      my flight ticket was cancelled by goair...due to bad weather condition. It has been more than 17 days after cancellation of my flight ticket.My flight booking id is TG88H6FEH. I have send mail to goibibo 3 times, but till now there has been no response from them.

        Corresponding to following PNR No’s: PNR: AMYIXT -Traveller: Nirdosh Sharma, E-Mail: nirdoshsharma.[protected]@gmail.com PNR: AZyQTT -Traveller: Eeshan Ghildiya, l E-Mail: [protected]@gmail.com Tickets were booked on 20th Feb 2015 . The Goibibo interfance which has a filter option was used for refundable ticket and non refundable tickets were filtered .Thereafter flights were booked of Oman Air which indicated each step of way Fare Rules: REFUNDABLE. Day before yesterday the request for cancellation of complete itinerary on both PNR Numbers were requested. Next morning customer care executive called in for confirmation of cancellation request where they stated that the tickets are non refundable which was clearly not the the case. Since then we have consulted with 7 Customer care executives some stating that return tickets were non refundable some claiming complete itinerary to be non-refundable while some of them selling the most restrictive fare rule theory. But our simple statement is that while we have filtered out Non Refundable ticket using the Filter on Go-ibibo interface and while booking each step of way the Fare Rule indicates :REFUNDABLE how can now declare these tickets non refundable. Our flight dates for to and fro are of 29.03.2015 and 12.04.2015. Goibibo customer care executive have called us and mailed us that they won’t cancel the the ticket until we succumb to their false theory of ticket’s being non refundable.

            The GOIBIBO service provider is the worst service provider, they are cheating the customers. Though they claim a 24X7 customer support, they are not attending to the call and even website does not allow you to submit the compliant. I have booked my ticket on 20/01/2015 for 26th Jan 2015 journey from Hyderabad to Mumbai with NTR Express.Booking number is GOBUS38c8b[protected], seat numbers are J3 & J4 and the fare amount is Rs.4616/- But that bus is cancelled by NTR express and they are also mentioning like from their end they have refunded the amount to GOIBIBO. I have been waiting for 2 months for the refund after multiple reminders. Forget about the refund they did not even contacted me. Please please please don't go for GOIBIBO service as they are the cheaters.

              I booked two tickets from delhi to frankfurt return ticket, dated on 20 th feb 2015 in oman air.at the time of booking these are refundable but now when i am going to cancel these tickets customer care executives tell me that these are non refundable. My pnr-azyqtt Pnr-amyixt This really a worng practice done by company Goibibo is a froude company.

                  Its been 1 month and goibibo is not refunding my money, they sent email to me saying it has been sent to bank, but when checked with bank there is no amount received.I am waiting from two weeks post that email and more than 1 month after cancellation.

                    When we cancel the booking the refund amount is to be credited under non promotional go cash. Instead of this they are trapping the customers and cheating them by putting the refund amount under promotional go cash. And giving it a validity of 3 months.
                    That is customer's money. How can they put it under a validity of 3 months.

                    This is a big fraud by goibibo.

                    I want my money to be credited under non promotional go cash or i want the refund back to my bank account.

                    I completely agree with you. I am facing the same issue, and these people are not listening to any of my concerns.
                    I am planning to go legal on this issue, since only the law can help us now.
                    Yes...lets file a case against goibibo. if you can spread this Fraud accross to other people. Please do that.
                    The same thing happened with me. I made a complaint on *National Consumer Helpline (*www.nationalconsumerhelpline.in) about
                    the fraud they are conducting.These people helped me and if this does not work you need to take legal action

                      I have booked hotel on 15 march 2014 and I have used the offer 100 percent cash back (offer is still valid )where I am suppose to get gocash of 20, 000 . Neither my bookings are reflected nor my Gocash amount is credited TWO Booking has been made 1)PNR -HTLU2CBHWV 2)PNR-HTLBZDNEUX I am getting either no response or closed ended email response that I have not used the promo code (which by the way is still applicable).I am only asking for a fair treatment of what happened.and I am not stupid enough not to have used not even a single promo code Please help me out in getting my money back thanks Vijendra Singh Rana

                        Hi, My name is Nirav Dhruve; I had made a transaction on Goibibo.com on 15th March, 2015. I was booking flight tickets through this website. However, after the transaction was complete I got to see on screen was my tickets were not booked and the payment for the same was debited from my credit card. The transaction amount was Rs. 38, 558 and additional Rs. 500 was paid through my GOCASH account maintained by GOIBIBO. The booking ID for the same was GOMUPKGF08A[protected]. Since then I raised several complaints on GOIBIBO customer care Portal, also tried calling the customer care phone number but to no avail. My complaint is still lying as it is, nobody has even bothered to revert. At least as a customer I have a right to discuss this issue personally with the concerned person of the company. No communication from GOIBIBO is scaring me about my money and also my travel plans. I also confirmed from my credit card company that the merchant (GOIBIBO) has claimed the amount which I was to spend on this transaction. So now GOIBIBO is sitting on my cash of Rs. 37, 558 since 2 days and isnt reverting on my concerns. This is not the 1st time I am booking tickets from this portal but such poor experience is the newest thing I am encountgering. This can be termed as Cheating, fraud, mishandling of customer money, etc. Please address my concerns and take suitable action the company.

                                  I booked flight for two passengers from goibibo.com on Jan, 15, 2015 for date May 02, 2015 with booking ID F6EX1MZTR from New Delhi to Mumbai. First of all, I am unable to retrieve my booking from the company's so called web interface. In constantly says that it is invalid ID. Secondly, When I try to retrieve it using phone, it says no ID exist using my phone number and thus I am unable to make changes. It can be seen directly on the airline site but rescheduling there requires your intervention. There is noway a customer executive can be reached on the helpline number instead automated responses are given, which doesn't recognise the Booking ID sent on email. Attaching screen shots of PNR emailed and Error in retrieving same ticket from your database.

                                    I had booked two rooms from goibibo website in Country Inn And Suites By Carlson Gurgaon Sohna Road. Since my colleague is not travelling, I wanted to cancel one room. But goibibo customer care executive told me that I'll not get any refund since the full refund is credited to GoCash under the current promotion. In cancellation policy it is clearly mentioned that if i cancel my bookings by by 9:59 16/03/2015 that i'll get full refund.

                                      I made a hotel booking (HTLE4XSJVY) yesterday and paid Rs.11038 but due to some reason i cancelled the booking in next 5 minutes and when i selected for refund i only got a message that Rs.1638 have been refunded and the remaining amount was transferred to Gocash which is not acceptable as their are restriction and terms to use the gocash in addition to it was clearly mentioned that 100% refund will be made till 28th March on the cancellation. I want them to refund my money to my card or else adjust 100% of the amount in my next booking. Their customer service reach-ability is poorest and they don't have any toll free number where we can speak to the customer service person as all the numbers are on automation.

Also I had received a cancellation confirmation mail from goibibo informing me that the amount will be refunded in 5-7 days. But it has been a month and after writing 3 mails, I have not received the amount.
