Starair cancelled flight due to operational reasons.i booked through goibibo and hence requested refund .starair has refunded the amount to goibibo.goibibo is not refunding the money for almost a month and there is ko way to contact goibibo customer care.no way for me to get my refund in my source account.kindly help here.

    I have ordered a ticket, and during the process i have used a Dutch phone number as i am Dutch.

    This phone number cannot be used to login with goibobo app or website.

    I would like to cancel my flights.

    What do i need to do to cancel this flight and can i have my money returned?

    There is not a single posibility to conctact an employee. The help files and FAQ etc are of no help. There is no way to update my data, i cannot even check in from the app or website because i cannot login. I would like to cancel my flights.

      Dear sir

      I have booked capital O 27607 Hotel Kartik Jabalpur on 7th June to 10th June 2022 from Goibibo application but Hotel Kartik denied check inn due to goibibo price and offers.

      I have called to goibibo customer care on 7t june for assistance and they assured to help me for check inn in another hotel but still they haven't resolve it and not given refund also. We are unable to contact them in customer care number ([protected])

      I have registered complaint 3-4 times but still they have not resolved. I have faced huge problem to get check in. In another hotel in night 7th June due to hotel denied check inn.

      Kindly help so that this type of episode will not happen and online companies must pay for it

            I had booked Mumbai to New York flight (turkish airlines) through goibibo. the flight was cancelled by goibibo and my money was not refunded. When I raised the complaint they they told me they cant give me money back but voucher for other ticket. I am using the voucher but it is showing incorrect number for voucher.

                I have made a hotel booking and HTLDMAPTWTBMXJWR is my Booking id in which I have selected 3 rooms for 6 adults but when I finalised the payment I was shocked to see that they have alloted 2 rooms for 6 adults instead of 3 rooms but amount has been deducted for 3 rooms. When i contacted the customer service team they said i have booked it for 2 rooms only but I have a screenshot in which it is clearly showing 3 rooms, please initiate the refund or give me 3 rooms. ASAP

                  Date of the incident: July 14, 2022
                  Goibibo is the company and I used their service to stay in a hotel by the name LakeView in Ooty
                  my Name; Ravishankar V
                  Contact number used to register in goibibo:[protected]

                  The Hotelier did not provide the basic services as below:
                  1)No electricity
                  2)No Wifi
                  3)No Heater/Firewoods at a temperate of about 10 degree celsius

                  I did not continue in the hotel for more than 2 hours, returned the keys and checked out as my old parents were suffering too. I explained the situation to Goibibo and asked me to refund the amount which is Rs.12, 400 for two days. Till date they are not giving me a proper response and already there is a support ticket pending for more than 2 days viz. #[protected]

                    Highly disappointed at the Goibibo response on their helpdesk/customer care numbers. My son Marvel Jacob has booked 4-5 air tickets thru Goibobo mobile App. The Booking ID is - GOFLIMT9A[protected]. By oversight, the Surname was not filled during ticketing of his Singapore to Sydney leg of travel; Only the first name and middle name were entered.

                    Quantas, officially has communicated to us saying such corrections are possible-but, only thru booking agency, which is Goibobo. Despite sharing the communication from Qantas, Goibibo is saying “It is not possible; You have to cancel and rebook the tickets”.

                    More importantly, as per Qantas, there is a cancellation charge of Singapore $200 (This was clearly shown at the time of booking as “Partially Refundable”. Goibibo reps however now say, “Ticket is Non-fundable”.

                    Do not understand how irresponsibly Goibibo is dealing with us. This is making us more worried, confused and uncomfortable.

                      I have booked a ticket for booking id- GOBUSMOBBF8C0EAFC8
                      PNR - 87QHFP5J
                      Snemita Paribahan(Digha to Kolkata) on 4th July 2022
                      at 12:50pm
                      But all of a sudden bus operator canceled the ticket due to breakdown of the bus.
                      But still now I have not received my refund. I tried to contact to all customer support of Goibibo.
                      But seems like they don’t have any interest on this thing. This is such a ridiculous service from Goibibo .
                      As I am very old customer of Goibibo. I just want my refund back as soon as possible. They promised to call back but they have not.
                      Such a poor service.
                      Kindly refund my amount.

                        Refund has not been recieved in my account against ticket cancellation with PNR no. ZB[protected] its so many days now.However, due to your sudden cancellation i had suffered alot at your hands which can't be compensated by any means.
                        Earlier also i had requested you to refund my travel amount through mail, despite that there was no response.
                        I have attached all travel details of the booking which had been cancelled at your end and the advance payment for the booking.
                        I request you to initiate my refund at earliest as it is totally unfair trade practise. Once money has been paid whh tickeg has been cancelled?
                        Moreover, the customer support provided online is not responding.

(Travelling date 15/05/22) That Bus had accident near khinvsara and then bus operator asked to cancel ticket. Refund already processed by travel agency on 15/05/2022 But is still pending from your end.Tried contact you many times but dont have any access to your customer care also. Please take care of this and process refund pending from 2 months.

                            I booked 3 tickets from Prayagraj to Moradabad on 6 July 2022 at around 6:00 P.M. First Goibibo showed me available tickets but when I booked the tickets they went in Tatqal WaitingList. Latter those tickets did not confirmed and my status goes to cancelled tickets but still I do not get my refund amount. I made an inquiry in IRCTC they told me that your amount is refunded please contact to your booking agent and now Goibibo showing that your journey is completed. Please look in to this matter and provide my refund . My PNR number is [protected]

                                  I booked flight tickets for myself and 2 more members of our family from Visakhapatnam to Jaipur with my onward journey on 3rd July, 2022 and return journey on 6th July through goibibo. While my onward journey went as per the plan, the return journey flights were cancelled by Air Asia airlines.

                                  As the flights were cancelled and the alternate flights suggested by Air Asia did not align with my schedule, I cancelled the return journey flights and made alternate arrangements. The details of the transaction amount are as follows:

                                  Total amount paid for onward and return journey: Rs. 42, 823
                                  Refund transferred to wallet: Rs. 13, 993
                                  Refund to my bank: Rs. 13, 743

                                  When I talked to Air Asia, they informed that they processed complete refund but goibibo processed partial refund. I am wondering how goibibo can deduct penalty from my refund for cancellation of flights by the Air line, causing me lot of inconvenience. Instead of giving me a freebie for the inconvenience caused to me, goibibo deducted penalty from the refund amount, that too after receiving complete refund from the airlines.

                                  Please help me in getting remaining part of refund amount from goibibo at the earliest.

                                    We have booked hotel through goibibo on Jun 26, 2022 to jul 02, 2022 as Oyo hotels .

                                    Horel denied stay saying their contract with Oyo is closed and didn't allow us to stay.
                                    When asked for refund they said v have to take it up with goibibo.bht there is no response from goibobo regarding refund and since we ahev converted this to emi, emi will hit the account on 02.08.2022.please help

                                      Goibibo.com doesnt allows the customer to delete/deactivate their account according to the customer's own consent.Even their is no support for this option on their chat bot, mail or helpline number. In case of discontinued use of account. How the customer can delete/deactivate account.
