On GoIbibo site, I booked my stay at mount abu for 20th Nov to 21st Nov with confirmed booking for hotel good luck residency.
My Payment Id: GOHTLDV344ccd[protected]
Booking Id: HTL9H7LD8N
I had confirmed booking for this. but when i went to hotel, manager told me that its not bookedconfirmed.
I talked to GoIbibo customer care executives several times, but there was no proper response and everytime they blaimed hotel manager.
I already made payment and got confirmed booking, but didn't get check in.
At last, i decided to cancel the booking and get refund for this. Ibibo executive accepted this and ready to pay full refund.
Request ID #936860. But still i didn't get any refund yet.
now, I am talking to Ibibo executive and every time they say 'you will get confirmation in half an hour'.
I am seeking my refund worth rs 850.

      Hotel booking Cancellation charges & Refund

Cancellation of the ticket was done well in advance keeping the flood condition of Tamil Nadu in mind that too 3 days before the check-in date...

      Hi,
      I have booked a room through goibibo.com & due to some design issue we had to cancel the booking on checkout date & hotel confirmed Goibibo that we will receive the full refund of our booking amount. Infact Dharmendra from their customer service team said on 14th Nov that i will get the refund in 5-7 working days but today i.e. 18th Nov i called up them they said the booking is cancelled today and refund shall be processed in 5-7 working days from today! So they forgot to cancel my booking on Saturday! Also when i posted my feedback on their facebook page they said that am not applicable for any further compensation! when i said what do you mean by this statement they started deleting my posts on Facebook & they even deleted their reply wherein they have said the same.. Never expected this behaviour from them !

        booked tickets on Nov 2 for the day of journey Feb 5 2016. my money was deducted and tickets were not booked. it has been more than 15 days & since then i have been sending mails to [protected]@goibibo.com and [protected]@goibibo.com but have not received any response. Dont know what needs to be done next please help on this.

          I booking ticket goibibo website travel date[protected] tirunelveli to Coimbatore i get confirm ticket booking id GOBUSh0d[protected] amount debit my bank account.travel date I am go to pick up point I waiting half an hour bus not come I call to agent and krish travels manager that ticket not original call to goibibo customer care. I call that number details not given properly I sent mail to goibibo.goibibo replied this some mistake amount refund to gocash and book to another ticket and gocash expiry in feb month I am so sad to that day

            Hi,
            There have been two unauthorised transactions from my SBI account (account no: [protected]) towards ibibo web pvt ltd in the past six months. One on 21st May 2015 of Rs. 623.92 and the other on 7th Sept 2015 of Rs. 1536.20. The ref/cheque no. are[protected]IG0ABI CDC2 TRANSFER TO 3217 and[protected]IG0AQ JRNP3 TRANSFER TO 3217

            I have not done or authorised any transactions with ibibo on these days or during the past six months. I have attached the screenshots of the transaction details.

            Request you to look into this matter and resolve it soon.

              I have booked a flight on Aug 6 from jaipur to kochi for the date December 25 of PNR wbnfrz from goibibo for jet airways. They have rescheduled my flights 2 times.since my current flight timings is difficult for my journey as it is early in the morning I have asked for goibibo customer support to change my timings or to make my ticket refundable as my earlier tickets were . I have written a complaint to goibibo to change my flight timings or to make my flight refundable. Till now i haven't got a reply from the goibibo even after 20 days.I have tried to talk with their customer care and they are not answering to my call.if they can make my tickets refundable it will be very much helpful to me.so i hope a neccesary action will be taken to either refund my money or to make a change in my flight schedule . Kindly waiting for a positive reply.

                I have cancelled my round trip flight on 21/10/2015 whose Goibibo Reference Number is:- N6EQ4V6KI (i.e. from Bangalore to Delhi to and fro), but still I am unable to get back my refunded amount. 14 days have already passed, so I have raised a complaint whose ID is 845245 three days back for which they have replied that "We will get in touch with you within 24 hours" but no call came from their end, even I have escalated this issue to higher authority then also its not showing any interest in resolving my problem.

                  Hi team, did hotel booking through goibibo on 6th Oct and received confirmation email. Booking id HTLLWJMGZ7 from 13 th Nov. I had also received emaistating don't call us to reconfirm the booking as it is done. Now I'm getting email on 30th Oct stating booking is not done. And providing alternate option which is not that good and also neither they have blocked the room. And now all the hotel are booked as it is Diwali holiday time. Even after call goibibo support team.multiple times, I haven't received any call back or reply on email.

                    Hi, I booked a bus ticket from Mumbai to Bangalore worth of Rs.1813 on goibibo.com. After transaction, my money was debited from my account but there was no booking confirmation from the website and on contacting the customer care no help is being extended by them.

                    Very bad customer care service by goibibo .I booked the bus ticket from Chennai to Bangalore for 2 persons before 3 days . and one more dad thing is that we cant talk to them over phone and nor they reply in 24 hours. 560 rs from my bank account is take by them and even after 3 days no sign of refund. just go a ticket number .even after 3 days no reply from them. poorest service one can expect from them.

