      I booked flight for two passengers from goibibo.com on Jan, 15, 2015 for date May 02, 2015 with booking ID F6EX1MZTR from New Delhi to Mumbai. First of all, I am unable to retrieve my booking from the company's so called web interface. In constantly says that it is invalid ID. Secondly, When I try to retrieve it using phone, it says no ID exist using my phone number and thus I am unable to make changes. It can be seen directly on the airline site but rescheduling there requires your intervention. There is noway a customer executive can be reached on the helpline number instead automated responses are given, which doesn't recognise the Booking ID sent on email. Attaching screen shots of PNR emailed and Error in retrieving same ticket from your database.

        I had booked two rooms from goibibo website in Country Inn And Suites By Carlson Gurgaon Sohna Road. Since my colleague is not travelling, I wanted to cancel one room. But goibibo customer care executive told me that I'll not get any refund since the full refund is credited to GoCash under the current promotion. In cancellation policy it is clearly mentioned that if i cancel my bookings by by 9:59 16/03/2015 that i'll get full refund.

          I made a hotel booking (HTLE4XSJVY) yesterday and paid Rs.11038 but due to some reason i cancelled the booking in next 5 minutes and when i selected for refund i only got a message that Rs.1638 have been refunded and the remaining amount was transferred to Gocash which is not acceptable as their are restriction and terms to use the gocash in addition to it was clearly mentioned that 100% refund will be made till 28th March on the cancellation. I want them to refund my money to my card or else adjust 100% of the amount in my next booking. Their customer service reach-ability is poorest and they don't have any toll free number where we can speak to the customer service person as all the numbers are on automation.

            I have booked a ticket for Air India through Goibibo.com on Jan. 17, 2015. But Unfortunately I had to cancel it on 14th Feb, 2015. Also I had received a cancellation confirmation mail from goibibo informing me that the amount will be refunded in 5-7 days. But it has been a month and after writing 3 mails, I have not received the amount.               I had booked a refundable ticket through Goibibo site for New delhi to Bangalore whereas I had changed the date previously and also paid extra amount for the same. After that My travel got cancelled and I put a request through phone for the cancellation 10 days prior to the scheduled flight. Customare care executive also confirmed that I would get the refund of 2466 approx as it is refundable ticket. I waited for 16 days for the refund and when didn't see that in account I had lodged the complain to goibibo site where that had informed that 531 rs had been refunded. Booking no. G8XKWKT9 Emial id: prosenjit.[protected]@gmail.com Phone: [protected] My question is why 531 instead of 2466. is this the way that GOIBIBO cheats their customer. Need an solution for the issue.

                    In this website they dont provide customer care propery. They dont listen to those who have an issue related to any customer issue like ticket booking, sign in problem. This webste inly knows how to collect money but they cant take care of their customers. Please some one help to resolve customers issues. I also have one issue if some one can help out with their call centre then it will be grateful. from past 1 week I ma following with them but I dint get any response.

                      This is with reference to the case 227509. I have cancelled my hotel booking HTLVPWTRYS and the refund is credited in go cash under promotional offer which is incorrect. I have already received response from Goibibo team which is inappropriate. The reason is follows: 1. I made a booking in Taj Ooty (Rs 11, 873) under FULLREFUND promotional scheme through which I was refunded 9900 points as part of promotional go back offer --> this was as per the Terms & Condition 2. Taj offered free cancellation and hence after sometime I cancelled the booking 3. As per the standard & transparent terms and conditions following things should have happened - my full amount should have been refunded and my promotional goibibo cash back should have been made 0. However Goibibo has refunded 1973Rs to me and continued my promotional cash back with lot of restrictions. Ideally this is my money and I have not received as part of goibibo offers and hence do not qualify to be part of promotional cash back. This is also against the rule of RBI where user is not allowed to use his money that is there in the wallet. So as part of next steps would request you following: 1. Either refund by 9, 900 Rs and make my promotional go cash as 0 2. Or move this 9, 900 promotional cash back to non-promotional cash back so that i can use it for next time purchase with no restriction. Please understand the current promotional go back points that i have is not received as part of any promotional offers and is actually my credit card refund and hence you cannot classify as promotional go back points Trust you will look into this and resolve the problem.                       We appreciate your feedback however please note that the t&c on our site very clearly states that in case of cancellation, the refund amount to be paid to the customer would be the amount after deducting the GoCash value. For example, if booking is done for a amount of Rs.1000 with 20% cashback. In case there is a cancellation with full refund, only Rs.800 will be returned to the bank while the Rs.200 will remain in GoCash.This Rs.200 cannot be refunded to the bank.

