I booked a hotel via Go Ibibo for Shirdi location. Hotel Saish Booking id - HTL58MBE6L
Stay dates - 7th April and check out on 8th April
It was the worst experience of my life since I have never experienced so many problems in one day. We were a group of 4 people who visited the holy location. List of problems detailed below.

1 . The hotel was the best place to get insulted. The watchman at the hotel was rude and behaved in such a manner that we had been there for a free stay at his place. There was a slight disagreement on the direction of parking. We wanted to reverse park and he didn't want us to. For such a miniscule issue he started yelling and abusing us. We wanted to ignore the incident and move on but the fact that the watchman was rude and abusive was comprehended by another incident the same day involving another guest. The watchman got into an ugly spat and threatened to hit the guest with his stick. Overall it was a very disappointing and insulting experience.

2. The room was dirty and unhygienic. The ventilation in the bathroom wasn't covered entirely resulting in mosquitoes in the room. I am a frequent traveller to Shirdi and never ever have I seen a hotel with so frequent power cuts. The power went out at least 8 times during our stay.

    how to open my ibibo mail account?

    I opened mail account (M. [protected]@ibibo.com) in ibibo in 2010 and that mail id i given in my fb account and some other websites.. And now my fb account got blocked and fb team send a mail to my ibibo mail to unlock my fb. But i am unable to open my ibibo mail ad also cant find the website where have to login for mail. So i request you to please help me to open my ibibo mail once....

    On 2nd April, I was ticket for 20th April (Bangalore to Bhubaneswar)& 25th April ( Bhubaneswar to Bangalore) through my credit card. After entered my pin, the Go-Ibibo page showed that there is a error for airline or seat unavailablity. Please try again. Second time, again error came and i cannot why understand that my card is maximised. So, I booked again from MMT with my debit card. For past 02 days, Go-Ibibo persons are calling that it will be resolved but my earlier service ticket was cloased as resolved without my approval. I request to resolve otherwise I have to take proper legal actions for fraudulent charges.

      I’m booked my ticket by go ibibo website. Then first deduction my money in my account for i was selected to air arabia airways. Start saudi airport from dammam to sharja to delhi on date 3rd march.
      The pnr is 93170332, when i will start to boarding my log gage then counter person the charges me 72 sar. Because of go ibibo selected flight with out log gage. I need my money for i was pay in saudi. Due to this one international flight

        Hello there,
        I am writing to you for a very disappointing and unprofessional service from goibibo. I had made a booking for the flight travelling from bangalore to bali on 13th dec 2017 via malaysian airlines which was a confirmed ticket booked for inr15430 & rest of the amount was paid through gocash. Unfortunately i had to postpone my trip because my passport dint have the validity so i immediately called goibibo and they had kept my ticket open for a year, which will reflect in the records clearly. After getting my new passport i repeatedly called goibibo everyday for almost 11 days but they were so incompetent that they were not able to retrieve my ticket for many days, this compelled me to buy a another ticket from make my trip for my trip, i already lost a lot of money waiting for your representatives to call me after everytime i call them they have the same response saying they will call back but never call back, you can check the phone records. Now very frustrated with this issue i had disputed this charge with my bank and the reply bank got from goibibo is the passenger is a "no show", this is really pathetic from goibibo for such a response. Now please i would want my money to be refunded with a compensation for all the trouble you have given me. I am even ready to take it up to the court if needed.

          I book hotel krishna kunj, kota through goibibo in price of rs 5 at 1-3-2018 for 2-3-2018 to 3-3-2018. I was thought that it is a offer or something... They send me confirmation mail and msg that my room is confirm booked... But when i call hotelier for my booking they said that there was no booking.. Than i called goibibo costumers reception they said that was a technical issue... And they can give me refund... But goibibo technical issue cost me a new hotel booking 3000 rupes. If i book that hotel on 1-3-2018 i get that hotel in half price... That is very unfair behaviour of goibibo...

            We have booked a flight for bangalore 2april 2018 at 9:10 departure and they dint provide pnr number or any reference number and the ticket was generated without any pnr and our payment i. E around 4000rs got cut from our account. Goibibo has harassed us and we'll issue this matter in police station as well as in newspaper to alert other customers regarding this cheating. A legal action will be taken immediately and goibibo's member named rahul kumar has also disconnected our call. To escape from this matter of cheating. Please contact on [protected] immediately.               Worst experience from vaibhav travels. They took another seat on my booking seat. I complained nearest police station. That police forced them to make another seat. But the contact person and the person from booking ofce talked very rudely.

              I have severe backache n thats y had booked front seat. But they made me available last seat in another bus which was late by an hour. Worst experience today. Goibibo not comminicated them my seat. Will never use this app and vaibhav travels henceforth.