                        I had booked my flight for NOVEMBER 12, 2015 but due to some technical error it has been booked for DECEMBER 12, 2015.At the time of booking it was November 12 but after it was confirmed it showed Dec 12 instead of Nov 12.
                        It is quiet a disappointment as i have been using goibibo for quiet sometime also my family have been booking tickets from the same,
                        This kind of a technical error is just not acceptable and i request you to have a look at it on priority basis my flight details are as follow:

                        Jet Airways 9W 2636 from Lucknow to New Delhi
                        Jet Airways 9W 384 from New Delhi to Mumbai

                          This deduction was happened on 28/Aug/2015 in my State bank of India where they withdraw 218.50 due to uncertain reason. I never went to their websites, not a single transaction I have done, yet they withdrawn money. It has been 2 months but they doesn't refund my money to my bank account.                                 I booked bus from goibibo site. I feel it was my biggest mistake.I along with 6 family members, bhuvaneshwar to Kolkata, 24th October, 8.30 pm. We reachd boarding point(mentioned in the ticket), one and half hour before.I did not get any information regarding bus number or bus driver details.I tried calling on the phone no. provided in the e- ticket, but the no. does not exist.We were waiting with all our luggage, with no surety about the bus.I called goibibo customer care, after long wait was able to speak with customer care who said I wl be geting cl from the bus driver.And it was already 8 pm. Then somehow my private cab driver which I had booked from puri to bhuvaneshwar managed to collect the information that the bus is waiting somewhere else and he took us.Reaching there I got to know the bus boarding point had changed 2days back, and I was not even informed, if we would not have managed to reached the bus, it would have left.I have never seen such irresponsible and worthless service ever. We had lots of trouble, as amongst 7 o[censored]s, 5 people were elderly and waiting on the road with no surety which bus is ours, where to go, totally spoiled our trip. I just want this should have a proper check, as more people will suffer in future.

                                    RBNUFA4DUP- Oct 22nd - Bangalore to hyderabad.the operator cancelled the bus after 1.5 hours after scheduled departure of the bus. Goibibo just provided counselling to me and not ready to even cancel my booking. Because of this, I had to cancel the return ticket from hyderabad to bangalore on Oct 24th - RBN64Z6VT7- Partially for one ticket. Goibibo again offered no help other than trying to tell me rules dont permit them. The travels said that they cannot cancel the ticket booked by Goibibo. The travels is ready to cancel the ticket, but goibibo dont want to cancel the same.

                                    After not a good response from the call centre, I got their email id from the callc entre and had emailed them the issue in detail as below

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I had made a booking with you ( Goibibo ID- RBNUFA4DUP) for my sister's travel from Bangalore to Hyderabad. She was waiting in the designated stop from 9.15 to 10.45 pm. We tried calling Goibibo support reg the status and cancelling of the bus ticket. Even after waiting indefinetely, we heard from customer care, there is no guarantee that the ticket can be cancelled unless operator confirms. She got a message of bus cancellation at 11 pm on the day of travel ( 22nd Oct) and could not come to hyderabad.

                                    Her return ticket was booked for( Goibibo- RBN64Z6VT7), on today( 24th Oct). I wanted to cancel the same. The operator ( Meghna travels) are ready to cancel the ticket. But as the booking is done through Goibibo, they wanted me to talk to you. But Goibibo is not ready to cancel the ticket. I had been a loyal customer of Goibibo and feel completely harassed by your actions. I dont understand whats your issue with partial cancellation of one ticket. Even if it is a rule, if you have to follow blindly a rule without giving specific concern for my situation that arised such a cancellation, I dont feel the need to give continued support to your concern and feel it is my duty to cause awareness to others who might not be aware of such rules.

                                    I am not even able to make a complaint in your website support portal and Though I had been promised by your customer care that some higher official who can take a decision will give me a call, nothing of that sort is happening.

                                      Hi, I am writing this complain against goibibo.com services through which I booked some hotels. I raised my concern so many times through its customer support forum but every time they closed my request without any solution. I have been so frustrated with its customer support services, I am not going to use your services in future for any type of booking and even will not allow any other one to use it. This is regarding to the booking IDs HTLZZYX5Z9, HTLUT5U4UE and HTLSZAA9ED for hotels made on 25th and 28th August 2014 through goibibo.com official website. The IDs HTLZZYX5Z9 and HTLUT5U4UE were generated for the same hotel(The Siena Village, Chinnakanal, Munnar) for two consecutive days and the ID HTLSZAA9ED was generated for the hotel Springdale Heritage, Idukki. While checking out of the hotels mentioned above I was asked to pay some extra charges(Seasonal Hike Charges) for staying in hotel. When I asked hotel manager about those charges, he told me like that those extra charges must be mentioned in my vouchers issued at the time of booking and my booking agent(i.e. goibibo) must have informed me about those extra charges already through mail OR message. When I chekced my vouchers, there was not mentioned anywhere about those seasonal hike charges. I showed up my vouchers to hotel manager and he checked it also and didn't get any information regarding seasonal hike charges in my vouchers. He asked me to contact my booking agent regarding that matter. At that time I contacted goibibo customer support for assistance and told them about those charges and asked that I was never informed by them about the paying seasonal hike charges but they seemed helpless and didn't resolve my issue. Unfortunately I had to pay those extra charges to hotels(Total amount : 5500 INR) as I had to checkout from the hotels to further continue my trip with no more delay. This is my question to you why I should have paid for those charges which were not mentioned in my vouchers and if they were applied later then why I was never informed by you either by mail or message or any call. It is also mentioned in issued vouchers under Cancellation Procedures section "The policy applied to your booking will be the one displayed at the time of booking and on your voucher only." If I were informed already by the time about those seasonal hike charges by them, I would have cancelled my booking to those hotels and booked other ones. This added a unwanted hassle experience in my trip which i never had with their services (I believed that they were a very good service provider in travel and hotel booking) Please see the extra charges paid details mentioned below.
