We have booked following bus ticket online by GOIBIBO, at the time of booking while selecting boarding location PALADI, bus departure showing 1.15am while after booing message was as below. I lost Rs.1000/- travel agent Mahasagar not entertaining as per him today this bus already left at 10.30 we cannot help contact GOIBIBO. Ultimately we have to took another ticket form MAHASAGAR and traveled (details below). Very painful experience. I want refund of money and answer for this painful experience by GOIBIBO.

NOT EXPECTED FROM GOIBIBO..
I had booked a bus from Gurgaon to Jaipur on 20/04/15, PNR:[protected].
I confirmed early in the morning if bus will be running as per schedule and was confirmed that it is. When I reached at rendezvou and called up the service provider METRO TOURS AND TRAVELS, I was told that the bus has cancelled because there is a breakdown in the bus . They did not even bother to call and inform.
After half an hour I got a call that the bus is up and running and will be picking me up in half an hour. I waited there for more than an hour and when tried calling the driver, he did not take my calls..
Finally when the bus came, I was asked to sit right at the back of the tempo traveller when I had reserved 2nd seat from the front. It was damn uncomfortable and AC was not working too.. I called up the service provider to help me get my seat, he said that he will talk to driver but he did not even call him. I know that because I was in the bus and was continuously observing driver as I was eagerly waiting to change the seat.
I am not upset with the service provider as much as I am with GOIBIBO.. Pls excuse my language but let this mother[censored]er go to hell.. I am not bothered however GOIBIBO is associated with such companies is what I am concerned about.
Very frequently I use ibibo for booking hotels, flights while travelling with friends and family.
I am sure I will not use ibibo blindfoldedly from now on.
I would like to speak with an ibibo official along with full refund as I did not get what I was promised of. Pls consider this as my last communication ever if I don't get to speak with the official.