                  I booked a couple friendly hotel "hotel himalaya" in triplicane chennai. As unmarried couples staying in a hotel is legal and that goibibo is offering couple friendly hotels just like oyo and makemy trip, i made that booking. Me n my fiance were travelling to chennai, and were about to reach chennai at 11:30 pm. As it would be very late night, we had made this booking in advance. On reaching chennai, i met with one of my friend and borrowed his bike to go to the hotel. We were tired after 26 hrs of train journey and wanted to crash on the bed. But as soon as i reached the hotel.. The manager denied us checkin saying that they dont allow unmarried couples.. When asked that why is the hotel listed in the couple friendly list in goibibo... The manager said.. Go n aak them to remove... We requested him to allow us checkin as it was ery late night at around 12:30am.. He finally was so rude to us n said that he would call the police if we dont leave... I don understand what was our crime.. With nowhere to go so late in the night... I had to book a hotel from oyo and check in there... We were so embarrased after this incident... When we called goibibo and stated this incident... They said they will check n refund the amount... We were very particular that we dont want the refund but an apology from the hotel manager... They said they will try for that... N again they called me and said that.. We were denied check in because we were in s bike... What a silly excuse... Cant anybody hire a bike if they want to stay in a hotel???.. They refunded my money byt that is not what i asked for... They owe an apology for all the trouble that i went through so late in the night in an unknown city... I felt really unsafe that night on those lonely street and my fiance with me.. I have attached the booking details and the proof that we booked a couple friendly hotel... I want an apology from the hotel.

Be mindful before writting anything nonsense in this public forum. are you people now accusing me of making an illegal checkin...That my fiance is below 18 years..Do you think we are illeterate, coming from uneducated families. Stop getting down to the level...that i have to drag u to the court of law and suit a case for defamation on a public platform.Do you and ur company holds some ethics???
                  Let me give all a clear picture of this..

                  25th March 11:30 pm approx: I and my fiance were denied checkin to Hotel himalaya, triplicane Chennai. When asked for a reason, the property manager said they dont allow unmarried couples...although the hotel is listed under couple friendly list in Gobibo-thats why we booked it.The property manager was very rude to us and behaved like we were some burglers getting into his hotel. It was so embarrasing. At around midnight we had nowhere to go, so i booked another hotel at OYO which came to our escape. It was so unsafe roaming around at midnight hours in an unknown city. I updated the feedback on goibibo app right there.

                  26thMarch 12:30 am approx
                  I got a call from goibibo that they will arrange my stay at some other hotel, which i denied as i already checked OYo, and anyway i was noy going to wait so late for their obligation . I was told by the caller that i was denied checkin because i came by a bike, which i had borrowed from a friend of mine as soon as i reached chennai. Where is it written that couples coming on a bike are not allowed to check in.Again he called after some time and said, just because we had lesss luggage, we were denied checkin...i was pissed off by then and i said i dont want to stay in ur hotel nethier do i need the refund. I want an apology from the proprty manager. The caller said he will try to get it... If check was denied because of age issue...why was all this done???

                  26th March sometime in the afternoon -
                  Somebody called from goibibo and said that they cannot assure the apology from the property manager. I said let me handle it..i dont want ur help.

                  29th March 11:25 am- lodged a complain at consumer forum and updated the same in the feedback box of goibibo.

                  Rahul Sharma from goibibo called me to close the ticket and said they caanot assure the apology from the property manager, and asked me to close the ticket.. I denied, so he started saying that the hotel is not under couple friendly list, so i was denied checkin.When i said that i can send yhem the Screenshot from the app where the hotel is under couple friendly, he said this" OK send, we will check".

                  Here are the reasons stated by goibibo so far.
                  - because we were in a bike
                  -because we had less luggage
                  -because the hotel is not couple friendly
                  - because my fiance is a minor
                  -because we didn't share our ids.

                  All of the above all false and i do have proofs.

                  Goibbo states that my fiance is below 18 years and we didn't share our id proofs ...I will take this as a serious allegation..as they are blaming me for carrying out illegal actions. Mr.Harjot, i, Vishwanath Singh am 28 years old and my fiance, Ruby Bharati is 25 years old.
                  Have attached our id proofs, and before u comeback saying that i have shared a wrong id..enquire the aadhar number and check the hotel's cctv footage to ensure it is the same girl.
                  Also have aatched the screenshot from the goibibo app, where the hotel is in couple friendly list.
                  In addition to this have attached the call and mail communication details with goibibo.

                  And would suggest Goibibo to think twice before typing anything nonsense..

