I had been writing emails to below people from Ibibo from Feb 5th but there was very no response from them. When reached Rishabh Bali on Phone on Mar 4th he committed to send the invoice copy by Mar 5th . But that didn't happen.       Hello, I had booked flight with PNR W4FM5F, but my flight got cancelled. Spice Jet office people told us to raise refund from the portal from where you purchased the ticket. As per their instructions i had raised multiple requests on goibibo.com, but have received no reply from them. Also, no case number for complaints. When i call their customer care service, it gets disconnected automatically if we select complaint option. I am not able to connect to their advisors to get help.

        While booking two tickets both the desktop site and mobile application showed booking failure. Thus I booked other tickets, after an hour I get mail confirming the tickets that had booking failure have now been confirmed. Now I have two non refundable confirmed tickets which were booking cancelled in the first place. Several calls and emails have been made since but there has been no response from the Goibibo Team. It’s been three days and I still have not received any resolution as promised.

          Booked two tickets in Indigo from Kochi to Hyderabad and back.Booking IDN96EF75J9J. Date of booking- 6 Jan 2015.Date of travel-19th and 24th February 2015. One up and down ticket was cancelled on 17th February.Goibibo did this immediately and reciprocated with a mail confirming the cancellation and refund of the amount.tracking ID/Ticket no: 172823 and 172834 was assigned for this.This was an automated reply.they assured to call in two days time or earlier! but there was no call, no money.I made a reminder for the complaint through the website on 2nd March 2015, and immediately got an automated "courtesy reply" as they call it and here comes another tracking ID: 204979. No money or reply yet. If you call them on the phone number provided, you loose your money, but the automated system does not accomedate your complaint! So you have no way to complain or access to the company. It seems they are going to cheat me. Is there anything I can do than going to the consumer court?

            I had cancelled my round trip with Indigo airlines directly and they refunded the amount of Rs.8341 to GOIBIBO. They had sent me the mail also for that. Now GOIBIBO has only refunded me Rs.3341. I am mailing them continuously but they are not returning my refund. I had rescheduled my flight directly with indigo also so they refunded that amount also because i paid them extra for that. Now Goibibo people are again deducting the cancellation charges which are already deducted by the airlines. My booking reference id is Y2CTYB. Kindly look into the matter and take appropriate actions against GOIBIBO.

              Booking ID: NSGECWLHH Booking Date: 05.11.14 PNR: ECWLHH Carrier Name: SpiceJet Flight cancellation intimation date:13.11.14 Goibibo.com complaint number: 167643 The booking was made through Goibibo.com for 2 people, from Mumbai to Delhi and return. I got an email notification from SpiceJet that the flight was cancelled and on speaking with their customer care representative they confirmed the same and also assured the complete booking amount will be refunded. I checked up with them on 05.02.15 and they promplty responded saying that the entire booking amount has been refuneded to the travel agency. I then checked up with Goibibo.com and this when I realized that their "24x7 Help &amp; Care" support page insisted that the complaints were sent in writing through their portal as apparently it is faster to wite to them!! I did that, hoping that they would keep to their promise of reverting within 24 hours. The complaint was booked on 16.02.15 and I got a response back on 19.02.15 saying my cancellation in still "in process". The booking was cancelled in November 2014 and even after three months, the processing was not complete!! After their email dated 19.02.15, I never got an update on the refund status even though they had mentioned they would revert within 2 working days. I tried calling them on their helpline and found that one of their numbers did not exist ([protected]) and the second number did not have any options to submit or follow-up on a complaint!! Very conveniently Goibibo.com has chosen to ignore what the customer has to say about their service. This was the first time I was using Goibibo.com and it would be my last. I would also prompt all readers to refrain from using their service. The flight booking cost me Rs.26, 034/- and I demand Goibibo.com for immediate refund of the amount without any further delay!!

                This is regarding to the booking IDs HTLZZYX5Z9, HTLUT5U4UE and HTLSZAA9ED for hotels. I booked the hotels with these IDs on 25th and 28th August 2014 through goibibo.com official website. The IDs HTLZZYX5Z9 and HTLUT5U4UE were generated for the same hotel(The Siena Village, Chinnakanal, Munnar) for two consecutive days and the ID HTLSZAA9ED was generated for the hotel Springdale Heritage, Idukki. While checking out of the hotels mentioned above I was asked to pay some extra charges(Seasonal Hike Charges) for staying in hotel. When I asked hotel manager about those charges, he told me like that those extra charges must be mentioned in my vouchers issued at the time of booking and my booking agent(i.e. goibibo) must have informed me about those extra charges already through mail OR message. When I chekced my vouchers, there was not mentioned anywhere about those seasonal hike charges. I showed up my vouchers to hotel manager and he checked it also and didn't get any information regarding seasonal hike charges in my vouchers. He asked me to contact my booking agent regarding that matter. At that time I contacted goibibo customer support for assistance and told them about those charges and asked that I was never informed by them about the paying seasonal hike charges but they seemed helpless and didn't resolve my issue. Unfortunately I had to pay those extra charges to hotels(Total amount : 5500 INR) as I had to checkout from the hotels to further continue my trip with no more delay. This is my question to you why I should have paid for those charges which were not mentioned in my vouchers and if they were applied later then why I was never informed by you either by mail or message or any call. It is also mentioned in your vouchers under Cancellation Procedures section ''The policy applied to your booking will be the one displayed at the time of booking and on your voucher only." If I were informed already by the time about those seasonal hike charges by you, I would have cancelled my booking to those hotels and booked other ones. This added a unwanted hassle experience in my trip. I have written my query to gogibibo customer care so many times and asked them to refund my amount but they are not in any condition to accept their fault and to not refund my amount. Please see the extra charges paid details mentioned below. Hotel Name Extra Charges paid The Siena Village, Munnar - 4000 INR for 2 days(2000 INR per day) Springdale Heritage, Idukki - 1500 INR for 1 day(1500 per day) Total Extra charges paid = 5500 INR

