shocking movement for me. Goibbo also asked me to book my hotel at my own and they will reimburse the booking amount. They also assure to reimburse me the additional amount if I need to pay extra on new booking.

                                        My initial booking was in North Goa, but at last hour I didn't get any booking in that area. So I have moved to south goa and spent two nights over there. This was very disappointing for me and my family.

                                        Later I have shared the invoice copies to Goibbo for reimbursement. I have received the initial booking amount but Goibbo have not reimburse my complete expenses.

                                        Now there is access to contact Goibbo team on customer care number or using app.
