Money Deducted From My Account For No REASON... On (18-June-2015 at 01.26.40 PM) Dear Sir/Madam, I never made any transaction with your network. But 441.30/- got deducted from my SBI account. I want my money refunded at once . So please do the needful and refund my money TO TRANSFER INB Ibibo Web Pvt. Ltd. Transacvtion Ref. I have booked 3 bus tickets from Hyderabad to ernakulam the booking is and pnr details are below Booking ID - GOBUSd0ced[protected] : PNR - AEON31700-AEON 1A : DOJ was on 17th June 2015.But I wanted to cancel one ticket.But in the goibobo app and website I could not find any option to cancel one ticket.I called goibobo customer care they said that there is no such option available and he can't help .So I had cancelled all the 3 tickets. The cancellation fee for one ticket is ₹325.So I lost ₹700 because of this website. I need my money back

I tried to fill my income tax refund through mytaxcafe on 30 jun 2015. When i tried to transfer rs 145/- to mytaxcafe through ibibo web pvt. Ltd. The amount rs 145/- deducted by ibibo web pvt. Ltd but payment was not successful. After informing to mytaxcafe company, they suggested me that amount was deducted by ibibo web pvt. Ltd and submit a complaint to complaint board for refund the amount to your account. Kindly refund my deducted amount rs 145/- in my sbi account no- [protected].

During planning a ticket from Mumbai to Bhubaneshwer, An amount of Rs. 4992 from my S.B. A/c. No.[protected] of SBI, has been transferred '"two times to your account on 20.06.2015 TO TRANSFER INB Ibibo Group Private Limit - Reference No. [protected]IG0AFCEZE1 TRANSFER TO [protected] STATE BANK OF INDIA O."Ticket was not formed but the amount was deducted two times due to two attempts. This is to log the complaint againt Goibibo. Its been happened 3 times where once i did the payment online and the money is deducted from the bank, Go-Ibibo confirms immediately that this ticket is not booked. They have a poor web support, Pricing management, Fund reversal process.

Dear Sir, I have abooking with Indigo airlines on above PNR number.I have the flight at 12.30hrs 7 I received sms regarding my flight deparature warning & trveling feed back at night12 .10 AM When I contacted the Goibibo number [protected] one mr. subham told me that your flight already departed & now 12.39AmM which made me more panic .My blood pressure increased &my mental tension increased more.When I asked his details he refused to give any thing where as i shared my all details. My complains are;- 1)Why Indigo send SMS at midnight to confuse the time? 2) Why the person of Goibibo has given me wrong information? 3)Why acall center man/woman has not sharing their details ? 4)Who wil be penalised for all these irresponssible acts? 5)In India where is the rule that call centre man/woman will not share their personal details where as I/we being coustomer sharing every thing? 5)Has Indian govt no rule to penalise these bogous call centre peoplewho are giving wrong information leads to sudden heart attackor death of a person? 6)Now it is mandetory all airlines reservation should come under some govt regulations. I cancelled my flight with spicejet that I booked using goibibo app. Spicejet confirmed that they have refunded the money to goibibo. But I have not received the money yet. I have also raised a ticket for same but no action taken by the goibibo team. Why do you have a business when you can not provide customer support. I have tried every way possible but not able to contact goibibo or talk to their executives. Disappointed. Once I get my money back, no looking back at goibibo. I have asked spicejet to give me the transaction details. Once I receive the details, I am taking it to the consumer court. I feel my rights have been violated to an extent now. Sir, On 26th April - 2015, an amount of 643.55 Rs. has been deducted from my State Bank Of India Account. Also On 28th May - 2015, an amount of 514.84 Rs. has been deducted from the same SBI Account. I booked a travel package(GOBUSPKGecd[protected] from Hyd-Goa-Hyd(BUS+Hotels package). Where I was informed that the return bus GOA-HYB was cancelled by operator, so I had to book an bus ticket. When I asked for return I got to know from ibibo operator that bus was not cancelled by operator it was some miscommunication from goibibo.
