Me and my wife has booked a bus ticket from Varanasi to Delhi on 15 May 2022.
At final hour we came to know that our bus has been cancelled. When we tried to contact Goibibo there is not customer service contact. So we are at our own destiny. No reschedule of other bus facility are provided by Goibibo. No even a single call about back up service.
Then we again booked a ticket from Goibibo considering to reach delhi from Tulsi travels. The bus didn't came and beside that some other bus came and told us if you will not wanted to come we leave and then you have to find your own ways.
We had the booking till Delhi. The dropped us at Agra & from Agra they provided us a pathetic local bus till Noida.
Goibio charged us with the fare till Delhi & harassed and looted us with service and fare.
I raise the refund on the same day and mentioned my issue on Goibibo app. Beleive me how shameless they are, they have closed my query with giving me a call and till date no refund has been initiated.

    I would like to know about the refund for the bus cancelled by the operater himself.sharing u the details of communication from ur side. The request has been closed.but no refund has been issued.plz.look into the matter

      I booked a flight from Goibibo website and later they told me that I am neither unable to upgrade the flight to business class nor add additional baggage to flight. I was also not able to select the meals. They told me that it is airlines policy. GoIbibo website showed me that my flights are operated by Singapore Airlines but when I entered the details in Singapore App I found that journey from Amritsar is being operated by Scoot and journey from Singapore is being operated by Singapore airline. they displayed the incorrect information on their website and hide the truth. When I called them to seek help they simply ignored and asked me to call airlines.

      I am in loss After booking my flights from GoIbibo, there is false information which is misleading, no flexibility, causing more issues

        Money was deducted booking failed they said refund in 2-3 days till now i didnot got refund amount i need my money.
        There was 2 unsuccesfull booking of amount 825rs each.

          My Name is T. Mohan. I am try to book a flight ticket from Ahmedabad to Chennai on 9 May 2022. When I booked the ticket on Goibibo Website, I am finished payment but flight ticket was not generated. but Amount Rs. 6, 767 was deducted from my Account. what happened, I dont know.             Hi, my Name is Pradeep Sharma ([protected]). I booked Fairfield Marriot hotel, Kolkata for 1 night (31st May to 1st June) which is clearly mentioned on the voucher but at the time of check in, i was told by Hotel Staff that your booking was for Day Use only and not for 1 Night. I shown her the Goibibo Voucher which clearly mentioned that booking is for 1 Night. Hotel staff shown me the description given below in small letters that booking includes only day use, so you should contact goibibo from you have booked.
            I called Goibibo helpline and the executive (Ms Jhuma Sengupta Saha) checked that yes booking is for 1 Night so allow her little time to speak at hotel for the resolution, she confirmed me for the call back in half hoiur but i did not get any call. I called again after 2 hours then i was told to follow the link sent in text message to get update on the complaint. After some time your app shown that query has been resolved. On 1st June morning i again called at Goibibo to know how they have resolved the query and the executive of goibibo (Sukanya Dey) told me that my booking is for day use only. I asked her then why 1 Night has mentioned on the voucher for which she was not having an answer, she just repeat her statement that booking was for day use only and finally i had to pay extra Rs 1032 to the hotel .

            I am really shocked of this incidence as if it can happen with an old & loyal customer then it can happen with anyone. I will share this incidence to all my circle and will ensure that none of them use this app further.

              I booked a hotel for 3nights through goibibo from 1stjun to 4th jun in pune..
              Hotel name is collection o 23397
              Butterfly hospitality.
              Hotel denied me check in...i called goibibo customer care numerous time...every time they asked me to wait for 45 min...i tried for atleast 3hours...that is why i am complaing through this forum..this os the second time i am facing this problem...because of goibibo mis-management i have to qaste my entire working day...since i am stick and cannot leave for work

                Booking ID HTLDVANLL3QATUQB got automatically cancelled with a message that i have cancelled and no refund. There is not a single number through which I can get in touch with customer care, every call is menu option call and we cannot speak with any person to discuss our pain. How it got cancelled and why should I suffer when there is no one to answer. I tried getting in touch with goibibo but all in vain. My mobile no [protected]

                    I booked Hyderabad Nagpur bus ticket on 28.04.2022 through GOIBIBO.
                    But As GOIBIBO showed, transaction failed and ticket was not confirmed, but amount of Rs2050 deducted from bank account.

                    As I was in urgency, I again booked same ticket, transaction successful and amount of Rs 2050 again deducted.
                    I haven't received refund of amount of Rs2050 yet.
                    Please resolve and help for refund.

                      I had complained for a voucher refund on 15 December 2021. It has been 6 months and they still haven't refunded my money. When I ask them, they say please wait for 7-10 days(They say this everytime I ask them)

                          Hi Partner,
                          My name is Agnihotra Goutam and I have been associated with GoIbibo for 7-8 years or more.