                    Hi,
                    Worst experience ever i had. Airasia people did not allow me to enter the flight because they said they want malasian visa for us so we cannot travel. On the website they said you don't need visa if you travelling from same terminal and told to contact goibibo. I need my money refund for my flights. They did not allow me to sit in the flight from bombay to denpasar bali i did not use any of your flight.
                    They forced me to book another emergency flight.

                      Flights tickets has been booked by go ibibo against refundable scheme but unfortunately after cancelling the flight tickets we have not received proper refund amount. Go ibibo is not ready to help us on the same.

                      The same ticket has been issued to the another customer as well in this scenario go ibibo is charging two customer for the same booking.

                      Kindly help us on the same issue.

                        I am facing every possible problem for one journey from gurugram to jaipur.. Firstly i confirmed booking and pick up time was 11:45am but driver number was not reachable so it changed to another driver and after an hour driver was changed again.. The driver was unable to reach the pick-up location despite providing details while booking and i also provided watsaap live location to driver, then also he was unable to reach the location, after much hardwork and with the help of local people he finally arrived at 3pm..
                        The car was very dirty and uncomfortable too.. But wait it's not over yet after 1hour of journey there was not sufficient fuel available to travel further and driver is asking me to pay cash.. I denied as i have paid all amount in advance. So i am currently stucked in petrol pump..
                        Believe me that is the problem faced in single travel. So i suggest you all to quit goibibo and try some other options.. And finally i want full refund by 24 hours.

                            We payed and booked the hotel in thailand before reaching there and later at the checkin time they asked the additional amount of almost the paid room fees which was double charge for us and the hotel people asked us to inform the coustmer why didnt goibibo bother to do that atleast at night at the moment we were left with no option too...

                              Hello,
                              I booked a room through your app on 09/03/17 i was having three day travel plan to bangalore from 16/03/18 to 19/03/18 according to my convenience i have booked the rooms through your app.

                              You have conformed my booking and provided room in the park residency, bangalore

                              When i called to park residency on the 16th evening they informed me room is ready after 15 minutes they cal me back and said booking is cancelled and ask me to contact go ibibo. So i called your customer care and i got a reply that my booking is still there so i requested your executive to call the hotel. After sometime your executive call's me back and said my booking is cancelled giving a vague reason that the price is too low and it happened because of a technical issue. As far as i understand it was a offer by go ibibo for my first booking. How ever you cannot just cancel the booking on the day of my arrival at the hotel. If such a problem was there it is your duty to inform me beforehand. This has caused me huge loss and the metal stress as a result. So i need you to provided me room service under the same offer or i demand compensation.

                              This is a clear issue of cheating, you made my first booking showing me cheap prices and cancelling after that. This kind of error or behaviour is not tolerable and is definitely not acceptable from a company like yours. If you dont do the needful at the earliest, i will be taking this issue to the consumer court.

                                Please note down the issue seriously as the customer has been cheated of his money fraudulently and will report the matter to cybercrime cell & police if he is not refunded is money back in 4 working days. Study innovations too shall take necessary action in reporting the matter to all the concerned law enforcing agencies if the customer is not refunded his money.

                                I had booked a ticket with goibibo in december 2017 for travelling on 19th feb 2018,
                                4 days before departure, the flight was cancelled.
                                Indigo agreed to refund full amount and cancelled the ticket on my request.
                                2 days later indigo confirmed they have given the credit to goibibo.
                                As of 13 march 2018, the amount is still not credited to me.
                                After umpteen follow-ups, the goibibo team keeps saying they have initiated the transfer and it takes 8-10 days for funds to be credited.

                                  You guys are cheating customers with false promises

                                    Hello,

                                    I had cancelled a International sector Chicago Mumbai for the 10th Dec 2017 in November 2017. PNR number is TUAAG7SD0. PNR : UGFUOH Passenger Name : Nirmala Muralidharan.

                                    the refund has still not been processed till date for last 4 months and there is false assurance of the money already transferred last week and the latest being today that it will be transferred in 5-7 working days.

                                    I spoke to Jetairways airlines directly and they told me that the maximum cancellation charges is Rs 8000 only

                                    Even after disputing so much, the amount which goibibo agreed was 12, 175 and suddenly today I receive the amount which will be transferred is Rs 10, 184.00

                                    The total amount I spend was Rs 34, 273.00

                                    Rs 22, 098 is towards cancellation which is complete cheating and fraud.

                                    I need an immediate help from your side for the refund amount to my account through which the booking was made

                                    the customer care is complete cheat as everytime the reason is different for delay.

                                    I am attaching a the emails sent from them on Feb 26th and 11th march showing two different figures and automatic message which is coming from November 18th till date.

                                    Also the Airlines wants to share the customer bank statement etc which is against the rules.
