    Hi My booking ID number :HTLM3DESMG Hotel Nisarga Inn booked for 1st May to 3rd May and complaint ID number :#386402 Goibibo & the hotelier messed our booking and because of that we were offered a low standard room as compare to what we booked. We have no other option but stay there as we reach in the evening and next day we decided to come back as the service and the room was not upto the mark as all. And now since last one I have not received my balance amount. Neither Goibibo person is following up for that.

      Hello, This is w.r.t to my booking reference HTLW5DELRB. Which was booked for 16th of May at Hotel Nalpad Residency in Ooty. The hotel rooms as shown on your website was very very different then what was it in reality. The photos as shown on the website shows the rooms as neat, clean, tidy with proper beddings and wonderful carpeting. IN REALITY the hotel has a pathetic lobby . The room was stinking, with torn carpets. The toilets were no neat and clean, When we requested the hotlier that this is not what was promised he asked us to go to another hotel was all the more worse, BESIDES that when we called Goibibo we are told then your goibibo's representative would call us back, in next 20 minutes. We had to call Goibibo thrice but no one even bothered to call us back, This is the kind of service that IBIBO provides, sheer cheating and case of forgery. I know require the full refund of the amount without any cancellations as we never bothered to chekc-in the hotel because of pathetic condition. expecting the quick response from your side.       I got a call from Anuj Garg telling me that he is the Go Ibibo Employee and he asked me the credit card details. he number from which I got the call is [protected] and now when I am trying to call this number I am receiving the number not reachable, Is this a scam?

        Hi, I have not yet recieved my refund amount for cancellation.Nor i am getting any update about the status of the refund. I had done a bus booking from goa --bangalore.           See how Goibibo.com cheat customers. I got the confirmation for refund amount on 5th and again got another mail today, they changed the refund amount which they confirmed before cancellation and now saying that agent confirmed the amount mentioned in latest mail. Luckily I have the mail which I got on the day when the ticket got cancelled to prove my point. The worst customer service and big time cheater. Dont trust their site.

          Their have blunder technical issue in the site at first place. I searched the flight options and liked 2 routes and opened in different tabs. I proceeded in the tab which had shortest travel time and it was fine (Flight details) untill payment page and after payment confirmation it booked the ticket for the flights i had opened in another tab.

          Worst customer support organization in the world. They don't even now attend my calls. Through their ticket system, I get a reply in their standard template.

            Refund issue: operator cancelled the bus without intimation to me thus at the bus onboard's time i had called him then he was saying coolly bus was cancelled.if he would intimated us prior to this we would have found alternative travel...really that night I had horrible journey please understand intensity of this issue.               I and my wife booked Turkish airline flight from Mumbai to Istanbul (24th April 2015), Istanbul to Barcelona (27th April 2015) and Barcelona to Mumbai (3rd May 2015). My PNR was S3NFUR & my wife's PNR was TZKWKN. When we went too board our flight on 24th April, your ground crew did not allow us to board saying that our Schengen Visa (supporting doc for Turkish visa) was valid from 26th April and we should reschedule our flight. Fair. We did not argue. However, we were offered absolutely no help in rescheduling. She said go to ticketing office which opens at 10 AM. We were still fine with that. Strangely, she immediately marked me as no show on Mumbai Istanbul flight and so rescheduling was out of question. So I booked the cheapest alternative to reach Istanbul on 26th April so that we could continue with our onward journey to Barcelona on 27th April. When we were checking in for our Barcelona flight on 27th April, the ticketing lady said that my entire itinerary was cancelled since I was marked as no show in Mumbai. This is very strange and unacceptable for 2 reasons: 1. I clearly showed up and told them that I will reschedule. The lady in Mumbai still marked me as no show. 2. If all my flights were cancelled, why was I not informed by either email or phone. I received absolutely no intimation from Turkish Airlines. I only came to know about this once I was checking in at Istanbul airport. 3. My wife who was travelling with me (on a different PNR mentioned above), her flights were strangely not cancelled. Amazing. I was travelling with an infant. Imagine the hassle that I had to face at Istanbul airport. Also, the ticketing lady was extremely rude and said she doesn't know and cant help. Eventually, I had no option but to pay US$ 600 penalty for rebooking my flights. As I said, first of all, my flights should not have been cancelled since I had clearly conveyed in Mumbai that I will reschedule and second, even if it was cancelled, I should have been notified (http://www.turkishairlines.com/en-int/travel-information/legal-notice/legal-not... Neither Turkish Airline or GoIbibo informed me about the cancellation. I should have received some intimation immediately on 24th April itself about this. At least I could have taken some action,

