I booked a bus from pune to goa ticket date and time:
Booking id: gobusand7c0ba4c479
Operator pnr no. 75032197

Travel date: 28 april, 18 depart: 01:15 hrs
Arrival date: 28 april, 18 arrive:10:30 hrs

Booking amount paid: inr 3580

(The bus operator, chirag travels co. Told, my booking is on 29th april when asked from the bus stop while they were late)

When bus did not arrived on inquiry to bus operator they said my booking is on 29th april same time and he explained he got many calls from customers facing such issue with red bus booking also. They say it is goibibos mistake and ask them.
I contacted goibibo for the issue, they said they will resolve but instead they told that the bus operator say they booked on 29th april, and they came to the bus stop, so they wont refund. Goibibo also denied the refund since bus operator (Chirag travels co.) denied.
Goibibo and bus operator both are not taking any responsibility for this error in their system. And denied me my refund.
I booked a non-refundable hotel from their site worth rs. 15112 based on their booking. Other than that there many other issues i had to go through due to this incorrect ticket.
For others, never use goibibo, redbus or makemytrip, they are basically the same group. You will be in false impression of their customer support and ease. When you will actually need their customer support either you wont be able to reach then, they wont reply or deny the requests. Its always better to go with the actual sites than the middle operators.

    We have paid the rescheduling charges to goibibo inr 17296.00 on 10/5/2018 at 1.30 am. If your portal was not working why amit sharma had asked us to pay. He has informed this at 9.27 am. Worst part is now your team is not taking responsibility of rescheduling & convincing us to get it via airlines at heavy prices inr 39000 &
    Threatening about increasing charges at every minute. They are not giving solution but blackmailing us. Its not our fault. Please get it done in same charges i. E. 17296/-

        Goibibo is the worst ever online booking portal with worst ever customer service. I booked at bus from kota to jaipur with d. O. J 05/05/18 17:00 pm via goibibo app. But on day of journey i shockingly came to know that there is no such bus at the said time and my departure time has been changed to 22:00 at midnight i. E. 5 hours late. I complained and cancelled the bus but i am yet to recieve any news regarding my refund status. On same day i had booked an onward ticket from jaipur to panipat with d. O. J 06/05/18 21:00 pm again via goibibo app. But at the last minute at the boarding point the operator vulgurly informed that bus had been cancelled earlier without informing us or any sort of intimation. Upon complaint goibibo refused to aknowledge the bus cancellation leaving me helpless on the road peak midnight hours with my family. The senior customer care assistant named salman was very rude and harshly vulgur and did not bothered to provide any alternative solution. Im yet to recieve any kind of refund resolution. Im deleting the app and will never book again from these cheaters. Im also sending legal notice for the losses that occured to me due to cancellations.

          We had raised a request for cancelling only one ticket. But goibibo cancelled all the 3 tickets causing a lot of inconvenience. They are not even refunding us a single penny. I would like to raise this complaint till the highest authority. We have been calling the customercare number. But except for a call back and some recorded messages, we are not getting an effective response. The service is highly pathetic and unfriendly towards the customer. The customer is penalised for the portal or the airline mistake

          I have recharged my JIO number [protected] for Rs.399 on 29 April, 2018 from your website IBIBO web private limited but it has not been credited.So what should I do to get refund back. Kindly please help me and do the needful.

            I have done post paid booking for anand palace hotel mcleodganj for 28 mar -29 march with booking id - htln2gefyq but it was fraud booking as i went for boarding they refuse to give me the room, they cancel my booking but booking id from goibibo was given. I called goibibo team they told me thatit was fault from
            Goibibio technical team and it was commitment from goibibo that they will credit 500+ go cash plus and compensation in my account, i called so many time to customer care regarding same no action taken.

              I was supposed to start 5th May 2018, connecting flight from Bangalore to Lucknow .But later on i got to know i need to travel on 24th May now then i tried reschedule.
              I had booked ticket with PNR: IQIEQZ, But unfortunate i need to reschedule my trip, the actual ticket was 4300 INR and i ask for reschedule they are asked 11 K, Is there any policy exist in Our country the Airlines are doing their arbitrariness and making fool to us.
              Direct flight was available 3800 INR, then y they are asking for 11k when direct booking available @3800. Then y reschedule policy exist, Just wanted to understand that, is there Indian government have any written policy or airline and partner Goibibo can ask any amout for cancellation and reschedule, I had read in news once max to max Airlines can charge 2500 for flight reschedule, Then y airlines asking for 11 K for reschedule..