                          Please refer to my Booking N0 GOPKG[protected] (Ravish kapoor) we had booked a flight & hotel Rs 14, 153 dt 28/02/2015 from credit card & it did not get confirmed booking so we were told that refund will take 5 days as on 28/2/15 I had booked from credit my card as till date no refund received as I try to reach customer care both call cannot reach & email I request I send on 24x7 express so many times flight catogery they say you call contact flight & hotel catogery which is not there on web site .                               I bring to your knowledge that I have made bookings for stay at hotel summit namnang at gangtok for the following period. Check in 10/04/2015 to check out 12/03/2015, 2nd check in for 22/03/2015 to check out 24/03/2015, and third check in 24/93/2015 to check out 27/03/2015. While making the booking on the reservation page the cancellation policy stated was 24 hrs prior to check in before 900 hrs CANCELLATION charges will be zero, but to my utter shock when I tried to cancell the stay for check in 10/03/2015 and check out 12/03/2015 I was given a call from goibibi side saying that cancellation refund will be zero as its under a special scheme of the hotel and it's mentioned in the confirmation booking voucher, its ridiculous that all the terms and conditions should be mentioned before booking and not provided after booking, so I request you to do the needful and arrange for full refund as the booking was made as per CANCELLATION policy displayed at time of booking, .                                 Re: [#185046] is the ref number provided by Goibibo on 22nd Feb 2015 when I sent a mail. But till now I did not get any refund amount even after multiple reminders.Here I am mentioning my story once again. Myself Ravinder Gurram, I have booked my ticket on 20/01/2015 for 26th Jan 2015 journey from Hyderabad to Mumbai with NTR Express.Booking number is GOBUS38c8b[protected], seat numbers are J3 & J4and the fare amount is Rs.4616/- But that bus is cancelled by that service provider and they are also mentioning like from their end they have refunded the amount to Goibibo. I have been waiting for 2 months for the refund.If it is not happen I am sure I will post the same issue in social networking sites. This is for sure.

                                Idiotic and cheater service provider which don't have a proper customer care number which will not respond to our calls. They have provided like 24X7 compliant service which will not work properly and when we try to complain and click on submit it's been loading, loading and loading. Lets see how many days we need to wait for the response. I think giving 1 star is also the worst rating, If I have less than that I could have give that rating.

                                  I have booked a refundable 2 night hotel stay at Mahabaleshwar at Ramsukh Hotel for the 20th and 21st of March 2015 on Goibibo.com website on the 9th of March 2015. The booking confirmation states that the Hotel booking can be cancelled before[protected]:59:00 IST, Cancellation charges will be 0% Cost.
                                  Although I want to cancel the booking, they are stating that I will not be able to get full refund as I have used their coupon...

                                  Bus refund not processed This is the message we got on our mob [protected] on 5th feb when we cancelled ticket…your customer care is not replying even after showing this message, refund is far story. 1.5 months passed, tired up writing to their customer care, their website doesn't take refund request… Cancellation has been done for the seat No 12, ticket No ht178759.Refund will be processed within 5 days.                                     Hi, Booking was canceled by the bus operator and they allocated our seats to other for Rs 1700, telling us that our money will be refunded by Goibibo I had to pay another 1500 to bus operator to board the bus in cash as I didn't have any other option So total cost of my journey was Rs 2200, instead of Rs 700 Rs 1500+Rs 700 = Rs 2200 let me know what action you gonna take against bus operator and how I will get my money back ?