                I talked to goibibo costomer care member for flight bookings delhi to moscow on 16th may 15 and moscow to delhi on 30th June 15.but they booked my ticket on 16th may delhi to moscow and on 30th may moscow to delhi. on 15 may they message me that your flight is today.then I called air india to confirm when is my flight and after that I got a mail from goibibo that I requested for cancellation. when I call to costomer care they said by fault this mail come to me. from 15th may I am always writing them that I booked my ticket on 16th may delhi to moscow and 30th june moscow to delhi.I requested them please listen that ours phone conversation when I booked which date I said.till date they are mailing me this (This is a courtesy e-mail to let you know that we have received your request with a subject of [ Goibibo - 398481 ] and have started working on it immediately Your request has been assigned with a tracking ID [ Goibibo - 398481 ] and will be responded to within 24 hours or sooner.)

                yesterday my husband received a call from goibibo number[protected] in moscow.he asked about me and he said that I am in India.I already wrote that after 6th july I am able to talk in my India number.
                How they don't know that I am not in Moscow now.I wrote here and I talked to costomer care. careless...response...

                Hi . I had booked an international hotel through your site and I have given an option like pay through hotel. Without my knowledge how my card was charged ? Not expected such a poor stuffs from your website. Since there is a option on website I have gone with pay at hotel but without otp they have charged and don't have answer for my queries

                  Goibibo has the worst service, i cancelled 3 flight tickets on 2nd of may, 2015. Summing up to a huge 9000 rupees, but they are wrongfully stating that the refund has been made. Well, where's my freaking money then! It's not in my account, it's not with the bank, then where is it! My pnr (S) are rcc7nn, uddygk, o9n48t

                    I have made a booking for Hotel tap gold crest Bangalore on 12th may 2015 using Goibibo mobile app. Money is debited from my bank account and hotel room is not booked. I have got a mail from goibibo saying that "your hotel booking is confirmed. No need to call us to reconfirm this booking. Your E-Voucher is attached along with this email " the E-voucher shows that the booking not confirmed. I have sent a feedback regarding this issue to helpdesk and received a mail saying your request is being processed and you will receive a refund of INR 1034 to your account and you can check the refund status under My bookings option. But here comes the main problem the status is showing that REFUNDED but so far the money has not been credited into my account. I have tried calling the customer support executive but it was a IVR. So please guys process my request as soon as possible and I want to speak to the customer care executive please call me back.

I had given the request for refund of partial ticket.Since than two month had passed i am not getting no response from the company.There is no contact no or email id where we can contact them.Only i receive the message that your refund is under processThis is really very pathetic and worst part of the company.I had given all the documents they required for refund.But i am not getting any response.                           No refund on cancellation

                          I have booked a hotel via GoIbibo of checkin date 13th june. Booking id - HTL59QGLEW
                          As per the cancellation policy they providing full refund on cacellation before 2 pm on 12th. But when I cancelled the hotel on 11th june . They said hotel booking is totally not refundable. They are not providing any refund. Kindly see to it