              Goibibo is telling it is from Airline side, Airline is telling Goibibo is responsible, then what the consumer will do, I lost my 4300 INR because of this issue.

                Hi,

                I was cheated by goibibo for my parents trip to kolkata from bangalore and return also.

                Starting date: 26/4/2018
                Returning date: 28/4/2018

                So we booked return way flight (Bangalore-kolkata-bangalore) for my parents.

                The first flight was in the early morning on 26th april and return in the evening on 28th april.
                Goibibo booked the first flight correctly but the return also they booked for morning instead of evening.
                We called and asked them to rectify their mistake. What they did was cancelled both ways and booked only the return one. When we realized that while booking wheelchair for my parents, we immediately called them.

                They did not agree that it was their mistake and instead said that someone else cancelled it (Some other ip cancelled it).

                They assured us that they will resolve this issue and give us that same flight tickets for my parents as it was urgent for them to travel. Till night 11pm, no resolution and my parents had to travel early morning.

                At 11 pm also they said that they r looking for resolution. Just imagine, we all were awake waiting for their response and every time a new person picked up the call and asked us about the issue.

                Finally they said that they can give us only indigo flight which is at 11am. We agreed to that also thought it was required to fly early in the morning. They did not tell us about the duration. Later when i checked i found that it was a connecting flight which would reach kolkata at 7:30pm in the evening. Just imagine. I immediately called up and asked them if they were playing games with us at 12 in the night.

                Then after our suggestion at around 2 am in the night, they booked air india flight which was from 8am to 10:35am and we had to pay the differential amount for that. Loss for us both mentally and financially though no where was it our fault.

                I strongly appeal to get my refund due to this harassment which we all had to go through.

                  I have booked a flight with an offer of getting cashback of rs. 1200 if i pay through citi credit card. It's been around 3 months now and the cashack has not been credited to my account which was meant to be credited within 60 days. Customer care agents and supervisor misguided me by saying that the other agents do not have sufficient information & i need to check with the bank. I checked with bank & they informed me that the cashback has not been processed from goibibo, so citi liaised with goibibo multiple times. According to goibibo 1) i have not used promo code, 2) we can not club 2 offer together, 3) i made transaction after 10 pm, all fake thing, they don't want to give cashback to customer. Better i will stop booking from goibibo and spread this as much as i can so that nobody else would suffer and trust on your offers which never gets fulfilled.

                    Pnr: ay5kkn, i had mistakenly booked a flight in reverse order which i had to canel by calling directly to airlines, the refund amount after deducting airlines cancelation charges i. E. Rs 2726 has been paid by airlines, however as the ticket was booked by goibibo airlines had paid in goibibo account.

                    Now goibo is taking rs 1000 more as goibibo charges and refunding rs 1776 only

                    What service did i use of goibibo during cancelation to pay rs 1000 extra to goibibo?

                    I am unable to understand their charges.

                    They are looting people, as they had already taken their charges at the time of booking.

                    People book ticket through goibibo feeling that it is cheap, however it results in paying more at the time of booking as they collect convinience fee during payment and customer results in pying more.

                    These are all hidden charges which are not properly disclosed by goibibo

                    All charges occur at the end, when customer feels that they have booked the cheapest flight.

                    They are earning money by unethical and immoral means by not disclosing their charges properly.

                    How can they write “cheapes flight “ when it is not, cheapest flight can only be at airlines directly as they dont charge convinience fee.

                    At the face of booking convimience charge should be added so that customer is aware that the flights are costly than booking directly through airlines.

                    Also cancelation charges which they are taking is not right as the airlines already hd taken the charge.
                    In cancelation when customer is directly canceling the flight. He/she is not taking any service of goibibo.

