I have booked Townhouse 937 The Grand Hospitality, Tiruppur through Goibibo. When I reached the hotel the executive said rooms are full. Goibibo has taken additional bookings than the room availablity. Since then I am trying to reach their customer care, executives are placing call on hold to check with the hotel and never returned to call. Written mail to [protected]@oyorooms.com customer care as given in the booking confirmation document, mail is bouncing. I don't know how to get my amount back.

Please beware of such frauds, it's always good to book hotels directly than the cheaters like Goibibo

    I would like to update you that Yesterday I was travelling back to Delhi from Dehradun and I booked Cab from Goibibo Portal (Booking IDCARPDGANGZ3S9DC) Rs 3847/- I paid by Debit Card.

    I Paid 100% Payment Advance and when we reached Dehradun Station Cab Driver cancelled my booking without my permission. I clearly update him that I stuck in a traffic please wait for me i will reach at xyz time he said Okay I will wait please come.

    When I reached Dehradun driver said Sir I cancelled the booking you can take your refund from company and I am very much ready to drop you Delhi but I will take 4000/- in cash.

    Now i am continuously in touch with Goibibo team for my refund they're denying me. I would like to request you to please look into the matter and refund my payment on priority basis.
    I am going to attach their GST Invoice as well, I am not able to understand when I didn't travel how can they release payment to cab driver.

    Kindly check and do the needful.

      I booked a ticket AMDO2BPXE ( for 2 persons ) from Goibibo in Feb 2020 by British Airways Sin-Lon-Sin, but due to covid & travel ban, could not travel on my travelling dates, which was April 2020. I received a confirmation from Goibibo, that my ticket is extended for 2 years. Recently when I sent email ( As there was no contact number any more), I got a reply your ticket status is closed. For any refund or trip cancellation, pl visit my trip page. When I logged in on that page, it says no such booking? I had no option but to write a consumer complaint. Pl help me to sort this issue, as I would like to travel in sep 2022.

        I made a booking with goibibo and the hotel information was misleading and the hotel room was utterly unhygeinic and full of fungus
        I paid for a luxury room and got a third class pathetic room and the staff was also rude
        When i called the goibibo customer care they disconnected my call multiple times in the middle of the conversation then an executive said we will give you a resolution in an hour and mever called back and then whenever i called again i had to explain the entire situation again to bo avail
        Then the customer support said we cannot help you because the hotel denies the refund
        So i was forced to stay in a pathetic dingy place inspire of paying 7000 rupees per day for a room
        I feel utterly harrassed and humiliated
        And its really shameful for an organisation like goibibo to give such worse timw to its customers

          I made a reservation at centrepoint hotel in jalandhar on 9/06/2022 but later on i got a better deal at other hotel through goibibo because my reservation was under free cancelation i applied for it and took the gocash option but due to some technical issue it got abrupted system suggested 60 seconds but its been 2 days no sign of refund trying to figure out when will i get the refund because my date of departure from jalandhar is in less then 7 days and have to book other hotel below is my reference detail

            I faced checkin issue at oyo 435 hotel amshi international and they told me that they have removed their hotel from goibibo so they can't allow to checkin therefore I contacted oyo and they have told me that they return the money to goibibo.
            I am trying to reach goibibo team nearly 1 month but I couldn't reach them. Kindly return back my money.

                      Playing with customers by keeping some mis-leading information to the customers.
                      Recently they came up with a new option of Armed Forces as a discount, but now the are giving that as a default option rather than regular Fare.

                      This is literally a mis-leading information that costs customers.
                      I paid 4000 to the airlines because of this mis-leading information that was done by the company.

                        Dear Sirs,

                        It is very painful to learn that there are no avenues available for a customer to clarify the queries regarding the bookings done,

                        I've booked a car for return trip to Manal, with booking ID CARPDGAAGGK89NP. Before booking, the portal shows that for roundtrip multiple pick-ups & drops are allowed. However, after making the full payment, the booking voucher says, only one pick-up & one drop is permitted. This is not in line what the pre-booking information. To clarify this point I've no option available to me.

                        At the same time, if I want to change the pick-up time (want to prepone by few hours), again no option is available.

                        In fact your portal still shows that for outstation return cab bookings, multiple pick-ups & drops are included. Please confirm that the cab shall be at my disposal for the duration of booking & I can use it as per my needs for local travel in Manali & to nearby places.

                        I do hope you'll look into this matter & ensure clarification by email or via a phone call in next 24 hours.

                          Bus provider dined pick up from boarding location at mahabaleswar and asked me to come down till wai by my own. He also mentioned that he did not get any info about any customer traveling on that particular day so there is no pick van service on 3rd Jun 2022 from hill top to down or down to top. Later asked me to pay additional 500 and asked to travel alone in a private taxi. As it was a single lady we denied sending her alone considering security reason. Also informed bus operators to cancel it. I also tried cancelling it from my end but could not. I think it's part of their scam that everytime it was giving error and I could not cancel it.

                          Tried to contact customer care 100 times with various options but it never gives option to talk to an executive.Their IVR does not have options to talk to an executive from Bus department. Again part of their scam
                          They don't have any email id where we can raise our concern or complaint. Another point on their planned scam.