                            I have booked my return tickets from Hyderabad to Dehradun. As spicejet has cancelled the flights, they have refunded the said amount to Goibibo.but Goibibo is not willing to return the complete amount to us. They have only refunded the partial amount and are not replying to emails and phone calls. This is a cheating case on your part where you are not responding to our emails too..                                 This is with reference to payment Id[protected], where the return ticket (VECV9U) was wrongfully canceled by Goibibo. Because of which we were forced to buy new ticket at premium price. I was being told by GoIbibo Customer care (Ref No #351086) that there will be refund from Goibibo, once I submit the new ticket (which we had to buy). This was more than 1 week back, I don't have any update or mail since then. I had send many communication, but not avail. Even I had sent the communication from Indigo Airline, which clearly says that the fault is with Goibibo side. Still waiting, . Chiranjeev Agrawal

                                  I had the flight bookings done on 31st March, 2015 and due to the change in the timings of the airline I had cancelled the flight tickets on 22nd April, 2015. The cancellation amount of the tickets was not yet credited to my account as yet and this leaves me with a feeling that I should never use goibibo site in future.                                     Miss Pooja Kini and I were supposed to travel from Hyderabad to Bangalore, on an Akbar Travels bus, booked through goibibo.com. There appears to be a misrepresentation of seats as given online. Online, the seats we booked, although at the book show the normal type of seats (2+2). However on reaching there, we realized that it was one long cusion of sorts, meant to seat five people with no arm rests. The whole seat was also elevated and had no seat belt, which meant that if the bus were to break suddenly - the passengers on those seats would be lunged forward resulting in grave injury. Miss Pooja Kini was already suffering from vertebral injury and we informed a representative of Akbar Travels, on spot that these were not the seats we had thought we book and requested they be changed. He assured us that they would do so, in ten minutes. The bus began to move and we were still awaiting our seats and despite multiple requests, they ignored us. after 45 minutes another man (also from Akbar Travels) got on the bus and said we'd have to sit on the original seats and they could not provide any other. He was very rude and started shouting in front of all the other passengers. We requested that he return our ticket money (3100) on which we would disembark the bus. He refused point blank and continued shouting. He said he would not let the bus move until we sat in those bad seats or got off the bus. After a while, we had no choice but to get off. We were stranded in the middle of the night with no mode of transport to go anywhere. I am greatly disappointed by such treatment from one of your service provider, and would request for a return of the fare as we did not travel by the said bus. Also some action be taken immediately so that passengers need not face such harassment in the future. Following are the ticket details for your reference.                                       I demand the refund of my ticket due to the bad experience i faced on booking a seabird bus trip from bangalore to goa. The pickup which was supposed to be at marathalli did not happen and they called up last minute and told us to come to anand rao circle. If they want to do such why do they even ask for our boarding point? The bus driver and conductors were rude. and once we reached ankola they began to say that bus needs repair and we should go on the next seabird bus to goa. we waited for almost an hour and the next seabird bus was full so we had to travel standing from ankola to karwar after which we could no longer stand and demanded a local bus from karwar to goa. Worst experince ever faced. We need to get atleast half the amount refunded back to us.                                         Dear Sir, I have the honor to say that looking into Goibibo reputation, I committed a booking of Hotel – Amaltash (Pachmani) E Ticket No. HTLN8FCG3R with the use of offer GOCASH80. Paid Rs.5000 + 1000 Goibibo offer money. As a regular traveler I was happy to know that Goibibo is a very good online site to book a hotel, bus or flight. But my dream was broken when I called to customer executive to confirm my booking & offer. Call center executive told me that – Your booking is confirmed but Promo code is not reflecting, he suggest me to do re-login. I have done the same, but Gocash money is not reflecting. Again I called to customer care executive. But the matter was not solved. In the very next morning I again called to customer care she told me to write mail. Sir as a true customer ensuring you that I had used the Promo code – GOCASH80 & checked twice before entering into payment mode. My request is to please help me to solve this issue. This is my first experience with the Goibibo, hope we will make a good relationship. If you will solve this issue immediately, I will share this true story to my Friends, Family members on social media like – whats app & facebook. Looking for your quick response.