                    Then whe there is cancelation charges of goibibo over and above airlines cancelation charge

                      Goibibo is a fraud, we family booked the vanasthsli cottage @ 5200 per room per night on 28apr for one night with confirm booking id, but when we reach the hotel they deny to give room, we pursued the matter hard with goibibo from 2 pm to 5 pm than they arranged another hotel ark resorts, but hotel is very dirty and not worth, again we pushed the matter with goibibo to cancel the booking but goibibo unprofessional staff did not ready to hear us after threatening of complaining the case to pachnarhi police station, they refund the money.. Please note that the tariff of vanasthsli cottage with breakfast and dinner is rs 3000 all inclusive and rs 2700 with all meals, virtually goibibo charged double, anyways we than go to hotel amaltas of mpt @ rs 2800 with breakfast all inclusive.. Very nice hotel, we do not recommend goibibo, please keep distancd with such fraud company, we are going to suit a case in the court that we family went for enjoyment but due to unprofessional behaviour with so called web accommodation provider unable to give accomdation for us even after confirm booking id and 100, % advance paid...                         I was using my sbi online payment for my personal purposes.
                        And i got the message that, transaction is successful for ibibo web private limited. The amount is deducted from the account dated april 26, 2018.
                        Still its not reached at the destination.

                        Its not at all fair.
                        I need the refund of my cash rs. 7000 as soon as possible.
                        Please do the need.

                          I booked a hotel in coimbatore through goibibo. I had processed the payment online. When i checked in to the hotel i got to know that goibibo had charged for 2 guests. When chcked they are saying everything is automated and they cant do anything. I am staying in the hotel now so i told them to chck how many people have checked in which they did and got to know that it was only one person. When checked with hotel i got to know that they have done it with ither customers as well. The customer is being helpless when such issues happen and such online frauds instills fear in people like me to not use online facility. I request for an investigation and reimburse the excess money charged from me.

                            On 25 april i book a hotel at bijnor from goibibo. But after reaching at bijnor i search hotel for an hour. Finally my phone call connect to hotel paras staff only then i came to know goibibo given me bijnor booking hotel at chandpur which is 35 km far away from bijnor. Paras hotel chandpur is a very supporting staff they informed me this is not the 1st time every time passengers get misguide but goibibo is not reflecting chandpur separate from bijnor.. Goibibo is not trying to give the solution and still goibibo not refund my booking amount. Finally i check in another hotel in bijnor

                              On 28 of March I booked a flight ticket with booking id TUA6HWSCM as I ve made a mistake in the name & spelling I requested for the change bt both goibibo & Airindia denied the request & insisted to cancel the ticket within 6 am otherwise I don’t get the refund. So i cancelled the ticket & booked a new ticket in the correct name & the flight was on April 1. Both the bookings were done at the same night. I cancelled the ticket with the OTP provided by the goibibo team. Also I received a message in my phone I ll becalled from 9am to 9 pm . When I checked my booking status it showed refund under process. As I m n a remote village I dont ve proper wifi or mobile network most of the days & dint check my emails. On the day of cancellation they made one call around 3 am bt unable to speak with the team about cancellation charges. Later I dint get any call which I was waiting for.Bt they had sent 3 mails.As I got the OTP & cancellled the tickets & my status appeared refund under process i waited for the refund since I dint get any I contacted the customer care but now they deny my full refund pointing I dint respond for the mails. I ve attached all the details regarding the issue. I am an earlier customer of yours & u sorted my issues with topper learning. So kindly take necessary steps to my refund also without the full amount without any deductions.

                              We tried contacting you on your number [protected], however, the call went unanswered.

                              Please be advised that we have validated the details and basis the OTP messages, emails, call recordings and booking status, we have found that there was no confirmation shared from our end, stating that the booking is canceled.

                              As per the OTP messages and emails, it states that the booking is live. Our customer care has tried to contact you but, as he was unable to connect with you over the call, hence he had also tried to inform you about the cancellation procedure on the emails.

                              We regret to inform you that no refund is applicable on this booking as the guest was No Show.

                                I have booked room at phuket on 22nd of april for the date 23-25th i am stranded here at the hotel lobby for more than 3 hours and till now my check in not been done as go ibibo has not sent them the mail and payment is not been done. Called goibibo staff nobody is sorting my problem out, everyone is making me wait wait and wait. Nobody has called me back from your end and waiting in the que to talk to the concerned person and disconnects.

