Dear concerned

I made 2 tickets of air india for the sector delhi - london through goibibo website on 20/06/2017.
One with pnr hdhp7 (Return ticket del-lhr & lhr-del) and other with pnr jjczt (One way lhr-del).
In between the month of july government announced that udf will be refunded back for the tickets purchased before 7 july 2017.
Hence i applied for the same.
Amount of rs. 1019/- for the pnr jjczt refunded back on 02/08/2017.
I complained again to the concerned person regarding the refund not processed for pnr hdhp7 on 10/08/2017. They registered my complaint and told me that same will be resolved in 5-14 working days.
Now on 15th day i called to customer care of goibibo and they told me that my refund is still to be filed with air inida.
Still they haven't filed my refund and god knows when i will be getting that back.
They have taken my good 15days time in waiting ans still my query not resolved.
Please give my refund back for hdhp7 asap.

    I booked 5 rooms in hotel in plakkad for 24 check in on 22 august. Payment was made online and booking was confirmed on 24 evening hotel owner called and told rooms are not available. We are planning to reach early morning on 25. But now we are in total mess and dont know what to do as we dont have anything to stay after 12 hrs journey. I am really unhappy with this and customer care is also not able to provide any support. I have been goibibi customer for 4 years now but this time all the trust has gone. Really sooy for this bit currently 14 o[censored]s are totally suffering & my whole trip is ruined

      I was booked cab service through goibibo mob8le app on 20th aug 2017 for me to travel pune to mumbai. It was confirmed by goibibo and i have also received confirmation of my booking on dt 23.08.17 at 9.00am.
      On dt 23.08.17 at 7.00am i was call to cab driver as received goibibo sms also shown in goibibo app he told me i can't come due to some reason so he told me cancel my booking. After that i called goibibo customer support their also suggested to me cancel my ride we will give all refund paid by me. I told to representative i don't have refund please arrange me another cab but she told i can't help me please cancel your booking.
      I m so frustrated because of i want to drop my family to mumbai it's very important they have going to airport for traveling for hajj.
      I am complain fraud case about goibibo so please help about same.

          I cancelled booking htl7jhyec which was of amount 43000+ and initially goibibo refunded 9700+ amount which is part of my initial cancellation for 1 day and post that i cancelled whole booking and their call center confirmed i'll get full refund through mail of amount 34080. The company send a mail on 31st july informing amount 34080 will be refunded in 5-14 working days but still they have not initiated refund. Whenever i called their helpdesk they informed me they'll arrange a callback in 1hr from refund team but i never got any call. I have to make my credit card payment and it'll have late payment fees charges if the amount is not settled. Kindly help

              I tried to book a ticket from goibibo site and the money got deducted from my card and they said booking is under process and will confirm booking in 30 min. After 90 min an executive calls and says sorry sir tickets are full in that flight and asked me to pay the difference amount of the alternative flight i asked.. And finally as mine was business trip they canceled my booking and initiated refund. Because of them i paid almost 4k more.. Don't ever book from goibibo and loose your money..

                  I booked blue pearl hotel from goibibo for 12 august to 15 august. All i booked was standard room where it was nowhere mentioned that the room is not ac.

                  After reaching hotel i got to know that the room i have booked is without ac. Called goibibo but got no support and ultimately had to pay 1000rs extra for ac.

                  Kindly note: in goibibo, in hotel blue pearl it is not mentioned in any room that the room is ac. Not even in deluxe room.

                    Hi,

                    I have not booked the ticket for Mumbai to Bhopal flight on 31 August 2017 for Jet Airways, 5:55 am. Instead I was booking it for 31 August 2017 19:40 pm for Air India flight from Mumbai to Bhopal. I have no clue why goibibo confirmed the ticket for 5:55 am.

                    Also, I raised a complaint for the same but did not receive a positive response.

                    I was compelled to cancel the ticket because you guys did not leave any other option for me since I was provided with a booked ticket which was never booked by me. Instead I have always searched for the Air India flight at 19:40 pm and have booked the same.

