    Money Deducted From My Account For No REASON... On (18-June-2015 at 01.26.40 PM) Dear Sir/Madam, I never made any transaction with your network. But 441.30/- got deducted from my SBI account. I want my money refunded at once . So please do the needful and refund my money TO TRANSFER INB Ibibo Web Pvt. Ltd. Transacvtion Ref. No.[protected] IG0AEVIZF0 TRANSFER TO 3217, STATE BANK OF INDIA Rs.441.30. This transaction happened from my account without my knowledge and this is fraud.       I have booked 3 bus tickets from Hyderabad to ernakulam the booking is and pnr details are below Booking ID - GOBUSd0ced[protected] : PNR - AEON31700-AEON 1A : DOJ was on 17th June 2015.But I wanted to cancel one ticket.But in the goibobo app and website I could not find any option to cancel one ticket.I called goibobo customer care they said that there is no such option available and he can't help .So I had cancelled all the 3 tickets. The cancellation fee for one ticket is ₹325.So I lost ₹700 because of this website. I need my money back

        Sir/ madam,

        I tried to fill my income tax refund through mytaxcafe on 30 jun 2015. When i tried to transfer rs 145/- to mytaxcafe through ibibo web pvt. Ltd. The amount rs 145/- deducted by ibibo web pvt. Ltd but payment was not successful. After informing to mytaxcafe company, they suggested me that amount was deducted by ibibo web pvt. Ltd and submit a complaint to complaint board for refund the amount to your account. Kindly refund my deducted amount rs 145/- in my sbi account no- [protected].

            During planning a ticket from Mumbai to Bhubaneshwer, An amount of Rs. 4992 from my S.B. A/c. No.[protected] of SBI, has been transferred '"two times to your account on 20.06.2015 TO TRANSFER INB Ibibo Group Private Limit - Reference No. [protected]IG0AFCEZE1 TRANSFER TO [protected] STATE BANK OF INDIA O."Ticket was not formed but the amount was deducted two times due to two attempts. I am unable to understand that for what purpose the above amount has been not still refunded to my acount. Kindly let me know the reasons to avoid any legal proceedings in the matter.                   This is to log the complaint againt Goibibo. Its been happened 3 times where once i did the payment online and the money is deducted from the bank, Go-Ibibo confirms immediately that this ticket is not booked. They have a poor web support, Pricing management, Fund reversal process.

                    Dear Sir, I have abooking with Indigo airlines on above PNR number.I have the flight at 12.30hrs 7 I received sms regarding my flight deparature warning & trveling feed back at night12 .10 AM When I contacted the Goibibo number [protected] one mr. subham told me that your flight already departed & now 12.39AmM which made me more panic .My blood pressure increased &my mental tension increased more.When I asked his details he refused to give any thing where as i shared my all details. My complains are;- 1)Why Indigo send SMS at midnight to confuse the time? 2) Why the person of Goibibo has given me wrong information? 3)Why acall center man/woman has not sharing their details ? 4)Who wil be penalised for all these irresponssible acts? 5)In India where is the rule that call centre man/woman will not share their personal details where as I/we being coustomer sharing every thing? 5)Has Indian govt no rule to penalise these bogous call centre peoplewho are giving wrong information leads to sudden heart attackor death of a person? 6)Now it is mandetory all airlines reservation should come under some govt regulations.                         I cancelled my flight with spicejet that I booked using goibibo app. Spicejet confirmed that they have refunded the money to goibibo. But I have not received the money yet. I have also raised a ticket for same but no action taken by the goibibo team. Why do you have a business when you can not provide customer support. I have tried every way possible but not able to contact goibibo or talk to their executives. Disappointed. Once I get my money back, no looking back at goibibo. I have asked spicejet to give me the transaction details. Once I receive the details, I am taking it to the consumer court. I feel my rights have been violated to an extent now.                           Sir, On 26th April - 2015, an amount of 643.55 Rs. has been deducted from my State Bank Of India Account. Also On 28th May - 2015, an amount of 514.84 Rs. has been deducted from the same SBI Account. Thus, a total of 1158.39 Rs. has been deducted from my account. My account number is[protected]. I have not done any kind of transactions with this company or website. I'm concerned as to the reason why they have deducted money from my account.I have not even heard of this company before.                                 I booked a travel package(GOBUSPKGecd[protected] from Hyd-Goa-Hyd(BUS+Hotels package). Where I was informed that the return bus GOA-HYB was cancelled by operator, so I had to book an bus ticket. When I asked for return I got to know from ibibo operator that bus was not cancelled by operator it was some miscommunication from goibibo.                                   Already i raised the complaint and this is 2nd time. Refund issue: operator cancelled the bus without intimation to me thus at the bus onboard's time i had called him then he was saying coolly bus was cancelled.if he would intimated us prior to this we would have found alternative travel...really that night I had horrible journey please understand intensity of this issue.