                    I have booked and cancelled 2 tickets for the same sector. Booking id is mentioned below 1. Booking ID - TUAAX07W2, cancelled on 6th Feb 2015 - refund received only Rs.1389 2. BOOKING ID - TUAAXSKSM, cancelled on 5th Feb 2015 - refund received only Rs.213 While scheduled journey was on 7th Feb and both tickets were cancelled 2-3 days ADVANCE, received less refund only. Although various mails sent to goibibo including the escalation to consumer forum, sofar there is no reply. Also I have made many phone calls which turned to be useless. Kindly look into this and support me for remaining refund and compensation of Rs 10, 000 for the waste of time, effort and agony faced by me Regards, Ilango [protected]

                      Goibibo is not refunding the amount of cancelled ticket since August 2014... I confirmed from Airline that they refunded the amount to goibibo.. I called them several times.. Nothing happened.. They asked me to send an email to [protected]@goibibo.com.. But no one is there to reply.. I sent several emails to them nothing happened.. I also raised so many tickets on their site.. Nothing.. It seems this the way they are making fool of their customers..                           While booking flight ticket, goibibo promotion offer mentioned gocash will be deposited against the email id mentioned while booking but they nowhere mentioned that without login offer will not be applicable. I have repeatedly made complaint to their customer support but they are not responding. I lost Rs.3000 gocash + extra Rs.2000 as their charges for booking through goibibo. Also they give offer of Rs.3500 discount while booking for hotel but also put tern and condition that maximum Rs.2000 can be avail in 1 day. Now this is clearly fraud, 1 side you are mentioning discount of Rs.3500 and giving only Rs.2000.

                            I have flight booked from goibibo.com with Spice jet PNR Number : NSGQ4EI5S on 21/01/2015 which got cancelled and they said amount will be refunded to my agent which is goibibo.com but till now I didn't received any refund amount spice jet said that they had already processed the refund and paid the refunded amount to goibibo.com but I did not received any refund from them till now. Could you please resolve this ASAP

                              I booked a bus with Kesineni Travels using goibibo which got cancelled 2 days prior to the journey date and Travel guys told us that after our travel date the OTP will be generated and sent to us via EMAIL (which was provided) and that OTP had to be used to refund my money by goibibo as per the process. And as per the goibibo support team, we should get our money without OTP in case of bus cancellation and that has to be done within 48 hours of bus cancellation. I tried to contact support team several times by mail now and they are not responding properly. The reference number of my discussion on this with support team is #1946220. I would really appreciate if this can be resolved as soon as possible.

                                i had made a flight booking on 19th feb 2015 Booking ID: N6ET2K34L, on the same day i cancelled my booking. I got a sms and mail on 19th feb after-noon stating that the refund has been processed and it should take 3-5 days to get credited to my account. After waiting till 25th feb called up their customer care number, but to my shock no no real person spoke to me, every time i called it was sent to a computer generated call. Which online travel sites doesnt have a proper customer care number? After failed call attempts i finally sent a mail to their support team, i only got an auto generated reply stating that i will be contacted within 24 hours by their customer support team. I waited till 26th feb and no reply. ON 26th i posted my complaint to their facebook page, i got a reply from them stating that it should get resolved soon. I was getting upset with their false responses so i called up at their oethr number ( that deals with holiday packages) they asked me to contact the other number (computer generated call) i told them that no real person speaks and as i am really upset and i want to know the status of my refund, the customer care executive asked my name n number and also took note of the booking id and told me that i iwll get a call back from the team within 15 to 30 minutes. I did get a call back the executive named Mubarak, he told me that my refund was processed on 19th feb and the refunded amount has been credited on 25th feb. I asked him to to mail me with the details, he mailed me with the bank reference number (Bank Reference Number: BBBR[protected]) and told me to get in touch with my bank. Today on 27th feb i called my bank branch ( bank of baroda) they told me that no such refund has been sent to my account, and they cant trace it. I can now understand that the bank reference no provided by goibibo team is not a correct one and no refunds has been processed. I am a regular traveller i used oethr sites to book my travel packages n flights and never faced such terrible issues. I am upset with Goibibo services. i iwll be obliged if my issue would be resolved ASAP.

                                    HiTeam, I booked ticket from Shirdi to Pune on 23rd feb at10pm.At end moment they cancelled the bus and even not inform to us and not giving any other options to get travelled.And even from your side no one informed to us...                                         Hi team, I have booked 2 tickets on 06 jan 2015 using goibibo.com with Pnr B51GXCB51GXC and SEKV2R.spicejet cancelled this flight from their end. As per process i should have receive complete refund because flight i selected is refundable. I log complaint and I received the amount for one pnr but not received for second pnr. I wrote to goibibo.com with complaint no 157403 and 188310. But there is no positive response from goibibo.com Also customer care not allowed to talk to executives very frustrating experience with goibibo.com
