I have made a payment of rs. 1025/- and i got a mail that it is been cancelled due to no availability after the payment. I have not yet received a refund amount from goibibo.     Horrible experience. Definitely suing the company. Flight to milan from mumbai booked on 20th december morning 4:50 am. Reached airport at 1 am and we get to know there was no flights only on the said date. So we call customer care and after four hours or so of terrible harrasmentthey reschedule us to the flight next day that is 21st december. But what about our existing bookings, excursions and hotel stays etc? We were told the company is not liable to any refunds or any reimbursements. Our stay on the 20th in milan, we demand a refund for! Its 6500 inr which was non refundable so close to time and the excursion on 21st december which was non refundable as well and the cost for that was 52 usd! What about the mental and physical harrasement we had to go through all night long and morning?! What are you guys going to do about that? Worst experience of my life! Will take you guys to court for this!

      We had booked the air ticket online on GoIbibo with booking reference no. NAKPJS2YR for a flight from Ranch to Delhi on 18th December and from Delhi to Ranchi return on 20th December 2018 with two persons intended to travel Sujit kumar and Prashant Kumar. Since Prashant wished not to travel later on.We cancelled his name(Prashant) carefully online through IBIBO. But to my grave surprise as per airline system my ticket (Sujit kumar) cancelled by GoIbibo agent instead of Prashant Kumar. Unfortunately I was not able to board the flight as scheduled. Airline instructed to talk to GoIbibo the agent responsible for it, since they have communicated to cancel my ticket through telephone.I tried speaking to customer care of IBIBO but unfortunately I couldn't connect to them after so many trials.

        Hotel booked on goibibo against goibibo booking id htl9ahan7a, hotel booking id [protected], hotel bill was prepaid.. Went to check in at 21.00 hrs but hotelier said we have no booking and all contacts with oyo and goibibo were already cancelled. We tried all contacts mentioned on the bill (Customer contacts [protected] for goibibo and [protected], [protected] for oyo) but no resolution was provided till 2400 hrs. The goibibo and oyo had a policy of non-refundable of prepaid amount and the same was communicated to us. Neither they provided the solution not refunded the amount of ₹ 1153.00. Kindly register or complaint against goibibo and oyo for harassing the customer for no mistakes on their part at of hours of the day and non refunding the amount

          I got confirmed hotel room voucher from goibib. For 25th dec18 to 2jan 19 of hotel city stay pearl hotel. I had called hotel person on 15th december'18 to check hotel. Hotel mgr shahid told that he doesn't have my room booking with them. Also they don't have tie with goibibo. I had raised concerned to goibibo on 15th december18 of my room confirmation since then i was doing my follow with goibibo but executives were just replying that they are working in my query and they will call back. But they didn't call.

            I booked a flight tickets from vga to blr on 10th dec 2018 from the phonepe (Goibibo app present in phonepe), initially they said i took 30 mins to process, later i get to know that the goibibo didn't process the ticket but as per phonepe they are saying payment is done from their end and they provided the transaction id : gofldand[protected], i called couple of times to goibibo customer care and they are asking the phone number which was used at the time of booking, once i provided the phone number it is saying no bookings done with that phone number.

            Please solve asap or revert the transaction.

              During booking of ticket it was mentioned on site the tickets were refundable after some small cancelation fee yet while trying to cancel the tickets the site said it needs to be done offline and when I called after getting stalled for whole day I was said cancelation charges will be 30 percent of the ticket whereas on website it was merely 1990. My pleads have been stalled and ignored and in next 24 hour I’ll have to lodge complain in consumer forum as I’ve shared the screen shot while I booked the tickets and all phone conversations.

                  I had booked multiple tickets from goibibo and also paid extra charges in comparison to other websites (As i found it to be genuine). I had booked hotel in krabi (Ibis styles - booking id htlzftg3ej) as it showed early checkin at 12.00 noon (I paid extra money than other hotels here), but when i arrived i was made to wait for 5 hours and then was given checkin. My entire krabi trip went wasted. I will never book from goibibo again and also will inform my friends and colleagues not to do so in future.

                    I came to india yesterday and i booked hotel from 18 to 22 december in goa through goibibo. When i checked in yesterday evening, all the rooms are too worse to stay. Bed linens full of blood stains, decoloration of walls, hard beds, walls are dirty. I called oyo and they told me to get in touch with goibibo as this booking is done through goibibo. When i called goibibo, they registred my complaint and told me to wait for 15 min only. Then it all started where they ask to share the photos and assured me that i will get another hotel. Since morning, i sent 8 emails and 12 calls are made. But, they don't even bother to provide an update. Everytime, a new customer representative on call and they tell me to wait for a call back. The cost of room was 15, 000 and with all the discounts and goibibo plus money, i paid 8000 inr. But, its all waste. My wife has fallen sick, but goibibo doesn't care. I will make sure that all my overseas friends and i. T friends get rid of goibibo. Below is the complaint number registered, but these useless fellows will understand the pain when their family will fall ill in the booking, they made through goibibo

                      Hey goibibo. I booked my hotel in krishna continental for 2 adults booking id htldy7rn98 on today 15 th of dec. I go there and find out he is not goin to give me the room. He said even i alone cant stay there and asked me to apply for refund. I want my refund but the cancellation is showing no refund. He told me that he is not liable for anything and put all liability on goibibo. So refund my money as that man had my hard earned money as joke.

                      As per our telephonic discussion today, name on the ID card you showed at the property was "Bhupinder Singh" but the booking was confirmed with a different name "jmy khangura".

