This is with regards to already open ticket #25524549.
I had tried booking 4 flight tickets for 21st nov. But due to website issue only 1 ticket is booked on a different date which is useless for me. I have been trying to talk to customer care, they promise to call back with technical team but nothing is happening.

My family was visiting india i booked cab (Carpwf6mpicwojh) from mumbai international airport to nasik by 25th nov 2018 @22:00.

ibibo mail id not open

I opened mail account ([protected]@ibibo.com) in ibibo in 2011 and that mail id i given in my fb account and some other websites.. And now my fb account got blocked and fb team send a mail to my ibibo mail to unlock my fb. But i am unable to open my ibibo mail ad also cant find the website where have to login for mail. So i request you to please help me to open my ibibo mail once.

worst experience at goibibo service at hotel

Complaints are brushed off with a template that reads "we tried calling you but your call went unanswered" which is a very lame and unexpected excuse to expect from a service provider like goibibo. Mails to mujib b, team leader. Have got no response no redressal...

payment deducted yet hotel not booked or refund initiated.

My booking id was htlvd4uzaz. I did online payment with google pay (Tez). My account got debited the said amount. The customer help wasnt satisfactory. I have not received any refund from the bank or any confirmation from goibibo. I am attaching the necessary information to ascertain my claim. I was provided with incomplete information while I was booking the flight from Goibibo. After speaking with customer service supervisor and provided assurance(photo attached dated 16 October) in written, Goibibo failed to stick to its commitment and doing the right, as was promised.
In fact, they started disconnecting my calls in between and kept on asking for more and more time disturbing my peace of mind, wasting my time and money...