                          Raised a support request which got closed without any resolution. Again part of their scam
                          I have contacted bus operators and he mentioned me that he does not have any issue in getting me my refund and asked me to contact goibibo for my refund

                          Somehow I able to get hold of these bunch of cheaters on twitter but as expected they simply replied they already checked with bus operator and can't refund which was again a part of their scam. When I contacted the operator he told me that no one from goibibo contacted him and he didn't confirm anything to anyone regarding my matter. I have recorded the call as well. But goibibo does not want to listen to the recording as it may go against their scam and probably they need to refund. See how smoothly they are running this scam and cheating a number of customers an daily basis

                            Today, i.e. 8th June 2022, I wanted to make a booking for Hotel Dip Holidays at bolpur, shantiniketan. West Bengal for the date of 14th August, 2022 for 1 night. I made the transaction via Google pay Rs. 6732/- at 12:52 pm.made the payment successfully and amount deducted from my bank account But the booking was not made for the said date and I did not receive the booking voucher or confirmation from Goibibo.

                              Hi on the 5th June 2022 around 8.30 Am I placed a booking request for a flight from Mumnai to Varanasi. Unfortunately post netbanking payment deduction from my account the GoIbibo website just showed an error "504 payment gateway failure" instead of successful booking confirmation.

                              Their customer care is bad they dont have solution for the failure and will try to avoid you. I would suggest everyone to avoid GoIbibo. Please I need my refund ASAP.

                                Sir,
                                I have booked a hotel on 27th may 2022 of Rs 1465. With in few minutes of booking I was forced to cancel the booking from Goibibo customer care since they have no tie-up with the booked hotel. It was booked through Goibibo app only.

                                Goibibo customer care promised me the refund with in 5 to 7 working days but not received yet. All the customer care number given are recorded voice supports only.It is also painful that the goibibo website https://www.goibibo.com/ has not given a single contact number or office address's in their website for a normal visitor. All visitors must log in to their website to get any of these details.

                                Through this booking I was cheated by goibibo and its support team.
                                I humbly request you to help me to resolve this issue as well as get compensation for losing my time mental sufferings etc.

                                  I had booked 2 rooms in hotel Hari International (Booking ID- HTLDNAN3VTW9AL6H). I had to check in after 12 pm. I reached the hotel by 12:30 pm, but there was no vacancy and I waited for 1 hour before my got my room.
                                  The room alloted was dirty and the bedsheet and blanket had stains. Hereby attaching the proofs for your reference.
                                  I contacted the customer support. There is no follow up. I tried to resolve my issue through the app, hut I cannot upload the images. There is some error. I tried switching the network and devices, still not working.
                                  I escalated my issue more than four times, still no response. I stayed in the hotel for about an hour because the staff promised me that they'll clean the room. But no one came to clean. When I enquired again, they replied rudely and did not resolved the issue.

                                    Also I can’t even reach to customer care now there is no option to talk to customer care operator.

                                      I booked tickets through your goibibo. I request for date change and they ask me to pay amount for date change and I paid for that. Then Later on they ask me to pay airline because they have technical issues and i refused to pay airline because i already paid to goibibo. Then Mr. Hassan Mohammad Naqvi give commitment that whatever is difference amount they will return it to me. But now i am not able to reach to representatives.

I had booked 2 bus tickets through goibibo in Morning star travels bus from Tirupati to Vijayawada on May 12, 2022 with Booking ID: GOBUSIOSFAE21BB7DA & GOBUSIOSB805A97DDF for travel on May 13, 2022 at 21:30 hrs worth Rs. 1103 each ticket totalling a cost of Rs.2206. I received a mobile call from Bus operator Morning star travels office +91 [protected] on May 13, 2022 at 12:05 PM informing me that the scheduled bus was cancelled due to break down. I called the Bus driver with mobile number [protected] at 12:22 PM for confirmation, he informed me that the bus was cancelled & asked me to raise a request for cancellation on the goibibo website. Then I raised a support request for cancellation which was created on May 13, 2022 at 12:26 PM via Web Form with Task ID:[protected] &[protected] and not travelled through that bus. On the Goibibo website it was showing "We have received your request. Our team will get in touch with you in 3-7 days". I have tried many times to connect to your customer care executive [protected] many times, but never given a chance to talk to them. Till now I have not received any refund for the bus cancellation to my bank account. I expect a speedy resolution from goibibo side & Morning star travels to solve this query and refund my full amount to my bank account at the earliest. Thank you

                                        I am Ritimbhra chauhan from chandigarh. I had booked 2 bus tickets through goibibo in Morning from chandigarh to manali on june 3rd, 2022 with Booking ID: GOBUSMOB37DA39CAEDE for travel on june 5th, 2022 at 22 hrs worth Rs. 1782.I did not received a mobile call or any SMS from Bus operator or from the goibibo, in the evening whhen bus did not showed up on time, i called the Bus operator he told me that bus has been cancelled and he asked me to raise a request for cancellation on the goibibo website. Then I raised a support request for cancellation which was created on 5th june. On the Goibibo website it was showing "We have received your request. Our team will get in touch with you in 3-7 days". I have tried many times to connect to your customer care executiv, but never given a chance to talk to them. Till now I have not received any refund for the bus cancellation to my bank account. I expect a speedy resolution from goibibo side & KARTAR TRAVELS to solve this query and refund my full amount to my bank account at the earliest. Thank you
