Goibibo is cheating their customers very smartly.
I booked a hotel through goibibo generally i get the invoices from the hotel but this time hotel didn't shared me the invoice as the the fare which was charged from goibibo was higher then the hotel and then the hotel staff denied to give the gst invoice.
Now i asked customer care executive of goibibo for the invoice they had given me

Updated by Anuragazadgupta I posted this complaint in this consumer forum on 10th of March (issue is of 23rd Jan) still Waiting for the resolution. Can some some Pls help me out to get it resolve as these guys don't have any self respect.
I also have write a mail to the CEO and the Management then too I didn't get any response. This shows their culture of working.

I won't give my concent with this resolution.
And by the way when you are asking me to pay 4900 from my own pocket then what's so big deal in paying another 1000.
Let those bucks be in your pocket let your organisation be rich by such kind of frauds.
