I have booked hotel in goa of 30th oct in augast. And now yesterday he called me that they tranfer sum another hotel which is very bad and not comfortable at all.
And i am having all the proof of the booking in prachi and payment confirmation. I talked wit d guy name ishan thakur. He couldnt helo me in this matter.. I want that you please give me that same hotel prachi wich we have booked.. I dont want this benjuls bontique.
Hope ao my problem get solved soon.
This is the end movement that we cant do anything else also.. So plz help me soon asap.

    Hi,

    I had booked a bus ticket on 23 Oct 2016 at 12:00pm and it went failed redirected to a error page in website says my ticket is not booked.
    Then I had booked train ticket for my journey.
    At 3pm the I had got notifications and messages saying your ticket is booked. What the magic is this?

    I had contacted customer care, he just shouted at me saying we will give partial refund.
    For this application mistake why should I loss my money . This is a bad service from you. I am having bad experience from you . I do not recommend this site or application to anyone and will not use anymore.
    Please give me a valid explanation

      I have booked three flights tickets with PNR Nos: O6RS3S, V7PWTF, KDB3VQ on 20th July 2016 with travel date of 30th Oct 2016 using promocode was GOHDFCD. With this promocode i should get a cashback of Rs 250/ticket (Total cashback of Rs 750) in my card within 60 days of booking but till date I have not received any casback in my card. I have already complained to GOIBIBO team thrice but have got the same answer that we will contact with our refund team. But till date no reply received from GOIBIBO team. Kindly do the needful and help to get credit of cashback of Rs 750 in my card at the earliest.

          Dear Team
          I have booked flight+Hotel to bangalore from Hyderabad for my 4 family members for 2 days.
          They have checked in to the hotel at night 12.30 15th Oct and they have the return flight to hyderabad on 16th Oct at 09.45pm.
          Hotel members are asking my family to check out at 12.00 in the afternoon on 16th Oct.

          I have booked the flight and hotel for 2 days and they are worried because my parents are old and they have first time visited to bangalore.
          They cannot roam on bangalore till night.

          I have paid 25.000 for 2 days and if their such policy about the hotel goibibo should tell prior to booking

          Now when I called goibibo for help. Gulshan Kumar or Gulshan sharma from gurgoan he said hotel will have their own policy and we cannot do anything on this. Either pay extra money or do whatever you want.

          We pay such a big amount and when we call for help they are demanding.

          Please help me to resolve this or I am gonna sue GOIBIBO for this fraud.

          We pay amount online because we believe everything is properly planned and maintained by the team but we get is rude reply after paying the amount

              As per the booking, I had to check-in at the hotel on[protected] and the checkout date was[protected]. Since i was far away from the place, I called to the hotel manager and informed that I will be arriving in the night[protected], so that they should not give the room to other. But when I arrived at the hotel (at 8pm), the hotel manager said all rooms are full, they are unable to provide rooms at that moment. After so much of requesting, the manager made the arrangement at some local house (maybe a home stay kind of thing), which was in very bad condition. The manager told, for one more day of the booking, he will make arrangements at their hotel (state lodge), the one which i have booked. Next morning[protected], we checkout at the house where the manager had arranged and arrived at the state lodge at 8am. Again they said, rooms are not empty and after waiting for a hour, finally they provided a room. The room was not at all clean and it was full of bad smell. Also they have provided used bedsheets and they have not provided any soap, towel etc. I have seen so many fellow travelers booked their room online and waiting at the gate to get the rooms for a long time. I request you to kindly look into the issue and resolve it.

                    Ha ha shame on Goibibo and redbus the leading bus tickets booking websites. They are paying salaries for customer executives who doesn't know there company names other than URL names.

                    As I was booked ticked from Bangalore to tirupathi on 12 oct 2016 10.10pm. It's raining heavily at my bus boarding point(near madiwala P.S). I called up operator at around 10.14pm due to no response from operator he asked me to come 1km from there near St. John's to get in the bus I refused and called up to customer executive regarding the same. I asked him regarding my travel time and boarding point he tries to convince me. But in return I asked to whom u work for he is telling only URL names but not the company name. I was tired I of the call. This is how these guys are are earning money from customers. Plz travel on govt buses and let ur india spent the money.

                      I am host on goibibo, I have two villas in goa which I have hosted, however I dont get any assitance from the business development manager regarding the status of my listing, on which page is my villa, how to increase bookings, I had agreed for 25% sharing still my property is not in any marketing initiatives

                      It pains to see the attitude towards hosts on your website, it is the peak season in goa, still there are no bookings from your end, property name is seven seas villa

                        My booking id is HTLRY9GJZX. I booked a hotel in Guruvayoor on June 23rd 2016 using my SBI debit card as there was an offer which promised a cash back of 30% of the remaining amount paid by me after all the discounts provided by GoIbibo(like gocash) into my sbi debit card account.But I haven't received the cash back even after 90 days of booking. When I called up their stupid customer service they are telling me that the offer is by SBI and not by them. When I called SBI they are not even aware of such offers doing the rounds in such website.I used to book using GoIbibo and now they have completely lost my trust. Please look into the complaint as early as possible.