                                I am providing you my contact number [protected]. My booking id is htlx2tang3. My call from thailand was being disconnected several times. I called more than 15 times and each time i had to explain my problem to each person who recieved my call. I was with my family including a baby of 2 years old. Goibibo i am not going to spare you for this negligence i am going to sue you for this. You made me struggle to find me a room in another country
                                I already sent u mail at your web site..but ibibo has not refunded my money..i cancelled my hotel booking on 14th itself..till now I have not been refunded back the money

                                  I have booked flight mumbai chandigarh for 22nd may 2018 and cancelled the same on 22nd jan 2018

                                  But till date i have not received any refund for the same.

                                  I was supposed to receieve rs. 780/- as refund for the same.

                                  When contact ibibo they are saying it has been processed and i have to check in bank with bank reference number

                                  When i went to bank with reference number they said to us this is wrong number and its used by goibibo to track money not by bank

                                  Ask for details provided by goibibo in which account they had refund

                                  Now i have been like football from here to there just for rs. 780/-.

                                  Its not about money its more about ethics and commitment and service which they are providing to their client. Very unprofesssional service i should say in short

                                  Hopefully consumer forum can help us to solve this issue

                                    This is regarding the unnecessary cost i had to bear due to mismanagement and wrong communication provided by india's leading travel portal "goibibo". I had booked a room in lalit - delhi yesterday via goibibo but due to unavoidable circumstances i needed an urgent change in the date of the booking to which i did try changing through the goibibo app. I got a response from them saying they will get back to me in 2hrs, i waited for 4hrs but didn't get a call or any kind of response in accordance to that. Now goibibo staff is denying to take any kind of responsibility.
                                    Its not about refund here, but about the negligence to a customer's query and getting back to them.

                                    Now as per my conversation with goibibo i would like yo know if i can get the same booking for a different date? (This was conversed and agreed over early this afternoon) to which i haven't got any response either still regarding the same.

                                      Very poor customer service of goibibo.

                                      We booked 2 tents in padmavati lake resort. Before booking called resort & was told it's 14 km from fort but on actual 25 km. No mobile network works there so no gps it's totally in remote. Very tough to reach. 4km + kacha road. No wifi no ac there.

                                      When we reached we were told they r booked so we have been upgraded to villa. We went to see villa & to our surprise it was driver & staff room also confirmed by there staff. When we denied was told that goibibo forcefully booked them without taking confirmation. I told to give it in writing & the rude person over phone of his staff told us "jo ukhadna ukhaar lo". Misbehaved with all o[censored]s even ladies.
                                      Offered us complimentary lunch we said ok as time was wasting but it never came.
                                      He called us to chittorgarh hotel for giving us in writing. As we reached in network area i complained to goibibo.
                                      My brother in law & wife was dealing with hotel guy. He refused to give in writing & by thay time it was 5. So after 4 hrs left with no. Option we took his different hotel which has very bad review which i seen at time of booking as we were considering it also. I told it to its owner.
                                      Very bad service & amenities.

                                      From last 7 days complained many times no resolution.
                                      Only getting messages it's resolved.
                                      Goibibo is acting like lawyer of hotelier.

                                      Very pathetic experience of life time by such a big group like goibibo.
                                      In past good wow experience also.

                                      And worst is your customer service only talking & talking.

                                        Complain ticket number [#20504131 at goibibo.

                                        Issue :: Refund of amount paid for extra baggage but disallowed by Airline

                                        I am explaining issue in in 5 simple steps ::

                                        step 1) I paid Rs 1490 for additional baggage to goibibo for ticket of Scoot Airlines from Singapore to Chennai boarding on 30th Apr.

                                        step 2) A ticket was sent by Mr Raunak in which 2 adults and 1 child (total 3 passengers) were allowed 20 kg each as check in baggage.

                                        step 3) At Singapore Airport while check in, Scoot guys said that they can't see any extra baggage in my booking and I need to pay for my baggage.

                                        step 4) I was having 26 kg baggage for which I was asked to pay Singapore Dollar 68 for first 20 kg and another Singapore Dollar 68 for balance 6 kg (Rs 6700 approx.).

                                        step 5) I left my baggage at Singapore as my relatives are there in Singapore and they will bring it later on at Diwali.

                                        Now, I am asking for REFUND OF Rs 1490...for which I am sure, guys at Goibibo should not have any issue to refund.

                                        I am contactable at 2 numbers which are connectable 24X7.

                                        Waiting for REFUND and not any call for enquiry again as I have already explained in verbal multiple times and writing.
