I cancelled my flight with spicejet that I booked using goibibo app. Spicejet confirmed that they have refunded the money to goibibo. But I have not received the money yet. I have also raised a ticket for same but no action taken by the goibibo team. Why do you have a business when you can not provide customer support. I have tried every way possible but not able to contact goibibo or talk to their executives. Disappointed. Once I get my money back, no looking back at goibibo. I have asked spicejet to give me the transaction details. Once I receive the details, I am taking it to the consumer court. I feel my rights have been violated to an extent now.     Sir, On 26th April - 2015, an amount of 643.55 Rs. has been deducted from my State Bank Of India Account. Also On 28th May - 2015, an amount of 514.84 Rs. has been deducted from the same SBI Account. Thus, a total of 1158.39 Rs. has been deducted from my account. My account number is[protected]. I have not done any kind of transactions with this company or website. I'm concerned as to the reason why they have deducted money from my account.I have not even heard of this company before. [protected], State Bank of India, on 17.6.2015 - Reference No.[protected]IG0AERUHD7. I am unable to understand that for what purpose the above amount has been charged. Kindly let me know the reasons to avoid any legal proceedings in the matter. You may contact me on my telephone no.           I booked a travel package(GOBUSPKGecd[protected] from Hyd-Goa-Hyd(BUS+Hotels package). Where I was informed that the return bus GOA-HYB was cancelled by operator, so I had to book an bus ticket. When I asked for return I got to know from ibibo operator that bus was not cancelled by operator it was some miscommunication from goibibo.             Already i raised the complaint and this is 2nd time. Refund issue: operator cancelled the bus without intimation to me thus at the bus onboard's time i had called him then he was saying coolly bus was cancelled.if he would intimated us prior to this we would have found alternative travel...really that night I had horrible journey please understand intensity of this issue. Operator said my money would be refund in few days hence its been two weeks but didnt get money return and when I was enquiried about issue they said goibibo will refund the money.                     They don't return the amount and cheat us. Booking ID:HTL5LN7JTQ and total Rs.2920 has been deducted.i tried booking hotel using goibibo for weekend that means 20 and 21st but ticket got booked by selecting default available date that is on week day 22nd and 23rd June. Within 5minutes of booking I called customer care n asked them to book another hotel available on same date or refund the amount as go cash.but they clearly denied it.It is clearly mentioned on their site that we can cancel the tickets with 100% cash back before 24hours of booking date.In my case whole week is left and still they are not returning the amount.

                      There was a "MR" appended to the end of my first name. They say it is how their system is designed. None of my friends who have booked the same ticket are facing such a problem. They are not responding to my emails asking them to get my name changed. There is no contact number I can contact them. This has been a very pathetic service on their part. Absolute lack of professionalism!

                        On 7th June I booked online ticket FROM HALDWANI TO DELHI through you website. The Travel Agent name is KINGS HOLIDAY TOURS. Booking ID is GOBUSMOBf[protected] and PNR No. is EYSY446 (3 Seats). The boarding time was 10:30 at HOTEL OK (as mentioned in your msg) I reached there around 9.30pm but bus doesn't arrived till 1:00 am. During this period I was in contact with the travel agent. He gave me the bus number which arrived around 1.00am on the bus stand but did not stopped. After that I called to travel agent several time but he did not picked the phone. Due to irresponsibility of travel agent I could not catch the bust and spend all the night on the Bus stand with my family. Request you to take the action against the agent and refund my money.

                          Sir, On 14 jun i have booked AC (singh tour & travel) bus ticket FROM KANPUR TO DELHI through you website . The boarding time was 10:30 but doesn't arrive till 12:00 am . After 12:00am bus is arrived but did not stopped in boarding point(rama devi chawraha as mention in your site) . Later i informed by someone that bus is stopped at somewhere atleast 1km ahead from boarding point and before my arrival at that point bus is already gone . It is totaly irresponsible act even phone is not pickup by travel and they did not contect me after bus arrival. So kindly lookout the matter.                               i booked a hotel on 13th June 2015. unfortunately i fell sick & not able to travel hence wanted to cancel or postponed the trip. but this GOIBIBO customer service says is i have to should have called on 11th of June to cancel the booking. how in the world possible for me to call you before i could book the hotel. does it make any sense???? this is how you cheat customer... it is better you people beg on the roads than cheating people like this.

                                Respected Sir, I wanted to bring to your notice on the unfair and deceptive practise that GOIBIBO is running. They gave me a go cash of 500 at the time of purchase however they did not clearly mention about the 90 day expiry, it was maybe somewhere mentioned in there terms and conditions however that was not clear or explicit. Request your action.

                                  I booked my bus from Hyderabad to Goa on 6th June and travelled on 7th June. After doing the payment procedure through Net banking, the transaction was failed on the Goibibo site. So, I did the transaction again and it was successful. But, I just saw today that money worth Rs.900 debited twice from my account.Used phone number for booking was [protected]. Mail id given was: [protected]@gmail.com Please resolve this issue.

                                      This is reference with Spicejet flight SG658 / Kolkata-Bangalore / 05.06.15 ticket issue in the name of Suyash Khetawat. Booking id / PNR CEP9VR We cancelled the above ticket directly from Spicejet on 31.05.15. M/s Spicejet has informed us refund has been made to M/s Goibibo on 01.06.15 thru which we booked the ticket. However, as per M/s Goibibo website, no refund is pending.

                                        I have Booked 4 tickets from Delhi to Bhubaneswar in INDIGO Flight via GoIbibo. During Booking the Flight Timing was showing 18:30 PM on 1st JUN 2013 and so also received the SMS immediately after booking in my mobile about the same timing. While I reached DELHI Airport on 2nd JUNE at about 4:30 PM, came to know the timing shared with me is wrong and my flight already left in the morning.