                    As per the ticket the amount was no amount mentioned as a non refundable amount.

                    I have been charged for the ticket that I have not booked.
                    Please find attached the screen shot of ticket which no where mentions about the non refundable portion of the ticket fare.
                    Please look into the matter and provide me a better solution and refund the amount (Go cash amount+ Go cash plus amount+ Rd.2, 649) that Goibibo has charged without me being at no fault.

                        Dear sir,
                        I have booked two room of royal suit at jaipur darbar. First of all they were not the royal suit, normal room has been given to us. We have booked 2room for 6 adults and 2 children. But when we reached here we were given two normal room with two double bed. How it can be possible that 6adult and 2 children can sleep on two double bed. Further, extensions were not working. All the bed sheets pillow were so dirty i can't even explain you. We have booked the package with breakfast and whenever we say for breakfast they us to say abhi toh subji and milk aya he nhi.
                        There was no bath tub even.. What type of royal suite was this. Kindly explain me in detail. Even tv was not working. He bought a breakfast which was looking like that it was baked in night. The whole experience was worst.

                            I had a booking in mahadev travels from kanpur on 7/8/17 at 11.00 pm
                            1 the bus gets cancelled without prior notification
                            2 after providing providing compensation bus service, the location of collection was fast from what was mentioned by you guys
                            3 booked sears were allocated to other passengers in that bus on cash basis and i along with few other passengers were given the seats in the last row.
                            I request you to please verify the authenticity of the services before taking their services on your website.. Such local buses do not follow internet protocol.

                              My name is bhishm khatri my number is [protected] and my email id is [protected]@gmail.com... I booked a cab from delhi to jaipur with all amount i have in my bank account that is rs1016 and the driver cancelled it at the last moment then i called customer care number but the supervisor cut the call... Now i do not have any money to survive in delhi and the refund will come in 5-7days because of goibibo mistake... So what should i do now? I told the supervisor that i will go in consumer court but he didn't take it serusly... So i hope you will help me as soon as possible because i cnt do anything in delhi where i dnt know anyone and cnt survive because i dnt have any money now... I will wait for goibibo to help me as soon as possible

                                I had booked tickets force persons on 25th july to travel
                                Bangalore-goa on 9th aug
                                Of air asia
                                My pnr no is zingxs
                                I have not recd ticket in my mail id
                                I only recd sms in my cell no of pnr nos
                                I find it to take print out of my ticket
                                This has happened with him second time
                                I am very much dissapointed with ur service
                                And won't recommend anybody to book tickets thru goibibio

                                  I am writing this mail to inform you about the trouble i had to face because of my flight back to india from germany.

                                  My brother had booked a flight from dusseldorf to trivandrum for 30/07/2017, via dubai on goibibo.com. The airline from dusseldorf to dubai was pegasus airlines (Turkish) and from dubai to trivandrum was indigo airlines (Ticket attached).
                                  On the date of journey, the airline didn't permit me to travel from dusseldorf stating that i don't have a visa for uae. For a transit time of less than 8 hours, a visa is not required in dubai and it is mentioned on their official website and i had traveled already via dubai without a visa. I need a visa only if the layover is more than 8 hours. Please see the link:

                                  I missed and important appointment, and had to face serious difficulties and emotional stress due to this last minute decision of the airline. They had never asked for a visa to dubai (If required) any time before and all they asked was my passport details. Goibibo or the airline didn't inform about the requirement of a visa and now they are denying to reimburse the ticket price. Kindly do the needful.

                                      I have booked a accommodation in hotel empires, bhubaneswar on 16.07.17 for two days wef.17 & 18.07.17 with my booking id - htl7yg2vpu. As per the advice by ibibo group i have deposited rs.2520.00 as gst directly in the hotel. Bbut i am not given the money receipt rather they advise me to collect the same from goibibo. Hence i request to to kindly provide me the said money receipt for rs. 2520. Oo so that i can reimburse the same from my organisation.