                          The transaction failed but the payment was captured in the account of ibibo web pvt ltd for rs. 45, 851/- which reflects as debited to my bank account.

                          Kindly look in to the matter to reverse the amount back to my bank account.

                            I pay my Grab House rent 14000 through PayUMoney and this time I tried the secure browser option to pay the money. Instead of crediting the rent to CRYPTOPY TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED through PayUMoney it has credited the money to PAYUIBIBOWEBPVTLTD. I am still wondering why the money has got credited to IBIBO though I did the transaction from PayUMoney website. Can you please process the refund as I haven't availed any services from Go Ibibo.

                              I am from delhi and was checking hotels to stay in mumbai.I had trust in goibibo thatswhy I did booking for two rooms .But when I arrived I found the area very religiously voilent, hotel condition were very poor, the area is dongri now I think you have understood by name of the area.

                              Worst thing is I was with my whole family to stay there. There was no description about the rooms, images of the rooms shown on the app were totally opposite to what actually it was, It was life threatening experience for me and my family.I didn't check in into the hotel please refund my money.

When i contacted the ibibo care all the time they reply that money has been sent from their end u contact to ur bank when i contacted the bank they replied they have not received the refund and also in my ibibo account refund queued is showing.
                                  Please help me to get my refund back and take strict action against them.

                                    Before the above mentioned booking id i was a regular and loyal customer of goibibo... But the way you have taken your services at such a lower level... I have now decided not only to stop using your site but also decided to make others aware of the issue i faced and will educate and promote around 1000+ people in my group (Friends/office mates & whats app group) not to use your services...

                                    I have booked a hotel in manali via your site on march 8, 2016 in the name of aditya agrawal who traveled with me on this trip along with 2 more people.

                                    The total booking amount was rs.26838.00 which i was not able to pay in lum sum, so i chose emi option (3 months) available on your website using my sbi credit card.

                                    You were suppose to send in the emi instructions to my bank (Sbi) in the month of april 2016, which you did not do, so i decided to take the flexi pay emi option available at bank's site for 6 months for the same amount.

                                    Here you have made your 1st mistake by not sending the emi instructions to my bank, which i ignored.

                                    In the month of july 2016 (After 4 months of transaction date), when you woke up from a deep sleep, you back end team has finally sent a emi instructions to my bank for emi conversation of the same amount which i had already converted.

                                    Now the bank has acted on this very naturally and added 2 emi's of the same amount in my statement, which means i have to pay 2 emi's for the same amount, courtesy your stupidity...

                                    As mentioned earlier since i was not able to make the entire payment in lum sum, i had gone for the emi option available from my bank but due to double emi now i am not able to pay even the minimum due of my statement.

                                    I have fought really hard with my bank to solve the issue but, since the fault is at your end, i had contacted your customer care who is good for nothing and sent me a very bad response to my issue.

                                    Because of all this, my total amount due and minimum amount due has increased to the extant that i am not able to pay a single ruppee.. Also due to this i have been charged around 7000 of interest till date from bank which is higher then what discount you have given to me.. On regular basis i am getting around 5-6 threatening/abusive calls on daily basis to pay the dues.

                                    More over i have not received a single email/call from goibibo for apology or at least some serious attention to the point you have made a mistake and it should be compensated... Really a great example o[censored]nprofessionalism... At the end thank you very much for what you did to me and spoiling my life...

                                      I booked a hotel via goibibo named sai priya beach resorts. The moment i check in the staff says that there is no room available and u have to upgrade the room by paying more amount. After requesting he gave me room no. 201 where the construction work is going on upper floor and there is lots and lots of disturbance and there is a wiring problem in room when u put the charger in plug there is sparking sound. When i complain for same there technician come and failed to solved the problem.
                                      When i asked to change the room the staff makes me waiting for two hours at reception. They all are spoiled my day. Finally they provide me room no. 405 in the last corner of there resort. And the same problem of wiring are there in the room.
                                      Finally i checkout after one hour and booked another hotel.
                                      According to my experience the hotel is worst in the globe.
                                      I spoiled my day and waste my money too.
                                      I request goibibo to refund my money back.

                                        Very disgusting experience with GoIbibo. I booked flight tickets Shanghai to Delhi from Goibibo for 28sep, 16 to 9oct, 16.
                                        First you confirmed my tickets with the following itinerary:
                                        Shanghai - Bangkok (9:40PM - china easter)
                                        Bangkok- Delhi (8:40AM - Jet airways)
                                        And same flights for Return.

                                        Then after two days you rescheduled my departure flight from Shanghai with Shanghai Airlines citing some airlines issue.
                                        Yesterday you told me that my flight has been cancelled again citing some airline notifications.

                                        What kind o[censored]nprofessionalism is this?

                                        Now your executive calls me and gives an option to take a flight 5 days before my scheduled departure. He talks in a tone like he is warning me you take it or we give to someone else.
                                        I ask him to call after couple of hours so that i can re plan accordingly and confirm.
                                        Now its been 8 hours since he called and waiting for update from him.

                                        This is so pathetic from a company like you.
