This is regarding cashback which was supposed to reflect into my sbi card within 60 days of my booking. And i made this booking on 21 st june. I am calling goibibo team again and again and they are repeating the same thing that they are not getting any response from their finance team. I had booked 2 tickets from goibibo, and had to cancel the tickets. Before cancelling i was told that it would take 5 to 7 working days and i asked them to cancel it, after 5 days i get an email stating the refund would take 45 to 90 working days.

Is this fair? More over the agreement is between the airlines and goibibo, not with us as a client.

Go ibibo is fraud website made by a bunch of fraudulent having no sense of ethical business neither shame nor any standards.

They claim to book hotels for you but in actual those are cheap and low graded hotels that go ibibo sells to people at more than double rental while making a fraudulent claim that go ibibo provides discounts.

In actual they choose only the worst possible hotels, flights and products....
