I have booked air tickets from goibibo from trivandram to amritsar. Is offer for rs.2000/- cash back, but after booking i have confirmed no cash back is credited

    I made a ticket booking on 18-Dec-2015 for a travel on 24-Dec-2015 from Chennai to Hyderabad. Amount is charged and ticket not confirmed. I created a ticket to fix the issue and called many times but no positive response from the team. They tried few call when my mobile is engaged and left untouched. Goibibo teams response is very poor and not customer friendly. We request you please take action against the issue and safeguard the customers from e-ticket portals.

      Booking reference : 80O56K I have cancelled my flight ticket on 23rd november 2015. My flight fare was 7727INR for which goair deducted 4229/-. So the balance amount is 3498 rs which they have transfered to goibibo which goibibo have yet not transfered to me. I have mailed twice regarding this issue on mail id GANESH.[protected]@IBIBOGROUP.COM given on the receipt of cancellation i have. Please look into this matter.

      I have yet not recieved any amount i have checked with my hdfc bank regarding this matter. They say there has been no refund in your account plus the bank reference number is itself not to be found with HDFC bank. Kindly help me in this issue as i have cancelled my ticket on 23rd Nov 2015 and have yet not recieved any amount.
      And please help me with the procedures for filling case in consumer court against goibibo for not returning my payment .

        I bookeg the Flight as on 17/12/2015 at 09:46 pm throught goibibo. I have paid the amount via sbi debit card. My amount of Rs 4041 is deducted but Ticket is not booked. Payment is deducted by Paybizz Pvt Ltd Gurgaon and they have transfered it to Goibibo on same day. I have written many letter to Goibibo about this issue but they have not replied me. I have all the proof regarding deduction of the payment. Kindly solve out my issue. Thanking You.

          I got Hotel booking for Royal Regency done via Goibibo.com for one night check-in on 11Dec '15 Goibibo booking id. HTLC8AYRJ8 Wrong booking by Goibibo: Despite of prior booking an payment done to Goibibo; when I arrived at hotel (approximately 50 km away from Nagpur station) I found that the Hotel was fully sold and not even 1 singly room was available; Hotel staff started blaming Goibibo team and vice-versa; also as it was close to 12:00 at night and hotel was located far from city I was not able to get any other option late night !! Absolutely No support from Goibibo team: Despite of prior booking & payment I didn't get any support from Goibibo team, call center guys were very rude and bluntly said "we can't do anything and you are on your own, even for refund its upto the management to decide weather to give refund or not as its a mistake from the hotel and not from our end, also refund or cancellation request would only be possible only during day time" Refund: despite of numerous remainders and follow-ups my refund is still not processed yet This Review is not a fake Review: Anyone can track my booking via Goibibo booking id. HTLC8AYRJ8 (Check-in date was 11Dec '15) Goibibo team is a big cheat, They do wrong booking and worst of all they don't accept their mistake. Easy process to make payments but very very difficult to get refund. Be very careful before dealing with these cheats !!

            Dear sir, I booked hotel for three days for Puri through your site from 25th Dec15 to 28th Dec15. GOIBIBO also confirmed my booking. Hotel ID no: HTL9MRLT7. Based on above booking I purchased my ticket my train tickets. Now you have cancelled my booking without even asking me. It appears lot o[censored]nfair practice is prevailing in your system. So people should not trust on your website. My humble advice is pl stop cheating people. Regards

              I have Travelled from Khamgaon to Pune yesterday the boarding point as mentioned in Goibibo Ticket and time was 10 PM at Maharashtra Travels but when I reached there by 9.30 and ask about the bus he said there is no such travels stops here go and enquiry any where else it was so pathetic and rude if the bus boarding point is not appropriate then why Goibibo is giving such pick up point. then somehow I got to drivers call he asked me to come on different point which is out of city 5-6 Km and I was totally new in city. It was really frustrating for me to go till that point and after that the bus timing was 10 the bus has come after 11 and as usual the drop time which bus agents or Goibibo mentioned in ticket never reaches on time I have reached 2.30 hr late provided me the actual timings. It's request if Goibibo or Travels agents doesn't know the destination time then why they commit and display because people can manage 30-40mins but if the busses are getting too delayed then what is the use of booking those tickets by checking from timings of drop and reach point from goibibo. And when I have travel from pune to khamgaon I got the booking of Gajanan Travels Ashta Travels which was confusing that the name of travles is what somehow people told me that it was Astha Travels and after as usual 1 hr delayed it picked up me that too in Navneet travels and when we tried to call customer care they even no which travels will pick us or what will be the delay timming

                Hi, I booked hotel in GOIBIBO website for 9th & 10th Jan 2016. While i checking it showed as FREE cancellation in the main page. I booked the hotel and i have cancelled the booking on the same day 21st dec but i got the refund amount SMS 50% only. I check ed the cancellation policy it stated that ..FREE Cancellation until DEC 25 till 10.00AM.. Next line - 50% until DEC 25 till 10.00AM.. What is the differnce between First line policy and second line cancellation policy. I booked on 21st december and i have cancelled on the same day. So they have to pay the full amount back.                 Even I have the similar case...
                I have booked a hotel for 31st Dec on 28th Dec.. [Booking ID : HTL53QYLYK]. At the Time of booking all the communication presented on Portal/App says that its “Free Cancellation upto Dec 29”. Attached are the Screenshots of the same… But the Voucher generated post booking says “Non-Refundable” along with other Conditions…
                Since ~3:00 PM 28th, I have been trying to Connect with Goibibo representatives to get it cancelled… Despite many calls and waiting, the only reply I get is that it will take some time… From 3:00 PM to Evening 9:00, to next day morning to noon to evening to night again. Response to Last night call was also the same that by 30th 10:00 my problem will be resolved. But it came to no-surprise at 11:00 when I called today, they again said to be resolved by evening [And the matter is escalated to Hotel Authorities].. I have got my entire plan on a toss.
                Even when I have called The Hotel, they said that they cannot help in any manner in this regard, as the cancellation policies are already with Goibibo.
                Then Finally I got connected with Ms. Vidushi (Said to be Channel Representative of Hotel booking from Goibibo side for Tulip Garden). I was again given time till 2:00 PM to resolve the matter.
                So when I called up few minutes back, Finally the outcome is that I cannot cancel the booking…..

