It is very painful to learn that there are no avenues available for a customer to clarify the queries regarding the bookings done,
I've booked a car for return trip to Manal, with booking ID CARPDGAAGGK89NP. Before booking, the portal shows that for roundtrip multiple pick-ups & drops are allowed. However, after making the full payment, the booking voucher says, only one pick-up & one drop is permitted. This is not in line what the pre-booking information. To clarify this point I've no option available to me.
At the same time, if I want to change the pick-up time (want to prepone by few hours), again no option is available.
In fact your portal still shows that for outstation return cab bookings, multiple pick-ups & drops are included. Please confirm that the cab shall be at my disposal for the duration of booking & I can use it as per my needs for local travel in Manali & to nearby places.
I do hope you'll look into this matter & ensure clarification by email or via a phone call in next 24 hours.

I am Ritimbhra chauhan from chandigarh. I had booked 2 bus tickets through goibibo in Morning from chandigarh to manali on june 3rd, 2022 with Booking ID: GOBUSMOB37DA39CAEDE for travel on june 5th, 2022 at 22 hrs worth Rs. 1782.I did not received a mobile call or any SMS from Bus operator or from the goibibo, in the evening whhen bus did not showed up on time, i called the Bus operator he told me that bus has been cancelled and he asked me to raise a request for cancellation on the goibibo website. Then I raised a support request for cancellation which was created on 5th june. On the Goibibo website it was showing "We have received your request. Our team will get in touch with you in 3-7 days". I have tried many times to connect to your customer care executiv, but never given a chance to talk to them. Till now I have not received any refund for the bus cancellation to my bank account. I expect a speedy resolution from goibibo side & KARTAR TRAVELS to solve this query and refund my full amount to my bank account at the earliest. Thank you
