I booked a hotel surya, haldwani for 1st November, 2015 and paid required amount online from goibibo.com site.
On the site, it was showing 'Free Cancellation upto 26th October, 2015'. as attached
Due to some circumstances, i have to cancel the booking. so, I went to my bookings from goibibo site and tried to cancel the booking.
But now its shows there will be no refund !! which was HIGHLIGHTED on the page while i booked the hotel(and still its showing).
When I called ibibo customer (so called) care, they told its hotel's policy and they told that 'same is mentioned in booking vouncher under cancellation policy'.
So, I checked my email and saw below:

No Show, Cancellation charges will be 100 % Cost..
On cancellation of bookings done using promotional codes, the charges are calculated on total price.
Most hotels do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples to check-in. This is at full discretion of the hotel management. No refund would be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances ..

Here nothing was mentioned about no refund. i contacted goibibo again and again, and everytime they told me its 100% Cost for cancellation.
I told them its for 'No Show' - which isn't the case as still 28 days still to go before my booking date.
In fact, similar thing is mentioned on other booking as well which I already cancelled and refund is initiated, but for this booking they resist to refund.

Complaint marked as Resolved After posting my complain, finally they agreed to refund my money.
Refund is in the process and they told it should be deposited within 2-3 working days.
customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