                Sorry to say but the Most bitter experience with Goibibo…

                My point is when all the communications (as attached) say that it’s a cancellable booking, Why customer is a victim of policy discrepancy between you and Hotel……

                The Complaint numbers are as Follows : 1140032, 1140227, 1152017, 1155878 and many more….

                It’ll be a no show from my side on this booking tomorrow, Please suggest the next course of action to have my money back……

                  Dear All, I jyoti Kumar Chauraisa had booked a flight ticket from Pune to Allahabad by using Ibibo website for November 6, 2015. Ticket was booked in 1 stop journey, Pune to Delhi and Delhi to Allahabad. Ticket for Delhi to Allahabad was cancelled with PNR YR2MN, cost was Rs.9000 approx. Immediately cancellation was communicated to Ibibo through call and it was updated that refund will be done within 1 week. But after doing numerous follow up, same is not done till date and now when I call to call centre, they say that there is no detail available with them and I need to contact Air India for the same. This Is totally fraud being done by Ibibo group, they are cheating people. Regards Jyoti

                  There were 2 booking in above PNR- one from Pune to Delhi and other from Delhi to Allahabad, both the booking were cancelled and refund done only for 1 flight and that was from Pune to Delhi.

                  NO refund was processed for Delhi to Allahabad, above details are half shared information. Confirm for the cancellation amount of booking from Delhi to Allahabad on 6th November..

                      I was travelling from Pune to Aurangabd on December 13 2015 with Hamsafar travels AC sleeper.On GO IBIBO mobile app it was shown that blankets will be provided as this is AC bus. However there were no such arrangements in travles. When asked to driver he was quite rude to us. Due to severe cold I had to take medication and suffered a lot. Please give me justice for this.

As per customer care executive they told me that the ticket was not booked and the debited money will credit within 48 hrs. But it was 12days over still the money has not credited to my account.                               Yesterday i booked hotel Blue Pearl Residency Mumbai through Goibibo and my booking ID is HTL4J6VNAQ. I booked on Dec. 15, 2015, 11:06 a.m. IST and Cancelled on Dec. 15, 2015, 12:23 p.m..within one hour because we are 2 adults and booking was for 1.within 1 hour cancellation charges are 2970.which is very bad experience with GOIBIBO.means If i booked this hotel on other sites: http://www.booking.com/hotel/in/blue-pearl-residency.html http://hotelz.makemytrip.com/ http://www.agoda.com/ Price is less compare to Goibibo and free cancellation for this particular hotel. Hotel cancellation policies can not differ .

                                On 7th november 2015 I booked a flight ticket from mumbai to jammu from goibibo website.The payment was made and an amount of Rs 8181 was deducted from my account but the ticket was not booked and the transaction was shown dropped.On contacting the bank they told the transaction was successful and the amount paid has gone to goibibo.While repeated complaints to goibibo regarding this they just replied the transaction was dropped.The transaction id by goibibo is GOMUPKG077da[protected] and the bank transaction id is [protected]IG0AYQUZJI .Please do look into the matter.

                                  I had booked a Hotel + Flight package from Ahmedabad to Mumbai and back from 15th Dec to 18th Dec under Package Booking ID# GOPKGD7A2C[protected] with Goibibo.com

                                  Flight from Ahmedabad was fine

                                  On reaching Laurent and Benon Royal Suites Service appartment in Mumbai, i was allotted a Pre Occupied 2 bed room apartment. On entering the Drawing room I was welcomed by Underclothes drying in Drawing Room and complete room was very very shabby and messy. I Pre sume that Dormatory available for Rs 350 per day are rather a better option

                                  I had paid approx Rs 18000 for 3 nights

                                  I complained to the GM Ms Dipika of Laurent and Benon Royal Suites but was informed that she is helpless as she does not has any 1 bedroom apartment and she can't allot me a 2 bed room apartment for cost of 1 bed room appartment and I will have to talk to Goibibo as they are aware about this.

                                  I immediately called Goibibo hotline number at 4 pm and after shuttling my call like a shuttle cock for nearly 90 minutes painfully transferring to 10 different people my call was answered by one Mr Khan who listened to my problem and asked me whether I want to cancel my booking or I am happy with allotment of a different room in a similar property. I expressed my desire of being allotted a similar category room in another property where i am not forced to share

                                  I was assured that he will call me back after 15-20 mins after taking authorisation from his senior

                                  I did receive a call from him but after 2 hours and I was told "Its a service issue and we will get back to you shortly"

                                  At present its 11.48 pm and after 5 hours no one has called me and still I am suffering.

                                  I think I have been cheated by Goibibo by concealing my booking information and I am planning to file a Case of Cheating against Goibibo

                                  I request everyone to share your bad experiences with me so that I can make a strong petition against them and file a Criminal Case to avoid such frauds in future

                                        I and my wife(TAPAN KUMAR BOSE & BANDANA BOSE) booked Ticket of INDIGO AIRLINES for journey dated[protected] from CHENNAI to KOLKATA, but due to severe flood AAI closed the CHENNAI AIRPORT up to[protected].
