This is with regards to already open ticket #25524549.
I had tried booking 4 flight tickets for 21st nov. But due to website issue only 1 ticket is booked on a different date which is useless for me. I have been trying to talk to customer care, they promise to call back with technical team but nothing is happening.
I have pointed out the exact error tht occured but they are not accepting it.

I have booked a ticket on 28th nov 2018 from goa to bangalore through goibibo. This is my first booking here. I selected the above mentioned date while booking. Yesterday i booked hotel jubuie international for 2 days in name of mr. Satyendra kumar (26/11/18- 28/11/18) via goibibo and made payment via card of rupees 3665. When went to check-in the hotelier denied check in saying that they did not receive any message from goibibo about booking as well as the hotel did not any vacant room. My family was visiting india i booked cab (Carpwf6mpicwojh) from mumbai international airport to nasik by 25th nov 2018 @22:00.

And now my fb account got blocked and fb team send a mail to my ibibo mail to unlock my fb. But i am unable to open my ibibo mail ad also cant find the website where have to login for mail. Already informed at the the time when i was in hotel to goibibo & hotel management regarding the privacy issue experienced at hotel zeeras in varanasi on 22nd november 2018 morning by their staff.

They have entered into room, keys are with me. Without acknowledging me that they are going to enter into the room.

*what is the use of keys if hotel management easily acess booked room without permission of room owner.br...

As attached in the screenshot. It has become almost impossible to get their application to book ever since i accumulated goibibo cash.

Complaints are brushed off with a template that reads "we tried calling you but your call went unanswered" which is a very lame and unexpected excuse to expect from a service provider like goibibo. Mails to mujib b, team leader. Have got no response no redressal...

When i booked the hotel it showed free cancellation until december 21 then why this discrepancy when i cancelling the hotel. This is not acceptable you are cheating the customer. You just check for booking the same hotel and you can see free cancellation policy please refund full amount immediately so that i can a hotel from your site. You know im depending on your site for all booking

My booking id was htlvd4uzaz. I did online payment with google pay (Tez). My account got debited the said amount. The customer help wasnt satisfactory. I have not received any refund from the bank or any confirmation from goibibo. I am attaching the necessary information to ascertain my claim. I hope goibibo quickly resolves the issue and get my refund....

Please note that at the time of cancelling the tickets from kol-bangkok and bangkok to kol the refund amount that reflected was 11793.

Now i have received the mail that the total refund processed is 5040 and 1555 respectively.

Why such differences in amount.

Please refund my entire money also why is goibibo charging for cancellation.

I have booked return tickets from delhi to goa from goibibo.com for 7 people for 1 dec 2018 (Del to goi) vide pnr pjfhtr and 5 dec 2018 (Goi to del) vide pnr jy3uyl.

While booking my flight from del to goi through app, i had selected air asia flight number i5775 departing from delhi a 12:05 pm. However, when i recieved the ticket after making the payment, the ticket generated reflected a different time.br...

I was provided with incomplete information while I was booking the flight from Goibibo. After speaking with customer service supervisor and provided assurance(photo attached dated 16 October) in written, Goibibo failed to stick to its commitment and doing the right, as was promised.
In fact, they started disconnecting my calls in between and kept on asking for more and more time disturbing my peace of mind, wasting my time and money...