                      Secondly, while booking- hotel's policy was clearly mentioned as "Unmarried couples are strictly not allowed available on[protected]".

                      Regret, an exceptional refund on this booking would not be a possibility unless we get an approval from the hotel on the same.

                      Additionally, if you can share the written approval from the hotel on the refund, please reply for validation.

                        I booked a room on 14 december 2018 in aerith - birds of paradise. I had paid in full on the website. Upon reaching the hotel, the staff said there were no rooms available, even though i have already booked and paid. The hotel said they will fix us up with some other hotel, we agreed. After that they got us a room in which people were already residing and asked us to share the room with them. We disagreed and asked for a refund to which they said take it up with goibibo. Goibibo wont answer calls or anything. I spent 2300 rupees for nothing and got stuck outside for the night!

                          I wanted to make a round trip booking from pune to thane, however, it got booked as one-way in error. I realized this and immediately asked my son to call the goibibo call center for help. The advisor who attended the 1st call, asked us to make another fresh round-trip booking within 15-20 mins and he would initiate a complete refund for the entire amount (Rs.235/-) to my bank account for the previous booking (One-way).br...

                          Iam deepak kumar i book MR travel bus ticket from pune to sumerpur by Goibibo app and get booking confermation massage but when i go to bording point & call on given number is switch off then i call to MR travels & they told me bus is cancelled and i don't get any type of bus cancelation notification.these is really a very bad service of goibibo and i loss of money and my time.                             I did an advance online booking with goibibo with following detail
                            Hotel - apple pie
                            Location - noida, sector 30
                            Count of rooms booked - 3
                            Date for which reservation done - 12-dec-2018
                            Advance booking number - htldzmbddx
                            Payment was made for booking online at the time of booking. On the day of check-in, we are 6 people for 3 rooms and when reached the hotel, they clearly declined about the booking and any relationship with goibibo. When reached the customer care of goibibo, they put me on hold for 45 minutes, not able to resolve the issue inspite of false assurance and then promised to give a call back with resolution. No return call received, i called them multiple times in next few hours with no help and we end us sitting like # at the hotel reception for couple of hours. Our group had 4 elderly people who has gone through so much of pain due to this issue. No response or call back from the customer care and we end up being on the road. How can goibibo be so careless and cheating people. I have travelled so much in india and aboard but has not seen anything like that ever before. I will alert and alarm all contacts not to go with goibibo who can easily put you in trouble and become a victim of their wrongdoings.

                              My email id is [protected]@gmail.com and registered phone number is [protected]. I booked a cab from jaipur to new delhi through upi... Money has been deducted from my account... But i never got any confirmation of the cab booking or the details regarding it... I called goibibo on the toll free number and they said it's the bank's fault... I called sbi, they said it's google pay's fault...in google pay however the payment is successful. I have attached a screenshot of the same... I want you to initiate my refund asap before i sue you in court. I have already send a mail to your customer support, ticket id attached below.

                                I have done an advance online booking with Goibibo for Hotel Apple Pie for 3 room and for date 12-Dec-2018, with booking number HTLDZMBDDX and also made the online payment. We are 6 people with 3 rooms and when reached the hotel, they clearly declined about the booking and any relationship with IBIBO. When reached the CUSTOMER CARE of IBIBO, they put me on hold for 45 minutes and then promised to give a call back with resolution. No call received, called multiple times with no help and we end us sitting like ### at the hotel reception for couple of hours, with 4 elderly people who has gone through so much of pain due to this issue. No response or call back from the CUSTOMER CARE and we end up being on the road. How can IBIBO be cheating people. I have travelled so much in India and aboard but has not seen anything like that ever before. I will fill a legal case against Go-IBIBO as well as make sure inform all the people in my circle - colleagues, friends and relatives to avoid using fraud companies like GOIBIBO who can easily put you in trouble and does not care much about it.

                                I shraddha gupta made twice payment for all india bar council exam form on 20th nov and 24th nov of which transaction id 97441030 and 97567516 in both cases payment gateway was ibibo.
                                I want to know which one of these transaction is considered and what about refund of my second transaction? Kindly solve my issue urgent.

                                    I had booked a ticket from sfo to blr, and expected a single ticket and through check in from sfo to blr, since it was for a minor travelling alone...
                                    But ibibo issued a separate ticket from sfo to sin through united and sin to blr on indigo.
                                    Now a minor child has to do immigration in sin and re-checkin to blr... Hopeless situation... On top there needs a visa at sin as its not transfer anymore...

                                    Feel like sue the company for such a careless ticketing

                                    In general, the agent's duty is to display the total fare and each component of fare prior to purchase and after the e-tciket is issued.
                                    No piece of the document is produced in the complaint:
                                    - passenger name
                                    - date
                                    - route
                                    - fare conditions
                                    - other basic conditions of e-ticket issued by the agent, if any.
                                    It is useless to discuss anything without attached each piece of the issued document

                                      Kindly Inform you that I have booked a hotel in Cochin.on date of 5/11/2018 but when Ik reached at hotel that time I find That hotel is not exist and I already paid that time I call goibibo customer care and he refused about this booking but that time I give all Information about my booking .And that they I booked another booking through goibibo company.but and again call customer care that time I talk with abhisekh and he told me that company has return amount of both hotel of that about hotel not exist and one what I booked another Hotel both amount. Rs 1686 and a other Rs1681 I get One hotel return Rs1686 of hotel Mayura park but till date I not get refund of second