                          1) I had booked ticket for 2 adults and a child for Mumbai from Bhubaneswar on 20th May with PNR number- J466Z, E Ticket numbers 098-[protected], 098-[protected] and 098-[protected] with seat 8A, 8B and 8C (made payment for 2 seats as well)
                          2) After that, I rescheduled the flight through Air India for date 28.0.2022 and paid the rescheduling charges accordingly.
                          3) Yesterday night around 10pm, I called Go-Ibibo customer care and due to some unavoidable circumstances (family health issue, I requested further rescheduling for 8th of June. I came in touch with Mr. Harshit Manral from the Ibibo team and paid an amount of Rs.7200 for rescheduling charges. Payment process completed successfully and I was being promised that within 2-6 hours, I will get the revised ticket from Go-Ibibo
                          4) Today evening around 7pm, I got a call from Harshit (Go-Ibibo team) and got to know that the ticket process has been rejected by the Airline because the first rescheduling was done by Airline whereas 2nd rescheduling was done by Go-Ibibo and hence ticket can not be issued. By that time, the flight departure was completed.
                          5) Now I am being told that I will get the refund only for Rs.7200 and ticket can't be issued.

                          The point is, I am nowhere responsible for this whole mess up. If a ticket can't be issued by Go-Ibibo then in the 1st instance rescheduling process should not have been completed. I should have been clearly told by the Go-Ibibo team that this rescheduling was not possible and revised tickets can't be issued. In that case, I could have attended today's flight and it would not be a miss or No-Show from my side.

                          Go-Ibibo must have the knowledge well in advance that Re-scheduling and revised ticket generation is possible from their end or not.

                          My total ticket charge is Rs.39446 (Original ticket charges was Rs.25346 plus Rs.6900-1st Rescheduling charge plus Rs7200 -2nd Rescheduling charges). This is a huge amount and Repayment of simply Rs.7200 will not solve my problem. I am nowhere in a position to forgo this huge amount when I am at no fault, and I was being kept in the dark till today late evening.

                          I would not mince any words here, need a quick and urgent resolution of this. Either issuing of tickets or refund of the complete amount of Rs.39446 is expected, so that any further escalation or any legal course can be avoided.

                          Looking for urgent resolution on this as a preferred partner and customer.

                            1. What is No Cost EMI?

                            No Cost EMI is an offer by which you pay your EMI provider only the product price, equally divided over your repayment timeline.
                            For example, if you buy a Rs.15, 000 item at a 6 month tenure, you will pay your EMI provider Rs.2, 500 every month for 6 months, amounting to a total of Rs.15, 000*.

                            2. Which payment methods can I use to get a No Cost EMI?

                            No cost EMI is available on credit cards from Standard Chartered, Yes Bank, HSBC, IndusInd Bank, RBL Bank HDFC Bank, SBI Card, ICICI, Axis Bank, Kotak, Citi (Valid on Goibibo’s Website, Mobile site, Android & iOS App only) and Bajaj Finserv EMI cards

                            3. Are there any fees or down payment?

                            There are no processing fees or down payment for these transactions. Your bank will charge GST on the interest component of the EMI.

                            Yes, your bank will charge you interest. However, this interest charge has been provided to you as an upfront discount at the time of your purchase, effectively giving you the benefit of a No Cost EMI*.

                            7. How will my EMI be charged?

                            Your EMI provider will take 3-5 working days to process your EMI. Once done, your EMI will be charged on a monthly basis, as per your credit card billing cycle or payment instructions with your EMI provider. Please check with your provider for specific details.
                            *Note: this excludes GST that will be charged by your bank on your interest component of the EMI

                            So as part of this, discount of Rs 1298 was given as NoCostEMI discount towards the bank interest (as per point 7 above).
                            But the bank charged around Rs.1457 + GST to me as interest on this EMI.
                            After checking with Bank, this complete loan info is given by IBIBO (merchant) to bank which later is updated in the customer account.

                            When i asked IBIBO customer care for the refund of the difference in interest charges, they are asking all the details and produce paper from the bank etc when IBIBO is the one which provides all details to bank.
                            Also when asked to IBIBO customer care person on how the NoCostEMI discount is calculated, they are not clarifying nor answering and keep on ignoring.

                              I booked a 3 night stay at the OYO 66982 Hotel Skyway Inn from 28th May - 31st May 2022.

                              The BOOKING ID - HTLDSAN2GX56AMR7

                              The person at the reception said there were no available rooms and no booking in the requested name. There is no option for refund anywhere in the site and the customer service in the app is not very helpful. This caused a lot of inconvenience since the person had to hunt for available hotel rooms past midnight all by herself.
                              Please help me get a refund on this booking.

                                We made payment of INR 322, 230 through Ibibo web for Icici loan repayment.
                                The payment was detucted from our bank but not credited to Icici loan account. We are unable to get refund/ get our money tranferred to Icici Loan account.
                                Kindly support.

                                      Dear Team,
                                      I had booked a bus from Ahemdabad to Anjar ( Gujarat) but the bus was cancelled by the operator and we were told by them and Goibibo team that i will get my refund within 7 days and meanwhile Goibibo team will connect with me.
                                      But Neither i have received any call nor refund for my booking.
                                      This is highly unprofessional by such a customer oriented company like Goibibo
                                      Please look intot this matter as soon as possible
